Не понравилась система регистрации, невозможно зайти в отель без интернета, управляющему нельзя звонить по WhatsApp, это не отель, а комната в аппартаменте, вид был на оживленную улицу, спать невозможно, так как всю ночь ездят бешеные мотоциклы. Также в соседних комнатах всю ночь ходили люди, не закрывая апартаменты изнутри. Апартаменты находится в жилом доме, в подъезде, нет стойки регистрации. Никто не встречает. На мою просьбу поменять номер ответили отказом. Так же не предложили wi-fi. Отношение к гостям плохое, никто не пришёл, не объяснил детали. Больше никогда не буду злесь жить, даже бесплатно!!!

Pozicija je veoma dobra za obilazak. Blizina železničke stanice, starog grada, glavnog gradskog šetališta... Samo se komentar odnosi na smeštaj u ulici Via Nikolo Putignani 25-27 jer smo premešteni u ovaj objekat. Glavni krevet je preudoban

Nepostojanje ketlera i čaša/šolja. Bilo je nemoguće spremiti kafu. Iako smo dobili obećanje da će biti obezbeđeni to se nije desilo. Pomoćni ležaj je neudoban ali je srećom glavni ležaj toliko veliki da je ćerka mogla da spava sa nama.

The room was big and the location was good as it was close to the main train station. The staff also let us store pur lagguage in their office for no extra charge.

The ac started leaking water and the remote stopped working so we couldnt turn it off. There was noone to contact at that time as it was late at night. I had to go look for shops to find batteries for the remote to be able to turn off the ac. They came in the next morning and fixed the ac. I would sugfest to have extra batteries in case of an emergency.

Neću možda najbolje moći dati recenziju, jer sam dobio zamenski smeštaj, koji je 500-600 metara bliže istorijskom centru grada. Smeštaj koji sam dobio je u čuvanoj zgradi. U blizini su restorani, prodavnice, šetališna zona i Stari grad. U sobi je nov nameštaj, kupatilo je super sređeno i veliko, klima odlično radi.

Nema konkretno ništa, ali nisam ni bio u smeštaju koji sam rezervisao.

Había hormigas, estaba todo roto, en mal estado, cogines horribles

Pokój nr 53, Lokalizacja, blisko dworca, 0,5 km do głównej zakupowej ulicy, 1,8 km do plaży, blisko sklepów spożywczych, apteki itd. Dobre wi-fi, czystość, cichutka klimatyzacja, sprzątanie pokoju na życzenie, miła obsługa biura. Pokój nr 51 jest o wiele słabszym jakościowo.

Brak czytelnego sposobu wejścia do lokalu, kilka dni przed przyjazdem należy się odprawić i dokonać opłaty klimatycznej, wówczas w informacji od biura otrzymujesz kod wejścia, jednak to nie tym kodem otwiera się lokal tylko kluczem elektronicznym który otrzymuje się bezpośrednio na swojego maila w chwili gotowości pokoju do użytkowania. Za każdym razem wchodzenia do obiektu, holu i pokoju używa się odpowiednich kluczy w mailu. Dostep do internetu jest konieczny. Kasetki przy wejściach z ruchomymi cyframi są mylące, nie do użytku, błędnie sugerują że może znajdować się tam klucz.

Lo mejor es que está cerca de la estación de tren y el bus para ir al aeropuerto que era lo que nosotras necesitábamos y a unos 20 minutos caminando del centro, asi que si lo que necesitas es hacer una o 2 noches rápidas es un sitio limpio es suficiente.

