Location wise, everything is close.Breakfast is so good lots of choices nd the rooms are very clean of course the hotel itself is clean and smells good inside.

The only feedback is the cleanliness of it's room because there are still chips on the carpet under the bed where my son notice it. Other than that it's all good.

Weekday breakfast was okay, nothing special. But weekend breakfast was much better with more foods available (especially danggit -- why not have this every day?). Mall-next-door location is very convenient.

The price point is a bit high especially considering the available alternatives.

Friendly and helpful staff. Archie was our favorite, he greeted us and helped us with our luggage as we entered; and he was also helpful with info concerning local sites. Great location. Families will appreciate that the hotel is mere few steps from the local mall (the hotel faces the mall). The mall has a great selection of stores(Estee Lauder, Mango, Gap), a full grocery, and a variety of restaurants (Japanese, Korean, American, and Filipino). Room selection is good, and the rooms are well furnished and clean. Housekeeping is easy to reach when you request additional towels (we use a lot). Food at the hotel via room service is good and quickly delivered. The servers are friendly and very respectful, always asking permission before entering the room.

Though staff frequently promote the morning buffet, it is disappointing and overpriced for the quality of food. A better value for breakfast are the à la carte items.

Perfect location, clean and comfortable rooms, satisfying breakfast buffet.

Service was inconsistent. Water bottles and toiletries were some days refilled, most days left as is. For the breakfast buffet, I thought it was pretty much self service until my last day where the staff offered options straight from the kitchen that I did not know were available until then.

The disabled shower floor drained to the entire bathroom. The shower area did not have slope to drain. Forced to move to another room.

If you’ve been to other Sedas before, then you’ll be disappointed. The rooms were smaller, the restaurant is too crowded and in terms of area, it is small for a big hotel. No outdoor space- 2 sides of the pool was the perimeter fence and 1 was part of the building.

The location and rooms were awesome! However, during my stay there was a huge earthquake that hit the city. I’d like to commend the entire hotel staff for their handling of the situation especially since guests had to evacuate the building.

I had a wonderful stay. The location is very convenient and close to the places I wanted to visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The staff were hospitable, friendly, and always willing to help. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again. 😊

Dinner for our 12 Davao guests was brilliant, including poolside cocktails.

Instant coffee in the bedroom was awful. Both my wife and I did not finish our drinks. Shower water not very hot.

アラヤモールが目の前と言う立地、スタッフの洗練されたサービス、清潔な部屋、毎日少しづつ内容の変わる朝食。

窓の景色がモール側と廃墟側に分かれている。交渉しなければ廃墟側にされてしまい、気分が台無しになる。また、シンクからの下水臭は滞在中完全に解決される事は無かったり。

The standout for me was the customer service. Every single staff member I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant. It made a big difference walking into a place where people consistently smile and treat you with respect. That kind of atmosphere really elevates the whole stay. The breakfast staff deserves special mention. Although the food itself had some inconsistencies, the team taking care of the guests was phenomenal. They were attentive, proactive, and very accommodating with drinks like coffee, they were also very accommodating with special requests. You could tell they truly cared about the guest experience. Overall, the hotel created a comfortable and positive environment, which made it feel like a temporary home rather than just a place to sleep.

The main downside was the breakfast quality and consistency. Some days were noticeably better than others, but overall, I’d rate the food around a 6 out of 10. It wasn’t bad, but it didn’t quite match the high level of service provided by the staff. The experience felt a bit uneven, especially when expectations are higher in a hotel setting like this. Even with the minor issue on the food side, the service alone carries the experience. The staff’s professionalism and warmth are what you’ll remember most, and that goes a long way in making the stay enjoyable.
