Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Bewertungen, aber diese Unterkunft hat mich dazu gebracht, meine Erfahrung zu teilen. Dass man für etwa 80 € pro Nacht keinen Luxus erwarten kann, ist völlig verständlich. Was man allerdings erwarten darf, ist, dass man ab dem angegebenen Check-in-Zeitpunkt problemlos Zugang zu seinem gebuchten Zimmer erhält. Genau das war hier leider nicht der Fall. Nachdem ich über den zugesendeten Link alle erforderlichen Daten für mich und meine schwangere Freundin eingegeben und auch die geforderte Taxe bezahlt hatte, passierte zunächst nichts. Wir erhielten weder Zugangsdaten noch einen Code für einen Schlüsselkasten. Nach mehreren erfolglosen Anrufen und SMS kam lediglich die Antwort „No calls“ sowie die Frage nach unserer Reservierungsnummer. Nachdem ich diese geschickt hatte, verging erneut Zeit. Auf eine weitere Nachfrage antwortete der Betreiber nur mit „verifico“. Erst nachdem ich per Bildschirmaufnahme nachgewiesen hatte, dass der Online-Check-in vollständig ausgefüllt war, erhielten wir schließlich von Diana die Zugangsdaten. Leider war damit das Problem noch nicht gelöst. Der zugesendete Code für den Schlüsselkasten funktionierte nicht. Zusätzlich bekamen wir einen Link, über den sich die Tür öffnen ließ – allerdings zunächst ohne jegliche Erklärung, wie dieser überhaupt zu benutzen ist. Erst nachdem ich erneut Videos geschickt hatte, die zeigten, dass der Code für den Schlüsselkasten nicht funktionierte, bekamen wir eine Anleitung für den Link. Damit konnten wir schließlich die Tür öffnen. Selbsterklärend oder unkompliziert war dieser Vorgang definitiv nicht. Eine weitere Enttäuschung war das Zimmer selbst. Es sah in der Realität deutlich anders aus als auf den Bildern der Unterkunft. Die Fotos vermitteln meiner Meinung nach einen wesentlich hochwertigeren, moderneren und ansprechenderen Eindruck, als wir ihn vor Ort vorgefunden haben.

We needed something close the Bari Centrale station for a late night arrival and morning departure. This worked fine and remote access by owner was very helpful.

Basic accomodation, and we couldn’t manage hot water but it did its job for us for the night.

I had to book an another hotel room on the first night, because I was not able to take the room keys and I couldn't reach the staff. I left several messages. The next day they didn't answer my call, they were not nice and helpful, so overall I was very disappointed.

20 min walk from the Old town. Host was very nice and helpful.

Fixed shower head with low pressure, nightmare for long hair. The bathroom is huge, however the shower itself is very small, estimated at 70x100 cm. Only two liquid soaps for 2 people and 2 nights. Lastly, dors are opened via link. Meaning each time you need to open the link, meaning your phone needs to be charged.. Since we have been there for only 2 nights it was troublesome to ask for the key.

Mi hanno dato la camera dopo 2 ore dall'orario stabilito del check-in, solo dopo numerosi solleciti tramite l'assistenza e quasi la riassegnazione di un'altra struttura si sono decisi a rispondere, siamo rimasti per strada fino alle 16.

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado en pleno agosto, el baño olía mal y sonaba todo el tiempo el ducto del water. Nada de eso solucionaron

non è stata effettuata alcun tipo di pulizia all interno della stanza ( 1 volta sola in un soggiorno di 7 notti). inoltre il doccino della doccia erogava acqua limitata facendo difficoltà nel effettuare la doccia, inoltre sul balcone c era una sedia di colore bianco che già dal nostro arrivo era rotta, e per finire c era lo scarico che emetteva rumori a tutte le ore del giorno con odori sgradevoli.

