La cafetière n’est pas très pratique. Une Keurig serait vraiment appréciée, puisque les capsules sont beaucoup plus faciles à apporter que du café moulu.

The location is not too far to tourist spots. There were shops and restaurants nearby. An open.parking across the building and an indoor one which is about 140m away. The kitchen is complete with equipments and utensils and I really loved the bed. I woke up without any backpain. .

Just that there is no hanger to hang our clothes but I already expect this based on previous reviews. Nothing I didn't like aside from that.

L'absence de rideau/volet aux fenêtres... pour ceux qui dorment dans le salon, difficile de dormir après le lever du soleil... Obliger de mettre le matelas du canapé dans le coin chambre. D'autre part, le coin chambre est séparé du salon par un rideau, c'est pas mal mais il fait chaud très vite car la clim n'est que dans le salon. Donc si on ouvre, les rideaux, il fait meilleur mais le lever de soleil vous réveille... il faut trouver le juste équilibre :-( pas évident Ils n'est pas possible d'ouvrir les fenêtres, c'est embêtant pour aérer

Easy to enter, bedsheets were clean

Room: The windows face the street and aren’t double-glazed, so you hear everything outside. They also run the full width of the wall with no blinds - between the street noise and the light, it felt like sleeping outside. The apartment was booked for 3 people, but there’s no door separating the living room from the bedroom - just a curtain. Bathroom: The toilet flush buttons were sticky, and the sink was odd - turning on the water sprayed back at you. The room also didn’t have a pleasant smell when you walked in. Parking tip: Don’t book the hotel’s parking package - it’s about 300-400m away. There’s an Indigo parking lot right next to the hotel that’s only $4 more and much more convenient.

The room was very very humid, even with the AC on. No air flow making it very hot during the warmer days.

Good location but right on a major street. Walking distance to pedestrian streets, and old Quebec.

The bedrooms were enclosed by a curtain, which was fine but could hear activity in other rooms. The temperature was not consistent between rooms.

It is spacious for a few nights if you travel with a family.

There are a lot of homeless people on the streets in this area which didn't make me feel safe. As some of them shout at you and obviously beg for money. It is about 30 minutes walk into the old part of Quebec. There is zero cabinet space or shelves in the apartment so you need to live out of your suitcase. The apartment is not very well insulated so you hear the upstairs neighbors walk, which can be annoying if there are young kids running all over the place until late, like in our case. It didn't feel really safe when there were other guests coming in and out and keeping the door open for other people. We were guests but you never know who isn't! Would I stay here again? Not sure but this group has other apartments located nearer to town so I would opt for those.

El alojamiento es muy moderno y nuevo. Ubicación fantástica en el barrio de Saint Roch, cerca del centro histórico. Habitación muy amplia y limpia. Camas cómodas.

Alojamiento sin armarios para poner la ropa. El servicio de lavadora y secadora era de pago (a diferencia de otros alojamientos en los que hemos estado en Canadá en los que se ofrecía de manera gratuita). Hay un procedimiento específico para hacer el check-in, y si no lo haces dicen que no te envían el código de acceso. Esto nos pareció un poco farragoso y estricto, y es poco habitual. El extractor de la cocina no era lo suficientemente potente. Lástima que no hubiera ninguna ventana practicable, pero había climatización y aire acondicionado. Faltaban paño de cocina y bayeta.

Had to pay extra for my child. The room sleeps 4 so should be included in the advertised price not per person. If the room sleeps 4 you should be able to bring 2 children for the advertised price.

We enjoyed how modern the apartment was . Also, the location a good 15 to 20 minute walk to old city. The beds, couch, dining area,all very comfortable.

The lack of storage for clothing, whether drawers or closet to hang them. This would not be a good place to stay longer than a couple of days. Also, we did not have hot water on the first day we arrived.

Parking was tricky. The place across the street "Indigo Dorchester" didn't have spots available all the time. It's only one enter and one exit. For the other ones recommended I was not able to reserve. "Parkeo Jardin St-Roch" didn't accept my US zip code and SPAQ-INRS didn't have a translated English web site and after figuring out where to put the address for searching the nearest parking place, it didn't show me any option

En général le loft était très bien.

De belle grande fenêtre , besoin d'un nettoyage des vitres extérieure pour rendre la vue encore plus agréable. Aussi d'ajouter des toiles aux fenêtres pour couper la lumière de la rue et surtout à la fenêtre vis à vis du divan lit.

The apartment was incredibly spacious, making the stay very comfortable, and it was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed, making it perfect for cooking. The bed was very large and exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was also spacious. I absolutely loved the interior design. There were plenty of cafés and restaurants within walking distance, so it was very convenient to find places to eat. I would definitely stay here again.

The communication was terrible. There was no instructions for appliances and when they didn't work the staff were told and didn't respond

Very large space, comfortable beds, self check in was easy. Some great restaurants in the area. The “real” Quebec city as opposed to just for tourists. Easy walk to VIA station.

The shower was a bit tricky to use without getting water on the bathroom floor. It is close to a homeless shelter so you do see that side of the city (fine with us, we are from Toronto, and no one bothered us), but might be surprising to some who are not expecting it.

Check in & check out was completely on line - a little puzzled at first but quite efficient as it turned out. The room was spacious, nicely furnished and extremely comfortable. Because the room was so lovely, dinner in the room (nearby supermarket has a very nice deli corner) was arguably as enjoyable as in a high class restaurant. At about C$350 a night this is not a cheap accomodation, but worth it in my opinion.

