Reviewed Sep 12, 2026La localizzazione perfetta per muoversi in centro città e vicinissimo alla fermata della metro e treni molto comodo. Letto comodo , stanza spaziosa , la struttura è silenziosa. Hanno una stanza dove puoi servirti di caffè , acqua filtrata , biscotti e perfino la frutta tutto offerto dalla struttura .
Avendo la camera verso la strada sentivamo tutti i rumori fuori. È una strada centrale perciò c’è la movida spagnola.

WiFi and Aircon upredictable.i was woken by cold in the night during a heatwave even though temperature set to 19 (warm by British standards). Room super clean. Corridors dark and a bit smelly. Desk staff helpful and uncomplaining but looked exhausted by heat. Hope they are well treated. The v welcome coffee machines and fruit in a rather unwelcoming basement and only reached by stairs so impossible for wheelchair users.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Heel fijn en vriendelijk personeel, die heel behulpzaam zijn. Elke ochtend een tas met klein beetje eten en flesje water, wat heel top is. Op de kamer is standaard flesje water bij aankomst. Hele centrale locatie wat heel fijn is! Mooi dakterras wat overigens niet van het hotel is, is een samenwerking met een restaurant.
Kamers zijn niet schoon. Meerdere kamers bekeken er liggen veel haren en vlekken op het bed etc. Uiteindelijk naar een kamer gegaan waar voor mijn neus alles verschoond werd. Wat ik zorgelijk vind is dat het hotel blijkbaar heel weinig moltons (bedcover) heeft zonder vlekken. Het hotel is erg gehorig. Elke nacht hoorde ik allerlei geluiden, alleen zeer onverklaarbaar waar die geluiden vandaan kwamen, want het kwam niet van buiten, want ik zat niet aan de buitenkant. En het waren ook geen stemmen van andere gasten. Het was heel raar geluid wat elke nacht meerdere keren hoorbaar was. Heerlijk gezegd vind ik de prijs ook wel aan de hoge kant.

Lo mejor es que tiene la opción de cafetería disponible 24hs, por lo que te podés tomar un café luego de una excursión a las 19hs y cenar allí mismo. Agua, juegos gratis. Para los viajeros que utilizan el trasnsporte público de pasajeros, este hotel es ideal. Hicimos el check in antes, lo que se agradece luego de un vuelo largo.

Tesiste oda terliği, diş macunu&fırçası, havlu asma yeri olmaması konforsuzluk yarattı. Klimanın çalışıp çalışmadığı şüpheliydi ve görseldeki gibi odamızda herhangi bir balkon yoktu.

A recepcionista muito simpática, detalhista nas explicações, recomendou lugares que podíamos visitar.O quarto é espaçoso e bem confortável.Amei o facto de deixarem na porta um saquinho com o pequeno almoço (água, croissant e bombons). Adorei o facto de terem gel de banho e loção Dove, a separação da wc para necessidades com porta, lavatório e chuveiro.Muito bem concebido. O quarto tem uma luz de tecto colorida, o hóspede pode escolher a cor que quer num remoto junto á mesinha de cabeceira e o quarto fica romântico.
Só me desagradaram 2 coisas:na altura que chegamos estavam em obras e o cheiro da tinta sentia-se na copa onde se toma o pequeno almoço por isso nunca comemos lá. A limpeza do quarto é boa mas podia ser melhor:havia pó no armário ( nomeadamente no lugar onde se põe a roupa dobrada) e no encosto da cama em cima. São coisas pequenas mas que poderiam ser tomadas em conta para melhorar. Mas no geral gostei muito e voltaria a hospedar-me neste hotel. Gratidão ☺️