First, the hotel failed to have my room ready for check-in at 5 PM. The room had not been cleaned, and I waited for approximately another 30 minutes without anyone coming to clean it. I therefore requested a full refund, which the hotel agreed to, and I left the hotel based on that agreement. Later, the hotel contacted me and, after consulting with management, offered me a 50% refund if I stayed for two nights. I accepted this arrangement in good faith and returned to the hotel. I even waited until the room had been cleaned before staying. The hotel subsequently refused to honor the 50% refund it had offered, despite the fact that I had returned to the hotel specifically because I had accepted this arrangement. This is not a minor misunderstanding — it is a clear failure to stand behind a commitment made by the hotel. What makes this even more unacceptable is what happened afterwards. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the hotel and speak directly with management, I received no response whatsoever. Rather than taking responsibility for the situation, management simply chose to ignore the guest. The hotel failed me twice: first by failing to provide a clean room at check-in, and then by refusing to honor the solution it had offered to resolve its own mistake. When management makes a commitment and then refuses to take responsibility for it, it shows a serious lack of professionalism, accountability and integrity. For a hotel in the hospitality industry, this level of disregard for a guest is completely unacceptable. I trusted the hotel and acted in good faith, but the management failed to show the same basic respect and responsibility in return. This experience has left a very negative impression of the hotel and its management.

Towels havent been changed for 9 days of our stay, despite talking to the staff on different occasions telling us they will bring the next day but it never happened. No luggage storage on Saturday, only till 1 pm and we had a late flight in the evening which incurred an extra cost

The location was great, the bus station was right in front of the building and the restaurants near were great.

Firstly, we received a message one week before arrival, stating that we were “offered a free upgrade” but they were just announcing us that we were moved to another location, they didn’t ask us at all if we wanted that. They claimed that the original reservation was “put in maintenance”. We booked a hotel room which had photos with a dining area and a balcony, and in the facilites list there were listed “view and dining area”. Could’ve been our mistake that we took the “view” and the photos as a balcony, but there was no balcony, nor a view. Our window looked to the inside of a block-yard. The room itself was a downgrade from what we previosely had, the shower didn’t work properly, the fridge was half working and didn’t close properly, the “dining area” consisted in a small table, one broken chair and an armchair, but there was no space to put them near the table. In the hallway, 2 big insects greeted us every night and morning, throughout all of our stay there and the towels had red stains on them. When I wrote the next morning asking why there is no balcony, the staff told us that there didn’t exist such facility even in the previous room that we originally had (even tho to that room there were listed clear photos of a balcony and a table with chair destined to be a dining area). The new and “FREE upgrade” was a DOWNGRADE at its best, other than the location, there was no improvement.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. The building also has an elevator, which is convenient. The location is very practical, very close to the train station and with easy access to the city’s main attractions. There are also several 24-hour convenience stores nearby, which can be very useful if you need anything at the last minute. We stayed for only one night.

The shower was very poor and leaked water in several directions. There was also an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The pillows were uncomfortable. Customer service was somewhat disappointing as well: when we asked where we could pay for the public street parking, the staff member was unable to provide us with this basic information.

Que no nos pasaran la nueva dirección cuando nos hicieron "upgrade" de la habitación. Era un mejor lugar sin dudas pero tuvimos que caminar más de lo pensado con las valijas. También se cortó la luz varias veces y volvía al abrir la puerta; probablemente un problema de la automatización

Buona posizione, ma soggiorno migliorabile Il soggiorno presso Comfort Hotels Dolci Emozioni è stato nel complesso abbastanza deludente, soprattutto considerando alcuni aspetti che, a mio avviso, potrebbero essere migliorati. Il principale punto positivo è sicuramente la posizione, molto comoda perché la struttura si trova vicino alla stazione centrale di Bari e permette quindi di raggiungere facilmente la zona della stazione e spostarsi in città. Tuttavia, proprio per quanto riguarda la posizione, abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio: prima di riuscire a trovare un posto abbiamo dovuto fare diversi giri, quindi consiglio di tenere in considerazione questo aspetto se si arriva in auto. La stanza, tutto sommato, era pulita e abbastanza confortevole e abbiamo trovato a disposizione gli asciugamani. Non abbiamo però trovato alcuni piccoli servizi che, soprattutto considerando il prezzo del soggiorno, ci saremmo aspettati. All'interno della camera era presente un piccolo frigorifero, ma era spento e non era chiaro se fosse funzionante o meno. Inoltre, non abbiamo trovato nemmeno una semplice bottiglietta d'acqua in camera, cosa che sarebbe stata sicuramente apprezzata, soprattutto al momento dell'arrivo. Un altro aspetto che personalmente ho trovato poco positivo è stata l'assenza di personale presente in struttura. La gestione è completamente autonoma tramite applicazione e, proprio per questo, è importante che tutto funzioni perfettamente. Nel nostro caso abbiamo avuto un problema con l'apertura della porta: l'applicazione non permetteva di aprirla e abbiamo dovuto effettuare diverse chiamate prima di riuscire a ricevere assistenza. È stata una situazione abbastanza scomoda, soprattutto perché ci trovavamo davanti alla struttura senza riuscire ad accedere alla nostra camera. Anche la colazione non era inclusa nel prezzo, quindi non abbiamo avuto modo di valutarla.