The loft setup is nicely suited to traveling with older children. Built-in bunks give them individual privacy and space to put their things. The kitchen was simple but adequately appointed--plenty good for making a group breakfast or whipping up quick snacks. We were skeptical of the no-staff, all-remote service model, but it worked out nicely. In fact, when my daughter forgot some belongings with considerable value to her, one email to the staff was all it took to have them recovered and held for pickup by a parcel carrier. I thought that stuff was gone for good. Clearly, folks I never met were both notably honest and willing to go above and beyond to reunite her with her stuff. Long story short, the lofts offered all of the benefits of an Airbnb with the comfort, reliability, and predictability of a professionally managed hotel. And the location is great. Not exactly in the heart of it all, but an easy walk to the Old City and major attractions. All told, also a very good value for the dollar.

The Lofts at Dorchester provide a beautifully designed and comfortable stay not far from Vieux Quebec: an easy bus ride ( the 800 bus) or Uber to the heart of the old city. The neighborhood is clearly under gentrification and the hotel is clearly an example of that work in progress.

Space was good. Beds were good.

Auto mated check in no staff. You can't leave your luggage after check out. You need to take them to another hotel near by. Took hours to solve cooling problem. Not close to old Quebec, if you decide to walk it will be uphill.

This place is just beautifully designed, super clean and extremely comfortable. I wish I could stay there longer!

The bedside lamps in bedroom couldn’t be turned on/off individually; plus, the switch is on the wall by the door, not at bedside. Not ideal for bedtime reading and if one person wants to go to sleep before the other.

This is a comfortable, clean, spacious loft for a family. We did not do any cooking during our stay, but appreciated the full size refrigerator/freezer for ice and beverages. The beds were comfortable and the loft was very spacious. We were able to do laundry in the laundry facilities located in the building.

The loft does not have any shelving, drawers, wardrobes, etc... so you are living out of your suitcase. It would be nice to have a place to hang a few clothing items or at least more hooks, both in the sleeping areas and the bathroom.

You hear the traffic on the second floor as if it was in your living room. Also when neighbours above flush water/take shower you hear that too. Poor noise insulation. Impossible to sleep there without ear plugs

The bedrooms have no doors because it does not have any ventilation. it has heavy curtains that blocks off the light well but also the ventilation making it really stuffy and hot at night. If you keep the curtains open, there's way too much light coming in from the living area since that only has sheer curtains. No closets or drawers available - you have to keep your clothes inside your luggage

Slaapkamer was erg warm door de ochtendzon. Geen overgordijnen in de woonkamer. Keuken zeer beperkt ingericht: geen waterkoker maar ouderwetse fluitketel die heel lang duurt op keramische plaat, geen theedoek of vaatdoek. Geen koffie of thee aanwezig.

Great location with restaurants and cafes in the street behind. Spacious and modern studio with lots of natural light.

Pas de petit déjeuner. Bien situé. Propre, silencieux, bien équipé .

Propreté irréprochable, proximité de tous les services et de la vieille-ville, immeuble calme, belle déco, lit confortable, équipement neuf dans le condo.

Pour les personnes qui veulent utiliser le sofa-lit dans le salon, le rideau dans la salle principale n'est pas assez épais pour couper la lumière de l'extérieur. L'envoi du code d'entrée de la porte devrait être fait le matin de l'arrivée. J'ai dû essayer de trouver du WiFi dans le Vieux-Québe durant l'après-midi. Je n'ai pas de données ajoutées sur mon portable. J'aurais pu récupérer mes codes dans un resto avec WiFi lors de mon lunch.

La posizione è ottima, vicino c'è un parcheggio a pagamento sorvegliato. L'appartamento è confortevole, pulito e molto funzionale. I letti sono comodissimi.

Fare il checkin non è stato semplicissimo, i codici di accesso sono arrivati dopo un pò di tempo quindi è meglio comunicare l'orario di arrivo in modo da evitare di rimanere fuori casa in attesa dei codici. le piante nel palazzo e nell'appartamento sono trascurate, basterebbe dare un pò d'acqua.

La posizione è ottima, di lato all'ingresso c'è un parcheggio a pagamento vigilato, c'è molta privacy non essendoci reception, è silenzioso anche perchè le finestre non si aprono. E' arredato molto bene, essenziale e funzionale ma senza trascurare il design. I letti sono comodissimi.

Non c'è personale, il check-in avviene tramite App e non è immediato, quindi è meglio dare un orario di arrivo in modo che abbiano il tempo di inviare i codici d'ingresso. Le finestre non si aprono quindi benchè ci sia il condizionatore non c'è possibilità di cambiare aria e la sensazione di stare 'sigillati' non è piacevole. Le piante degli appartamenti e quelle della Hall sono trascurate e abbandonate a loro stesse. Basterebbe un pò d'acqua!

I don't like of room.because they don't have the door. I was come with my family. My wife and I didnt have relax for bed. Because the rooms didn't have the door. And you writed at informations,that the hotel have parking.but you didn't have the parking. But other thing were excellent.

Een ontzettend mooi en ruim appartement. Het was mooi ingericht en brandschoon. Alles is aanwezig: TV, vaatwasser, fornuis met oven en magnetron. De afgescheiden ruimte voor het bed is afgeschermd met uitstekend verduisterende gordijnen wat voor een goede nachtrust zorgde. Het appartementencomplex is op loopafstand van de oude stad.
