Water heater not working; informed the owner. Driving to the 2nd floor w/c is the lobby was a little challenging.

Basic stuff, nothing special about the unit. Just a basic hotel-type accommodation. The bed is dusty, but since we only stayed for a night, we did not bother as we checked-in at night, hence we sort it out ourselves.

Room very small for the money, not good value for the money. Not much in the way of cooking utensils, very sparse. Had to take most meals at the restaurant. I was expecting better cooking facilities like most condos that I have stayed at in the past. I was very disappointed overall.

I don't like it when they don't have enough toilet paper and the faucet in the sink does not have enough water so you cannot wash dishes and other utensils, you can't use the pool when you only stay under 5 days of stay unless you pay more extra

The room has a bad sewerage smell .in the booking it indicated two bedroom apartment but we were issued a one bedroom apartment, we don't need another bedroom though

No one to meet the guest, all formalities/check in procedures was delegated to the security who does not know anything about the incoming guest. The host runs his rental unit via remote control - getting in touch with guest via FB Messenger. Does not want you to step on the carpet in your shoes, why put a carpet then??? The unit looks nice at night, but on inspection at day time, full of dust!
