Le point positif c’est l’emplacement et les restaurant dans la résidence

Logement plutôt sal Plusieurs choses cassées ( pierres, vitres) Une salle de bain sur deux qui n’était pas fonctionnelle, l’eau coulait en dessous chez le voisin, qui est venu nous voir à plusieurs reprises pour se plaindre Lavabos presque bouchés Un plombier est passé pour sois disant réparer cette douche mais le problème a persisté durant tout le séjour Pourtant nous avons reçu un message expliquant que la douche était de nouveau fonctionnelle, bref 1700 pour ça, à fuir !

Bien situé

It was nice, clean and comfortable. And the picture I saw in the website of Booking.com was the same thing in the property. I really like it and I recommend this area and specially the Riyad for family and friends. it was wonderful and we had a great time there.

I don’t have anything to say that is not good in the property

Good value family accommodation just outside the Medina. Easy to walk in or get a taxi from the gate. Nice traditional sytle house with plenty of space for the family. Nice roof terrace to enjoy the sun.

Mattresses on the two double beds were too hard! Had to use extra blankets on first few nights (duvets would be better). Communal pools nice but very cold!

That was nice, very tidy and well équiped. Safe to stay there as there is a security guard and monitoring.

The heating didn’t work in a room.

Commodités proches très pratiques. Au niveau des piscines et de la mosquée ... endroits magnifiques. Superbe terrasse.

Hébergement non conforme à l annonce. .. Climatisation chauffage HS dans la chambre des enfants. 1 TV ok sur 4. La bouilloire sent le plastique.. Abattants des 2 wcs non adaptés. Sèche cheveux inexistant. Pas assez d eau chaude pour un accueil de 7 pers... 3 grands max... bof bof

De l'accueil jusqu'au départ tout a été parfait, la résidence est bien placé, le service de sécurité est rassurant, des restaurants & supermarket présent et la riad est spacieuse. Notre séjour en famille s'est bien passé merci a Habib

No where to dry clothes if we did a wash but other then this it was amazing definitely a treat

Couldn’t access the swimming pool on Fridays

The property was well furnished, decorated and stocked with all the necessities such as towels along with extra luxuries like extension chords and 2 pin adapters to ensure customer comfort. The place was clean and all the appliances worked properly. There were almost 3 living rooms, there were 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms (1 with shower and toilet, 1 with just toilet and 1 with just shower). The apartment had a fully stocked kitchen, and there was good wifi. There was also a very lovely balcony at the top to enjoy the sun. There was security at the gates of the front of the apartment complex, and the entire area was very safe. There were local shops and places to eat just outside of the apartment. The apartment is very close to the city centre, it cost our family (of 5) only 70dirhams to get there via taxi. The host was very accommodating, he gave us a tour when we first got there. He was very polite and helpful whenever we needed anything, this made our stay there very smooth and comfortable. We will definitely be booking him again.

The location is perfect, the area is so safe and comfortable. You have everything you need inside the estate. The house was so homely and clean.