Todo lo demás. Todo el proceso del checking se hace online, no ves a nadie en ningún momento y te encuentras en una habitación, dentro de un piso, dentro de un edificio de viviendas todo bastante feo. Las puertas del alojamiento se abren a través de un enlace que te envian al movil con 3 accesos uno para la puerta del edificio, otro para la puerta del apartamento y otro más para la puerta de tu habitación. Esto no tiene por que ser un problema hasta el momento en el que el enlace falla, tu movil falla, no tienes internet o te quedas sin batería... y las puertas no se abren. Dependes del móvil para todo. A nosotras nos funcionó bien pero cuando llegamos había una pareja que llevaba mucho tiempo en la calle intentando abrir la puerta o contactar con alguien porque su enlace no funcionaba, con el consiguiente mal rato que pasaron. Entras y el ascensor es más bien un montacargas en el que no caben 2 personas y una maleta y que parece un milagro que pueda llegar hasta tu piso... Si no fuera porque nuestra habitación estaba en un 7° piso no habría usado ese trasto bajo ningún concepto. La habitación es de tamaño normal y tiene un pequeño balcón. Hay una nevera pero no importa porque no funciona. Tiene aire acondicionado pero tampoco importa porque apenas enfria la habitación y hace un ruido espantoso y también te dejan unas infusiones y un sobre de café, pero tampoco importa porque no hay ni hervidor de agua ni máquina para el café. Las camas y almohadas no están mal pero han tenido tiempos mejores. En fin que si lo unico que necesitas es hacer una noche cerca del tren o el bus, en un sitio limpio eso si, tiene una ubicación perfecta a 5 min de la estación pero no querrás pasar más tiempo allí.

We were unable to access the apartment because the self check-in system did not work. The host instructed us to use a website with three buttons to unlock the entrance door, but none of the buttons worked. I immediately informed the host through Booking.com and then spent over an hour trying to reach them by both messages and phone calls. Unfortunately, they stopped responding completely, leaving us locked outside with no assistance. The following day, our reservation was simply canceled and refunded. We received no explanation from the property. If you are considering staying here, be aware that if the self check-in system fails, you may not be able to reach the host for help, you are going to be relaying on the website with buttons to open your doors.

Cambierei gli accessori della doccia molto obsoleti …il tubo della doccia era colmo di calcare tanto da aver cambiato colore così come nei bordi della doccia …in fondo il costo di questo accessorio è davvero irrisorio !

Il sistema d’ingresso è semplice e comodo. La preparazione della stanza prima del nostro arrivo, facendocela trovare fresca con aria condizionata.

За 8 дни почистиха само веднъж,без да сменят завивките на леглото,бяха оправили леглото със същите чаршафи(мръсни).Също така бяха оставаили само чисти кърпи с една по-малко.Пода беше мръсен.

La manera de entrar era dudosa, te dan un código que luego no sirve para nada, y cuando llamas no tienen atención de urgencia al ser domingo.

Pokoj wymaga odswiezenia i wyczyszczenia, klimatyzacja brudna w srodku, nieprzyjemny zapach w lodowce (dodatkowo bardzo slabo chlodzila). W lazience mnostwo mrowek, brudny prysznic, srednio dzialajace zaslony prysznicowe. Obok toalety jest kran z woda, ktory ciagle przecieka. Łatwe zameldowanie do pokoju, natomiast fajnie byloby miec fizyczny klucz do drzwi na wszelki wypadek. Szafa w pokoju dziala tak, jakby miala sie rozleciec, az strach ja otwierac! Jest bardzo niestabilna. Na balkonie przy scianie jest piecyk (chyba od ogrzewania wody), z ktorego leci pomaranczowa ciecz. Niestety nasze ubrania, ktore sie suszyly na balkonie zostaly poplamione.

Близо до гарата и центъра на града, стаята ми беше чиста, на висок етаж, с гледка към булеварда, в сградата има асансьор. Всички врати се отварят през телефона чрез линк, който изпращат при потвърждение на резервацията.

Миришеше на канализация, в банята нямаше вентилация. Не оставяйте отворени напитки, защото моята се напълни с мравки.

Não aceitaram deixar malas antes do checkin, não tinha roupa de cama p o sofá cama, não tinha tapete de banheiro, nem papel higiênico, ao solicitar desde o chekin, não foi providenciado até a noite, alegaram q só seria possível tomar as providências no dia seguinte, após muita insistência vieram trazer as 10hs da noite e de cara feia. Só sabem dizer q não falam a sua língua, não se esforçam pra te entender e desligam o telefone na sua cara, deixando sem resposta, precisa insistir muito. O chão estava sujo e cheio de formigas, em vez de mandar alguém limpar, trouxeram apenas inseticidas.

