Le balcon avec des etais pour tenir le balcon du dessus. La douche était en mauvais état. Pommeau de douche cassé, peu d'équipements dans la chambre ou dans la salle de bain. Bruyant car mal isolé. Stationnement compliqué. Ascenseur payant pour monter.

Colazione che sarebbe meglio non offrire (non dichiarandola) oppure da migliorare: metterei tutto in modalità self; con macchinette del caffe a cialde e latte con distributore. La mattina meglio fare colazione in tranquillità. Andrebbero bene i cornetti e prodotti tipici del supermercato ma perlomeno in totale autonomia.

Tapparella non funzionante con tenda che non ricopre completamente. Luce al mattino molto presto. Prese dietro la spalliera del letto, inutilizzabili. Copriwater tutto rotto e spazzolone per pulizia al limite del decente. Colazione se cosi si può definire pessima. Tutto confezionato di bassa qualità. Struttura al secondo piano senza ascensore o meglio, previo pagamento di 50 centesimi a corsa. Apparete non averlo comunicato, dopo due tentativi, al terzo ha funzionato. Purtroppo avevamo due grosse valigie e zaini. Qualità prezzo non all'altezza delle aspettative.

La colazione potrebbe fare di più, davvero scarsa.. pochissima scelta dei prodotti e pure scadenti. La camera era pulita ma dovrebbe avere più cura del mobilio e della pulizia della biancheria, sia da bagno che da letto .

Apart from the door locks to the apartment, everything else seems to be cheap and it dire need of repair or replacement. The balcony door had no handle on. Never met the owner. Had to pay the cleaning person when we left

Reviewed May 30, 2026We enjoyed the balcony that looked out over the city. The bed and breakfast was within walking distance of the train station if you don't have a lot of luggage. It was close to restaurants, shopping and the water where there were sighting seeing boats to other areas. The train station had good connections to other towns. We went to Paestum to see Greek ruins and to Herculaneum on another day from there. There was a friendly staff that served a continental breakfast in the morning.
You need to climb a few stairs before you reach the elevator

Mancanza di un frigorifero in camera. Eccessivo rumore della pompa per l'espulsione delle acque reflue del bagno. Ascensore a pagamento con monete da 50 centesimi per raggiungere la struttura al secondo piano

El alojamiento tiene una ubicación fantástica, ideal para moverse y explorar la zona con total comodidad. Lo mejor de todo son las impresionantes vistas: poder contemplar el mar y la montaña al mismo tiempo desde allí es un auténtico privilegio. Además, el desayuno incluido estaba riquísimo y completo, la energía perfecta para empezar el día. El trato fue de diez. ¡Repetiremos sin duda

Reviewed May 24, 2026Kein B&B für eine Hochzeitsnacht, aber im Rahmen einer Rundreise ausreichend. Hervorragende Leitung über WhatsApp bis ins gebuchte Zimmer. Ein vorab gesendetes Video machte den recht versteckten Eingang leicht auffindbar. Die Lage kaum zu toppen. 20 Meter zur Fussgängerzone mit reichlich Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants. Besser gehts nicht. Direkt gegenüber ein Influencer Spaghetti HotSpot, bei dem ohne Reservierung gar nichts geht. Parken....nur gg Gebühr, allerdings auch direkt gegenüber am Bahnhof, der ebenfalls 2 Minuten entfernt ist. Zum Verlieben war die Frau welche das "Frühstück" servierte. Tolle liebevolle Dame.
Nicht gefallen bei dem Preis ist relativ. Das B&B hat räumlich und von der Lage her ein riesen Potential. Ich würde mit 200QDM Laminat starten und ein paar schöne Bilder von Salerno aufhängen. Ein paar schicke Handtücher und bei den riesen Zimmern eine kleine Sitzgelegenheit einbringen. Das man in Italien allgemein nicht viel von Kleiderhaken hält, ist auch hier der Fall. Mit ein wenig Aufwand würde ich hier eine Schmuckstück daraus machen. Das würde sich definitiv rechnen.

Peccato che la camera è grande ma in non buone condizioni. In primis pareti e finestre sono mal isolate: si sente la tv o parlare I vicini di stanza, la notte si sentono le automobili lungo la strada limitrofa che sembra di essere a Imola. Il bagno è vetusto, la cipolla della doccia piena di calcare, ogni volta che si apre l'acqua si avvia una specie di pompa che fa un rumore assurdo.

Manutenzione assente Copriletti macchiati di non si sa che cosa. Finestra esterna senza maniglia non si chiude quindi si sentono tutti i rumori stessa cosa vale per la finestra interna. Bidè che perde acqua Per far arrivare l’acqua calda bisogna aprire tutti i rubinetti La stanza è illuminata pochissimo Ascensore costa 0.50€ La camera e il bagno e le aree comuni hanno bisogno di una profonda ristrutturazione/sostituzione degli arredi.

El edificio estaba en arreglos y el balcón estaba lleno de polvo por las obras, delante de nuestro balcón teníamos un andamio que tapaba toda la visual.

Спала, як на Везувії коли боїшся виверження. Так спали в номері і боялись аварії каналізації, тому що в ванній кімнаті були сліди такої аварії. Відсутні зручні меблі. Reviewed Mar 3, 2026La posizione centrale era ottima per visitare Salerno e il suo centro storico, unica pecca aver fatto il giro dell'isolato per più di un'ora per trovare parcheggio, altrimenti propio di fronte alla struttura c'è un parcheggio a € 2 l'ora ..
La struttura è al 2 piano di un bel palazzo centrale e per salire con ascensore c'è bisogno ogni volta di 0.50 cent (interi e no monete varie) questo ovviamente non c'era scritto da nessuna parte e io inserendo 0.50 cent di monete varie, ho perso soldi e tempo perché comunque sono salita a piedi, non avendo la moneta intera... Altra cosa scomodissima il materasso e il letto molto rumoroso..ogni movimento nel letto un continuo cigolio....consiglierei di investire maggiormente su questa nota negativa...la colazione poi...no comment

Bien fermer les fenêtres la nuit et allumer la climatisation car le nettoyage des rues commence très tôt le matin.

C'era stato detto che c'era il parcheggio in strada impossibile,o il parcheggio in zona vicino non era vero,ho dovuto parcheggiare nel parcheggio adiacente alla ferrovia dalle 17:20 alle 09:30 del mattino 43.00 euro assurdo mai più poche informazioni dalla struttura.Tralatro,bagno con il minimo indispensabile
