The breakfast and buffet dinner super. The service staff very polite and friendly.

Dated technology (power socket design not practical at the writing table for Mac user, the network speed was extremely slow despite I am a member). Facilities (toilet cannot be flushed and end up change room). Happened the same thing in Nanjing during our stay in April.

Adjacent to mixc mall. Service is good. Rather expensive and given the already high price, I didn’t like that they need to collect an additional security deposit equivalent to a night’s price.

Breakfast is overrated and not worth it as it appears to be a lot, but mostly cheap kind of food instead of international kind of buffet. No seafood, only one fish dish and it was only placed out close to end of breakfast time. Have ice cream machine but not operating.

我订的是1000多的房间，在退房时才了解到，这个房间的房价其实只有500，可见是当时前台给安排房间的时候出现错误。这个房间的窗外是一个大平台和走廊，感觉分分钟都能被监视到，特别不舒服。

Good location, next to big shopping mall & less than 10 minutes walk to good restaurants. To view the night lightings near the seafront it’s only a straightforward 12 minutes walk. 👍👍

I was extremely impressed by the service of frontdesk, Mr Kenta Goto. At first, I was disappointed when he informed that we won't be able to access the Lounge. However, he immediately upgraded us to a suite and offered buffet dinner for two as apology for the inconvenience. He even took the trouble to visit us at the cafe during dinner to ensure we are happy with the food and drinks. He is indeed very kind and responsible to ensure guests satisfaction. Many thanks to him! Their airport pickup was very on time and vehicle was extremely clean. The location of the hotel is very good and within walking distance to many places of interest.

The furniture in the room is a bit outdated.

Building was quite old. Sometimes there will be bad smell from the shower drain.

I ordered 4 food deliveries while staying at the hotel and 2 of them were lost. Not sure what happened but they need a better food delivery sorting system. Or maybe invest in those robot that can help with sending deliveries to doorstep.

Top-Lage, sehr gutes Essen!

Superb location, luxury spacious room, great breakfast, and excellent staff. The reception here is friendly and super helpful, they speak English fluently. This was the only place that we can communicate in English in our Qingdao trip! They even helped us talking to the China Customs to confirm the appointment. Without them, we might not have resolved our issues with customs and wouldn't claim our item back smoothly.

Our third time staying here. Everything went well as usual. The hotel is very centrally located and is right beside a big shopping mall. The staff are always very nice and helpful. The hotel smells very good too!

There is no free self-service laundry room like with most of the newer hotels. This hotel only provides paid laundry service.

Es war alles super, die Lage, das Zimmer, das Frühstück kontinentales, asiatisch, japanisch, immer nachgefüllt, vorbereiteter Sitzplatz von Mitarbeitern zugewiesen. Perfekte Übernachtung und Start in den neuen Tag. Bemerkenswert war im Zimmer eine Postkarte mit möglichen Joggingsrouten. Während unseren Aufenthalt wurden auf der ganzen Etage die Matratzen gewechselt.

Fantastic location easy walk to the waterfront and fabulous night lights display . Staff were really lovely and the breakfast buffet was superb. Will definitely be back.

5.4광장 지하철 역에 가깝고 중심가에 있어서 명소에 다니기 편리합니다. 객실은 크고 깨끗하고 매일 깨끗히 청소해 주었습니다. Mix mall 바로 옆이라서 편리했습니다. 모두 친절하고 좋은 호텔이었습니다.

조식 장소의 인테리어가 무척 멋졌습니다. 하지만 개인적인 소견이지만 먹을 것이 별로 없었습니다.

완상청이 가까워서 너무 편했습니다.

수영장, 사우나를 무료로 사용할 수 있었고. 시설 관리도 깨끗하고 객실은 완전 넓었어요 쾌적하게 이용했습니다

Iedereen was echt zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Wij hadden de Valley Wing met Executive Lounge op de 20e verdieping. Prachtig uitzicht, heerlijk ontbijt en diner, buffet en\of van de kaart. Alleen het bed was voor mij net iets te hard, maar dat is zo persoonlijk. Ik voelde me helemaal thuis in dit hotel!

Lo principal fue el recepcionista q no me acuerdo el nombre pero era super amable y con mucha atencion personalizado q jamas hasta ahoro nos hizo q eso fui varia ligares del mundo. Da la pena no conocer su nombre t bellboy tambien fue siempre con muchas atencion desde el lobby hasta el ascensor. Me gusto la ambientacion de dormitorio baño mueble sillon cama colchon almohadas. Hasta la personal de desayunos como la mosa manager desayuna fantastico. Merienda desde 5y 30 a 7y 30pm incluido en la estadia. De maravilloso q no hacia falta ir a cenar q fueron tan excelente los apetitos. Ir a experimentar gentes. Vayan!!!! Es super. Hiper recomendado.!!!

酒店地点绝佳：1. 距离地铁三号线五四广场站步行仅需三分钟； 2. 从酒店步行五分钟是最热门的购物中心万象城，购物中心内有超市，餐饮和娱乐；3. 从酒店步行至海边（音乐广场一带）仅需二十分钟。

虽然设施较旧，但使用便利且干净舒适。日式马桶很舒服， 酒店健身房器械齐全。

믹스몰 바로 앞이라 맛집, 쇼핑하기에 최적의 장소였어요~5.4광장까지 걷는 것도 성인 걸음 15분 정도라 좋았고 저녁 뷔페 식당도 다양힌 현지 음식울 맛볼 수 있어 좋았습니다~털게찜과 굴구이 최고였어요^^

위치가 좋았어요 벨보이 너무 친절했고 부대시설이 좋았어요

객실 카페트에서 냄새가 나고 복도 담배냄새가 나고 조식 메뉴가 거의 변화의 차이가 없다 체크아웃시 데스크 여직원은 영어도 못하고 불친절했어요

The staff were so helpful and professional, I found I lost the key of my luggage they helped me open it in one minute, it was amazingly.

It is the most central of the town, great location and beautiful atmosphere. Staff are very friendly, supply bottle water free daily. All rooms are good size and clean. Definitely I will go back there next time.
