HOTEL DAKHA INTERNATIONAL - Karol Bagh, New Delhi

La habitación era cómoda. El servicio muy amable y atento para limpiar la habitación todos los días.

Podría estar más limpio… había algunos bichos en la habitación

The service and hospitality made the stay very comfortable. We liked the variety in the menu and the food was delicious. Highly recommended!

Nothing notable

Everything looks very tired. What should be white, like the bed sheets and towels, are old and greyish. And I don’t know who took the pictures or when but they are not a fair reflection of the hotel

No pieces of dust particles around glasses and stairs, hygiene is superb.

This hotel met my expectations. Good location and no time taken to find this hotel.

Very prompt and professional staff.

Sheets and blankets were updated and dry cleaned regularly.

It is an attractive hotel, with a great lobby, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and offers a very good food.

The hotel is in preferable location. Valuable rooms close to metro and market area.

Hotel is clean and the service is great. It's very good for the price.

Rooms were clean. AC in good condition. Road facing room but no noise. Good sheets. Comfy bed for a good night sleep. Hot and cold water facilities in the bathroom. Near the metro station. Prompt fast service. Breakfast is served in the room.

Everything was exactly as expected. Comfortable rooms and excellent customer service.

Lobby looked nice, but the guest rooms were in terrible condition

Absolutely loved my stay! The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, and the room was spotless.

The hotel is in a great. Walking distance to Karol Bagh Metro and Market. Staff was polite and check-in was smooth.

Helpful and welcoming staff

The hotel is in a great location, making it ideal for travelers. The room was clean and neat, and everything was well arranged. Service was prompt throughout my stay.

Attitude of the receptionist, facilities, and cleanliness all left a lot to be desired. We initially booked three rooms for a group of four and were told that the third room would be in a separate property elsewhere. None of us felt safe venturing outside at night so we cancelled the third room. The bathroom had mould and the water tank (above the toilet) dripped. There were cockroaches and dodgy switches in the room. I am convinced that positive reviews about the hotel are fake as surely no one has such low standards.

Nichts!

Nice stay friendly staff .

Very slow service from the front desk but overall stay was nice

Old rooms.

Mind-blowing! The hotel is in a quiet area, The staff was extremely friendly and went so far as to make sure we had a great time.

Exceptional stay with my family. The kids loved the breakfast while we enjoyed the peace and comfort of the rooms.

Good hotel with great location & services

Hotel dakha international offers a comfy stay in karol bagh with helpful staff and clean rooms—great value for money.

Good location, close to the metro station. Although it is on a noisy, busy road, the soundproofing was good.

I booked a deluxe room on Booking.com. The room description on Booking.com said it had a terrace with a city view and many other amenities. When I arrived, the receptionist told me that none of the rooms had a terrace or balcony. (I specifically booked this hotel for the terrace.) Most of the other amenities listed were not available (safe, sofa, etc.). The room was in a worn condition. The refrigerator turned off after I left the room, so it was useless. The water pressure was so weak that I had to hold the diverter valve with one hand to shower. So the room description is a scam, even though I reported this to Booking.com, they haven't changed it since. I wouldn't go back.
