Accueil et échanges très agréables avec Abdel et Adil ainsi que le propriétaire Didier. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et complet. La décoration de bon goût nous mettait dans l'ambiance. Les petites attentions et les bons conseils donnés ont permis un très bon séjour et nous garderons un très bon souvenir malgré un temps inattendu au Maroc!!

Tout a été apprécié, peut-être juste un peu plus d'éclairage dans la chambre du bas.

Didier et son équipe sont aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et délicieux, la literie est très confortable. L'emplacement est proche de tous les lieux d'intérêts, et Didier n'est pas avare de conseils et de bonnes adresses ! Un véritable plaisir qui a sublimé notre séjour Une chose est sûre nous savons où nous irons quand nous reviendrons !

la situation géographique, les souks sont exceptionnels, la salle de bains était bien

pas de télé,; pas de piscine (3M x 1,5M) j'avais amené mon maillot de bain Petit déjeuner prés moyen, aucune variété, idéal pour garder la ligne, pas de carte et pas de documentation,,, très difficile d'aller au lit, celui ci étant coincé entre deux murs, 20cm de libre de chaque côté rapport qualité prix moyen

I really wanted to love my stay at Comptoir du Pacha, but unfortunately, several issues made it a frustrating experience. The biggest problem was the sofa bed. It was incredibly uncomfortable and almost impossible to get a good night's rest on. To be honest, it is more of a narrow wooden bench than an actual bed. If you are traveling as a group or family and relying on that extra bed, be aware that it is very small and lacks proper padding. Additionally, we were disappointed by the breakfast on our final day. While we looked forward to a nice meal before departing, the food served was cold and had no flavor at all. It felt like a significant drop in quality compared to what we expected from a Riad of this reputation. The architecture and aesthetic of the place are lovely, but until the bedding situation and the consistency of the kitchen are improved, I would find it hard to recommend staying here.

This property was perfectly located! I didn’t even know that every tour that I booked, the corner was the pick up location! It’s clean, smells beautiful, and I absolutely loved everyone that worked there! I was traveling as a female solo traveler, and they made me feel so safe! Anything that I asked for they went out of their way to accommodate. I will definitely recommend, as well as be back.

Riad molto accogliente, pulito, bello e profumato. La stanza Africa piccola ma molto carina, bagno bellissimo. Posizione ottima per girare a piedi, in una zona tranquilla, molto caratteristica e vera. Personale gentile, disponibile e competente. Da consigliare assolutamente.

Forse la possibilità di avere anche una luce più forte nella stanza faciliterebbe, anche se l'hambient creato con le luci soffuse è magnifico.

Le service et l’amabilité du propriétaire

Le couchage, comme je suis assez massif le lit grinçait et le matelas était trop fin. Mais le propriétaire à résolu le soucis en ajoutant une mousse.

Great location and 1st class service. Room was clean and modern. Great shower! Lots of helpful information was given to us and the hotel arranged our taxi to and through the airport for 20 euros each way.

Breakfast was limited, however if you ask they will make you eggs to go along side the pastries and breads offered. Unfortunately we had no air-con for the first two nights, however this was quickly fixed for the rest of our stay. If you want privacy, then request a 1st floor room.

Panowie, którzy na co dzień byli na miejscu byli najwspanialsi na świecie! Pomocni, mili, zawsze gdzieś w pobliżu gdyby ktoś z gości czegokolwiek potrzebował. Duże słowa uznania również dla Pani, która przyrządzała pyszne, marokańskie śniadania.