Location is excellent, and good alternative for short stay. Very close to the train station & walkable distance to old town and beach. Reasonable price. The balcony was very nice, we could see an amazing sunset from there.

Not recommended for a long stay, especially with kids. Clean towels and sheets were not replaced during our stay, and I had to ask the person cleaning another apartment if I could get some clean towels. The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything from neighbouring apartments. The toilet pump was very loud, and there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom. Overall, it was okay for the price, but a longer stay would be difficult.

El enlace para acceder al edificio y habitación dejo de funcionar el primer día, tuve que llamar al teléfono de emergencias nocturno y tras varias llamadas cogieron el teléfono .Varios días después les ocurrió lo mismo a mis vecinos de habitación, me pidieron ayuda y llamamos al teléfono de emergencia nocturno en numerosas ocasiones y nadie contestó, era una familia con 2 niñas pequeñas, llegaban de viaje a la 1:00 de la madrugada y nadie nos atendió en el teléfono de emergencias.

Jolie petite chambre de 1 personne propre, airco fonctionnel et tout ce qu'il faut pour 1 nuit très près de la gare, pas loin du centre non plus (monuments, cafés et restos).

Aucun contact avec le personnel, on reçoit des codes d'accès par WhatsApp. En cas de soucis, le téléphone est indispensable. L'interlocuteur parle anglais, est aimable et trouve une solution. Porte abîmée, la serrure a dû être forcée précédemment.

K bytu jsme přijeli kolem 21hod večer a nefungoval odkaz pro otevření dveří. Na telefon, který měl být v případě nouze dostupný 24/7 se nedalo dovolat. Zůstali jsme tak s malým dítětem pozdě večer na ulici. Po tom, co jsme si našli nějaké číslo na webu a konečně se na nekoho dovolali, dali nám kód pro otevření boxů na klíče ručně. Kódy byly dva, po otevření vchodu a vyjetí na správné patro jsme však opět zůstali ztraceni, jelikož jsme nevěděli, které kódy patří ke kterým dveřím. Zahráli jsme si malou "escape room" kde jsme opět půl hodiny zkoušeli jaké heslo kam patří a jaký klíč otevře které dveře. Pravděpodobně jsme se v snaze najít správnou místnost dobíjeli i do jiných apartmánu, kde spali hosté. U celé této pátrací akce nám řvalo úplně vyčerpané malé dítě. Hrozný zážitek. Check-in jedna velká katastrofa. Nikdy víc

Colazione non prevista. ; Bagno piccolo e tazza del water con coperchio in plastichina leggera per cui non è consigliabile servisi perchè si crepa. Vano scala abbastanza trasandato. Balcone evidenziato nella presentazione non serve a niente: affaccia a ridosso di un altro balcone abitato. Affaccio in un cortile interno sopra tetti di edifici di varia altezza. Unico appoggio un toavolino esterno sul balcone con sedia sgangherata a rischio caduta se ti siedi. Si rischia di restare fuori la stanza se si scarica il telefono perchè per accedere devi cliccare su un link da booking da dove ti rimanda per apertura portone, porta appartamento e porta della camera.