No me gustó la recepcionista de la mañana del 5/8/26, llegué antes,me dió una habitación que no me gustó por la situación de la cama y el baño, y tuve que quejarme dos veces para que me la cambiara. Era una habitación de discapacitados,y no cómoda para nosotros. Nos dió la habitación mucho más tarde de las 14H, aún sabiendo la chica que teníamos un evento a las 15H, y tuve qué ir sin duchar ni poder descansar un poco antes, ya que madrugamos y eso había sido una petición de entrar antes. Iban entrando gente dándole antes la habitación qué a nosotros. La chica de la mañana, ya no levanto la cabeza más ni para saludar,por mucho que pasaras por ahí,y se le dijo Buenos días en varias ocasiones, ni era agradable. Le pongo un 2, por el trato que tuvo, La chica de la tarde si, le pongo un 10, la habitación da al cielo abierto,sin vista. Las chicas de la limpieza también intentaron 2 veces que nos fuéramos antes de las 12H, cuándo la habitación también nos la dieron más tarde. Las escuchemos hablar en el pasillo.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Camera molto minimal ma spaziosa e silenziosa. La struttura è a due passi da Puerta del Sol per cui hai tutte le attrazioni a portata di mano. Nella tariffa non era compresa la colazione ma ogni mattina abbiamo trovato appeso alla porta un sacchetto con acqua e dolci.

Her gün tertemiz bulduk odamızı, sabah kapıya bırakılan atıştırmalıklar harikaydı çünkü kahvaltı edecek yer ararken diğer şehirlerde çok zaman kaybettik. Ayrıca bir coffee zone var burada hürekli bisküviler ve kahve çay oluyor tamamı ücretsiz. Konumu inanılmaz bir yerde tam sol meydanında. Bu sayede gezip gelip biraz dinlenip kahve içilebilir.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Cerca de todo lo que quería visitar. Puerta del sol, plaza mayor, mercado de San Miguel, zona de tapeos, gran vía, El retiro...Mac. Seguridad de ingreso y salida del alojamiento. Excelente atención en el mostrador. Nos dieron pautas de visitas espectaculares, por ejemplo Palacio de Liria...un 10. Amanecimos con el desayuno en la puerta de nuestra habitación. La habitación ultra moderna con todo lo necesario para llegar, ducharte, tomar agua y descansar. Desde una mini terraza muy lindas vistas. Y en el mismo edificio una terraza con restaurante y tragos. En frente cambio de divisas. Casa de pasteles de Belén, tiendas, bares... y no se escuchaba nada...descanso perfecto. Más imposible.
Nada. Sugiero poner la altura de la calle en algún lugarcito de la puerta del pasillo de ingreso🤗, pero es deducible.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026La atención del personal fue excelente, tiene muy buena ubicación y tienen atenciones como café o dejarte en la puerta, agua y algunas cosas para desayunar un muy buen gesto.
Qué al estar en el último piso, nuestra habitación, teníamos el ruido del rooftop.

A localização é bem central, em frente as calçadas comerciais, e sem acesso de carros.. o que dificulta o transporte de bagagens até o Táxi e Metrô.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Her sabah kapıda su ve tatlı bulmak hoştu. Odada diğer konseptte zincir otellerde bulunmayan eşya ve konfor vardı. Vucut losyonu ve şampuan ayrıydı ve bilinen bir markaydı. Konum belki Madrid in en iyisiydi. Lavabo ihtiyacı icin bile oteli kullanabildim.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026The hotel’s biggest advantage is its location. It’s just off Puerta del Sol, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and within easy walking distance of Madrid’s main monuments and attractions, making it a great base for exploring the city. The hotel was clean throughout, and I appreciated the 24-hour coffee, tea, and snack room on the lower level. My room was also very clean, larger than I expected, and had a modern, updated feel with a nice bathroom.
That said, I felt the hotel was overpriced for a one-night stay and didn’t quite live up to its advertised 3-star rating. The front desk staff were not particularly friendly or helpful, especially when I asked about arranging a taxi to the Madrid bus terminal the following morning. I also found the hotel’s photos somewhat misleading. If there is a rooftop terrace as shown in the pictures, it was never mentioned to me during my stay. For comparison, I stayed at B&B Plaza Mayor a couple of years ago. While the room there wasn’t as updated, the overall experience was more enjoyable because the front desk staff were noticeably more professional, welcoming, and helpful.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Excellent séjour ! L'hôtel est très bien situé, tout en étant proche des principaux sites. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la cafétéria gratuite ainsi que le service de bagagerie gratuit après le check-out, qui est très pratique. Un grand merci au personnel de la réception pour sa gentillesse, son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité. J'ai aussi eu la agréable surprise de trouver une petite attention devant la porte de ma chambre le matin, un geste qui fait vraiment plaisir. Si je reviens un jour à Madrid, je choisirai sans hésiter le même hôtel. Je le recommande vivement !