C’était un vrai bonheur de séjourner dans ce Riad. Nous retenons le charme de l’endroit et la décoration soignée au couleur de Marrakech et aux senteurs d’Orient. C’est un vrai bain de réconfort et de sérénité après nos journées de marches. Il est idéalement situé au cœur de la Médina avec tous les endroits à visiter à proximité. L’accueil, le service, la gentillesse et les précieux conseils de Didier, le propriétaire, ont sublimé notre séjour. Ces recommandations sont pertinentes et personnalisés. Il connaît bien le Maroc et les voyages en générale. Il aime sa région d’adoption et la fait connaître avec passion. Il connaît les bons plans et les bonnes adresses pour manger, les activités, les lieux festifs ou reposant, les boutiques... Il est entouré d’une équipe généreuse ; Hamza et Adile qui sont aux petits soins pour vous apporter un service de qualité. Ils sont courtois, bienveillants et charmants. Je recommande vivement ce lieu !

The Riad was incredibly nice and the service as well. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend it to everyone else!

The location was excellent. Easy to find. If you are looking for somewhere to stay, then do NOT look inside the Medina area, you will get lost. This is just outside, excellent spot for taxi and you can easily find the Riad. The area as well is good, it is not unwelcoming. There are some nice eatting spots right outside. You can walk into the Medina in seconds, or walk the opposite direction and experience plenty of good places to eat. Certainly try the cafe near by which is a co-working/cycle cafe, it's great. We were wanting somewhere clean, that was our only requirements to be honest. And the cleaner here, they are welcome to mine anytime. Spotless! The floor was void of any dust, the rugs were perfect. I am also very picky when it comes to pillows in a hotel. Often find it hard to sleep outside of my own bed. But these pillows were perfect. There were others, which covers were pretty but not useful - too scratchy. The main pillow was perfect though. The room was comfortable, as featured in the pictures. Good size. Air con, ceiling fan, no TV, sadly no minjbar/fridge The staff here were also exceptional. Very polite and friendly. They were chatty and more than happy to help with whatever you need. The breakfast was nice. Some people may want for more variety, such as cheese or eggs. We had, 2 types of bread rolls. Pancake, flat bread. Sometimes some cake. Comes with butter, jam, some fantastic honey (puts my local honey to shame) and also some argan peanut butter (unbelievable). Glass of fresh orange juice and coffee. The breakfast is typical and will keep you going for a few hours. The riad itself is small, it has a very small pool, enough to maybe dunk into/dangle feet. No swimming. But consider that this place only has 4 rooms, it's perfect. Other riads are noisy, busy, not good located. This is quiet, safe and comfortable. Water was provided in the room (2 bottles) and a welcome drink (tasted like rose tea? Very nice).

The room could benefit greatly from more light. There are plenty of lights, but nothing quite to fill the space if required. Also the bed made lots of noise. Initially off-putting. But once you are asleep, no problem. Certainly not a reason to not stay. But consideration for owners in the future. The mattresses are also not what many maybe used to. But from my understanding, it's common. There is no "bar" but the staff do have beer and wine available if you would like. I would like to see perhaps a menu in the room or the communal sitting area so you can order tea or something. It was offered that we can request snacks or drinks from staff, but I would have loved to see what there is, this would certainly help sell the extras. As mentioned above, would like a fridge in the room. Maybe useful when it's very hot for people to store cold water. Also maybe a discreet sign above the door outside to indicate the Riad.

A lovely little Riad.....very compact and bijou and how perfect it was. for our stay. Breakfasts were plentiful and served by lovely friendly and a great start to the day.

What an amazing place, it was our first time in Marrakech and we were made to feel very welcome from the start. Didier was in touch well before we travelled, and whenever I popped him a question on WhatsApp, he replied almost immediately. Adil and Hamza look after the Riad, so there is always someone there, which brought great piece of mind when leaving to explore for the day. There are 4 (I think) rooms in the Riad, set over 4 storeys. The Riad is in a central setting, with max 20 minute walks to the Jamaa El Fna market and surroundings. We were a little unsure on how easy it would be to find our way around, but turns out to be very easy to get your bearings . Tip, buy a data package for your mobile, as when we were in the maze of the market, which seems to go on forever, it was very handy to pop data roaming on, get a GPS location, and then a route out :-). Safety and security wise there were absolutely no issues at all, everyone is really friendly, and there was no 'edginess' at all about being in such a different city. Breakfast in the Riad is great, bread, yogurt, juice, eggs, crepes, and Moroccan bread cakes (can't remember the name) :-). Airport transfers were easy, again organised by Didier and the guys at the Riad. Going out at night was amazing, there are some great bars and restaurants close to the Riad, our favourite one being about 150m from our front door. Bravo Didier and team!! (already planning our next trip) :-)

Great location in the heart of the Souk, and super helpful host, who despite not being there, shared so many wonderful recommendations for us to explore the city.