posizione fantastica molto vicino alla stazione di bari e comunque in centro, trattandosi di via cavour. comoda la possibilità di accesso tramite remoto. la stanza è vecchia e poco confortevole, senz'altro accettabile per una sola a notte, non di più. la cosa che ho apprezzato (per trovare un pregio) è la vista meravigliosa dal terrazzo del piano 8 da cui abbiamo goduto di un tramonto meraviglioso ed una vista stupenda sulla città. unica cosa positiva il prezzo davvero basso . Comunque non lo consiglierei, mi spiace.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura a fine giugno, pienamente consapevole delle alte temperature tipiche di Bari in quel periodo. Tuttavia, la camera, essendo una mansarda, risultava estremamente calda e il condizionatore non era sufficientemente potente da raffrescarla, nemmeno lasciandolo acceso a lungo! Inoltre, il bagno presentava un rumore continuo non appena si apriva l’acqua e anche quando si accendeva la luce. Testata del materasso graffiata e rotta. Nel complesso, questi aspetti hanno inciso negativamente sul comfort del soggiorno.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. Before I even entered the property, I had trouble finding the entrance. The hotel never sent me the access code in advance, so I spent about 30 minutes in the extreme heat trying to contact someone. I called several different phone numbers before I finally reached a staff member who gave me the access code. After I managed to get inside, there was no room key available, so I had to wait outside again in the heat until someone arrived to bring it to me. The elevator was in very poor condition and was far below acceptable standards. There was absolutely no Wi-Fi or internet connection during my stay, which was extremely inconvenient. The room itself was outdated, with old furniture and worn parquet flooring. In addition, the large shower did not work properly. Overall, the experience was very frustrating and did not meet the standards I expected. I would not recommend this property based on my experience.

Vicinissimo alla stazione e ai punti di interesse.

Ho alloggiato nella stanza singola dove manca una tenda e il balcone del vicino dista 1 metro dalla stanza da letto quindi, bisogna tenere la serranda molto bassa rimanendo quasi al buio. Il rumore incessante che proviene dai condizionatori suppongo, impedisce il riposo a chi non ha il sonno pesante .. neanche i tappi per dormire hanno aiutato .

Non avere una chiave fisica della struttura; l'accesso è gestito tramite comandi da smartphone. Sarebbe stato gentile, visto il prezzo, trovare una bottiglietta d'acqua in camera.

Нам немного не повезло. Мы не нашли ключи в нашей ячейки. Поэтому нечайно зашли в соседний подъезд и попали в их же аппартаменты, только для двоих, а мы заказывали на 3. Я связалась с персоналом и они через пару минут пришли к нам и отвели в наши аппартаменты. Там уже было 3 спальных места. Местоположение очень хорошее, рядом с вокзалом и прям в центре города. Ещё хочу похвалить эту фирму! Я через день обнаружила, что в шкафу забыла платье. Я думала, что его больше не увижу. Но написав менеджеру, они сказали, что платье нашли и оно ждёт меня в их офисе. Это было очень приятно! Спасибо вам большое!

Очень растроило, что мы так и не смогли подключиться к wi-fi.

Pulizia pavimento, serramenti rotti che non si chiudeva neanche la porta, doccia così piena di calcare che non usciva neanche l’acqua dal soffione!

Stanza centrale, molto grande e super comoda con un affaccio molto bello. La stanza era infatti dotata di un bel terrazzino, un grande bagno con tutto l'occorrente per un'ottima accoglienza. Mi sono trovata bene.

Forse la struttura richiederebbe un po' di manutenzione in più ma tutto sommato l'esperienza è stata positiva.

Pokój nr 82 bez szału, ok na jedną noc. Poblemy z wejściem opisywane w innych opiniach u nas też wystąpiły. W pokoju bardzo widoczny brak gospodarza. Brudna kanapa, mini mrówki. Słabe wifi, duże tv ale bez kanałów i wifi to jeden z kilku bezużytecznych elementów wyposażenia. Brak ekspresu do kawy.

I codici per entrare in appartamento si sono bloccati e la cassettina di sicurezza non si apriva. Abbiamo provato a contattare l'host ma il cellulare dato per le emergenze era disattivato.

Nice position, very close to the train station.

The room was pretty dusty and overall I didn't have the feeling it was very clean.

L'accueil chaleureux et professionel, l'appartement superbe doté d'un grand balcon, l'emplacement tout près de la gare de Bari et du centre ville.