I servizi e la stanza non erano compatibili con la descrizione, nemmeno la veduta dal balcone

Mancanza di igiene, bagno senza bidet,il televisore ed Internet non funzionano E l'indirizzo che c'è scritto su booking non corrisponde alla reception che risponde al telefono dopo le ore 9:30. Manca bollitore e caffettiera.

Id like that it`s on the main street and it`s near by to the center and old town.

The pictures in Booking didn`t corresponding to real room, balcony was internal, the condition of the room wasn't good. Nobody check our room during the stay. I was there for the Bari Marathon, from the property didn`t allow us to stay one hour more, just to not spread our luggage. They requested me to pay city tax, using some their internal APIs, not recommending to using your official bank cards.

Poziția ultracentrală, aproape de gară, de mare și de obiectivele turistice. Seara, priveliștea de pe terasă (balcon) este romantică. Vom reveni cu siguranță!

Norādītie tālruņa numuri nav pareizi vai pieslēgti automātiskajam atbildētājam, kurš paziņo, ka atbildi varam gaidīt tikai tuvākajā darbadienā. Mūsu prombūtnē caur istabu bija palaisti remontstràdnieki balkona remontam, aizejot numurs bija aizslēgts ar parasto atslēgu, kamēr mums bija tikai elektroniskā karte mobilajā telefonā. Vakarā atgriežoties, mēs netikām numurā. Stundu zvanīju uz visiem tālr. nr., rakstīju ziņas, atbildes nekādas... un naktī jau bija lidojums... pēc stundas caur booking beidzot saņēmu atbildi ar norādi, kur meklēt parasto atslēgu.. tā kā ziniet- arī norādītais Emergency tālrunis jums nepalīdzēs.

The apartment was just fine. I was spacious and clean. It also had a balcony which is always nice and practical.

After completing their check in process which was done in a different web platform I thought that I had everything needed to get to my room. But when I came to the front door of the building I soon realized that I didn’t have a clue how to get inside. Their instructions didn’t make sense to me. There was some code given but no any place to put it in. I thought that maybe I was just dumb and decided to call them and ask for help. There was two different phone numbers which I tried both for maybe 20 times. I also sent messages through booking and their own platform and an email. Nothing seemed to get a response. At this point I had spend almost all my phone battery and I was getting very frustrated. Luckily for me they finally answered the phone. I found out that they hadn’t yet provided me with a web link that was needed to access the place. Why they didn’t mention about this earlier to avoid confusion I don’t know. I spent about one hour in front of the place before I was able to get inside. Memorable experience but not in a good way. As I side note and not as criticism: there’s a lot of hotels and other services on the same street with almost the same name so when you are there make sure that you are in front of the right place.

A localização era muito boa , 10min a pé da zona histórica e da estação. Zona tranquila As toalhas e roupa da cama estavam limpas

O alojamento não correspondia às fotos , mau estado de conservação e desmazelado. A mesa de cabeceira segurava o guarda fatos que estava partido. Marcas de queimadas de cigarro nos móveis e chão. A maçaneta da porta do apartamento permaneceu partida durante as 7 noites que lá estivemos. Não tinha qualquer tipo de isolamento sonoro. Deixaram 2 rolos de papel higiénico para 2 adultos 7 noites. Não existiam produtos de higiene pessoal para além de uns mínimos sabonetes. Não usamos a kitchenete que tinha um péssimo aspecto. A higienizacao do espaço poderia ser mais cuidada.

Расположение отеля было супер. Близко ко всем достопримечательностям. Номер большой,светлый с большим балконом. Но .. Не было ни шампунь, ни жидкого мыла,стакана. Самое главное было очень шумно.

Номер был на троих. Дольше кровать супер, но третий спал на раскладном кресле очень неудобно .

The location is perfect! Close to everything and safe. I liked the laundry service, very efficient. And the staff are very friendly and responsive.

Unfortunately, it was not cleaned up. The remote control was under the bed and there was a rotten apple under the bed. I think it’s standard to have a coffee machine, but they don’t have anything. The corridor smells of cigarettes so badly.