Ground floor room, which meant there was some light noise. and on our visit, the air con didnt work not much room around the bed so had to get in by climbing in at the end. Breakfast was pleasant but very simple, but no water or tea, Just juice or coffee,

We liked it You could choice what time you will have breakfast until 10am and one day we asked if we could have breakfast at 6-30am because we are leaving on desert extrusion and it wasn’t a problem

Toilet seat was falling apart other then that it was good Breakfast everyday is the same that’s a bummer and if you like big breakfasts you will not be full after this one Also we didn’t like the fact that on one day we asked for tea we paid 20 dirham for tea and some cookies and next day we asked again and we got tea no cookies and paid 30 Dirham The owner was helpful initially and even messaged us before arrival, offering to arrange a private transfer from the airport for two hundred dirhams, which we agreed to. However, one day before our arrival, I asked him to confirm that the price was indeed two hundred dirhams, and he seemed to hesitate and wouldn’t confirm this amount. It felt a bit like a bait-and-switch tactic. In the end, we opted for a regular taxi outside the airport and paid only eighty-five dirhams.

The owner of the riad, Didier, and his daughter Océane were incredible hosts and made my first time in Morocco so special. Didier was responsive and generous with recommendations of activities around Marrakech. He and Océane organized various activities for me as well as transportation. Océane and I visited the Atlas Mountains and had the most remarkable time. She knows the best tour guides, places to eat, sites to see, people to meet... she's the greatest! Her energy is infectious. I highly recommend you book your stay here. You will be taken care of!

The location is very accesible and good walking distance to main spots. People around the area are so warm and friendly and always made us feel safe. My sister and I will never forget this place. We loved it so much! The riad is beautiful and spotlessly clean. We also love the breakfast. Our room was good size and really cozy. We always looked forward to retire in our riad at the end of the day. The staff of the riad was very accomodating. They took care of us like a family and made us feel at home. Thank you Didier, Ocean, Adil and everyone. We will truly miss you and hopefully we will have the chance to come back. You're a true gem in Marrakesh!

Didier was an amazing, hospitable host. Breakfast was just delicious and the little courtyard was a lovely place to spend time. Plenty of things in walkable distance so the location was ideal.

Didier was a wonderful host. Before arriving he helped us plan our airport transportation and provided recommendations of restaurants and places to visit. He went out of his way during our stay to help us book taxis, tuk tuk and the best local restaurants and bars. We really felt pampered. The Riad is beautiful and located in a central but quite area of the Medina.

Only negative aspect was that staying in the Medina, we woke up at 5am with the Mosque's sirens. It is part of the experience but we were rather looking forward to catch on some sleep during our vacations...

We loved everything about our stay. Didier and his team went the extra mile to ensure we had an amazing time. The riad is beautifuly furnished and centrally located in the medina so easy to walk to the souks and main sights. Breakfast was cooked fresh daily and we had our best meal in Marrakech one evening in the riad. 10/10

Everything is perfect and the owner is very kind.

I have been to Morocco before and stayed in a Riad. This Riad was very authentic and the culture of Morocco was in every room. Each room also had a ambience to it with different aethetic! Also the Host Didier was very accommodating! He helped us with check in, a lost luggage claim and helped us travel to the airport with his vehicle. He was always there for our needs and a message away for any troubles. He went beyond of what a normal host would do!
