WiFi & cleaning tools ie brooms, mop & vacuum cleaner are provided. Maybe can put extra toilet paper rolls & kitchen towel rolls & a hairdryer too.

Choose room for 4 people but housekeeping staffs only put 2 bath towels. Did request from the owner for the 2 towels but the housekeeping staffs didn't bother to send.

the view from the balcony is beautiful,, the place is clean,, the facilities are ok

Regarding the cooking equipment, pans, and pots—slightly larger sizes are needed, and a teapot should be added.

The location. It has a beautiful sea view. At night, we didn’t switch on the air conditioning, we can hear the sea all night long. The host is responsive.

There is a weird smell in the room. The toilet is smelly too. The floor of the bathroom and veranda are sticky. The bedsheet also not clean. They put the mop in the bathroom which is not hygienic, too close to the place where we hang our towel. The table cloth, the sofa looks old and not clean. The air conditioner remote and tv remote controls are not functioning. The rack to hang wet clothes at the veranda is rusty. The curtain rail in the bathroom is broken. It is not well maintained.

the location, the view and the environment. the beach view when u wake up.. the beach sound make you feel calm .. the crowd also feel going holiday.

the room facilities - many things do not maintain well. the mattress very strong and the pillow feel like already been used for 10 years. really need to change. the sofa bed has many marks on it .. they should put 2 extra blankets instead of 1 only. the bathroom side, need to fix the toilet hose to wash. can't even uses. the soap can't be used because the soap bottle already spoil.

No. Just a recommendation. It would be good if can add a hair dryer to the room and provide enough blanket, towel & wrist bands (for pool & gym) as per number of the person in the booking.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. the bed was cozy ant the bathroom room was spotless. I would definitely recommend this homestay and would love to stay here again in future.

I would love to have a thicker & bigger blanket for guests who are sleeping on the sofa bed. The extra blanket is actually more suitable for toddlers.

I like the room.. can fit to 5 adult because they have sofa bed. The pool is nice because not many user so can swim more calm. The unit just at level 2, easy for old people to access.

The unit is very comfortable and has all basic appliances needed for a short gate-away with small kids. Pool and beach very near, beautiful view. Got small issue and staff responded very well. Definitely gonna repeat in future :)

Every time I stay at a hotel with the name "Roxy," one thing always comes to mind—the beds are usually way too hard, like sleeping on wood! Thankfully, this time was different. The bed wasn’t too soft, but also not overly firm—I was able to sleep well. The host provided clear instructions for check-in and shared all the necessary details about the apartment's facilities, which made everything smooth and easy. They were also very generous, offering extras like an extra blanket, additional swimming bands, Netflix access, a well-functioning air conditioner, and extra pillows. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. I also loved the location. The beach was clean, and the pool was well cared for. Overall, nothing major to complain about—had a pleasant stay!

I just wish the room was on a higher floor to enjoy a better view of the landscape and scenery.

Everything is nice and comfortable.

I like the view because its facing the sea and the swimming pool. But there was a crowded pool so we didn't manage to bring our son to swim. Maybe next time 😜

The kitchen is clean but the stove can't on there is a problem to switch on the stove. And there is some smell somewhere mybe come from the toilet. But overall it is still acceptable for staycation with family

Exactly near to the beach and swimmingpool. Room clean, comfortable, can cook meals. Everything was good! We have a great and fun vacation ! Will repeat again in the future.

Host offer cheaper price than other room compared if we are using through other hotel app..But either way the similar facilities n stunning beach view. Room was comfortable n host provide convenient facilities and house equipment needed..Will book again for future vacay at Sematan Beach

Everything was excellent.. Comfy and clean

It would be so much fun if all pools have a children's playground. And the pool area don't have shades for us as parents to sit and accompany our children upon swimming. Overall, it's clean and the staff is very friendly.

Tried to contact the owner about the Wi-Fi, the owner told me the username and password and tried to turn on and off the Wi-Fi plug is still unable to connect the internet.

Very near to the car park. Food available with reasonable prices. Lepapa has commodities available within a short distance. Overall satisfactory stay. Shall come back again.

Block A is very close to the new block under full construction but is not noisy. So far things are ok.