Łazienka bardzo zniszczona. Przydałby się generalny remont ! (pod prysznicem dużo pleśni). Wizualnie robi słabe wrażenie.

Lodówka słabo chłodziła, bardzo głośna klimatyzacja. Czajnik, kubek, cukier, ale żadnej herbaty, kawy, itp

The location was ideal for what I needed to do (take an early plane and flight).

The noise from the street at night was excessive. There were people drag racing down the strip.

Don't expect anything fancy here. For the price (we paid around €52/small double + city tax) it's very simple but clean. Location is perfect just 5 minute walk from Bari Centrale and 10 minute walk to Bari old town. There's a minifridge but no kettle.

Self check-in via mobile phone, so you gotta have mobile data otherwise you won't be able to enter the accommodation. No key, only via mobile phone. No reception. There is an elderly man living in the room that says General manager but he doesn't speak English and couldn't help in any way. I was asking for the WiFi as there was no instruction given how to connect. We figured it out by ourselves but they could really make a better effort and pay attention to details here, f.ex. no remote for the AC provided and no heating, we do have remotes in our mobile phone so we could use the AC to heat the room a little otherwise it would be too cold at night in wintertime.

Locatia a fost conform descrierilor de pe site. Am facut rezervare prin Booking. Am stat acolo 7 zile in care nu am avut contact cu nici o persoana fizica. Accesul in cladire si camera se face prin link-ul primit pe telefon. Incalzirea se face cu aerul conditionat, noi am stat acolo intre 24-31 decembrie 2025. Pana la gara faceam cam 5 minute pe jos. De acolo am facut toate calatoriile spre obiectivele pe care am dorit sa le vizitam: Polignano a Mare, Matera, Alberobello, Monopoli. Nu am folosit in Bari mijloace de transport in comun, ne-am plimbat doar pe jos. Pentru a ajunge la hotel de la aeroport am folosit trenul la sosire si autobuzul la plecare.

De la baie se auzea un zgomot puternic cand curgea apa de la dus sau chiuveta sau cand se tragea apa la WC. Proprietatea ar trebui sa rezolve aceasta problema care deranjeaza ziua, dar mai ales noaptea.

Esalazioni di fogna dal bagno ESAGERATE!!!! Non si è potuto gestire il riscaldamento perché il dispositivo non dava segni di vita, essendo la notte per il capodanno abbiamo rinunciato a chiamare tanto la mattina andavamo via, ma non è possibile una roba del genere!!! Niente tenda alla finestra...vabbe per fortuna era solo per una notte.

Ottima la posizione sia per arrivare a Bari vecchia che per raggiungere la stazione.

La camera si trova in una posizione centrale , a 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale e dalla metro. La camera è ampia e pulita e il personale è sempre disponibile e attento alle richieste . È la seconda volta che ci torno, e tornerò a gennaio.

Posizione ottima, praticamente in centro

Mancanza di tende e nel bagno dovrebbero cambiare tutto il sistema doccia, in quanto completamente fatiscente , schizzi di acqua ovunque, e difficoltà nel far uscire l'acqua calda.

Struttura vicinissima al centro e alla stazione. Camera molto spaziosa e pulita. Bagno accessoriato di tutto il necessario. Personale disponibile a qualsiasi chiarimento.

Bisogna girare un pochino per trovare un parcheggio.

Stanza squallida bagno terribile tutto vecchio rattoppato con un macchinario dietro al wc di pompaggio acqua in maniera rumorosissima riempendo peraltro la stanza di puzza di fogna non vado oltre perché ne verrebbe fuori un poema.Ovviamente lo sconsiglio non fatevi ingannare dalle foto su booking purtroppo ho fatto solo 2 foto che nemmeno rendono.

Bearable for one night. They helped me pay via PayPal after I refused to provide them via internet all my bankcard details in advance, including the CVV number, just for the €2 tourist tax, which Booking was not able to collect.

Entering all three doors only via mobile internet, what’s up call was rejected. Worn-out furniture, no harmony, a renovation wouldn’t hurt, the interior balcony door couldn’t be closed, the toilet and the water pump were noisy. Almost no channels worked on the TV. It’s a room in an apartment and not a single apartment.
