The property is beautiful! Warm and rustic. The interior is well planned and holds cultural significance. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Clean and hygienic. The hosts are extremely warm and welcoming. They also helped us figure out the neighbourhood and suggested some local businesses to explore that are run by the local people of the area. It is a quiet neighbourhood, while also being close to the main city centre.

It was a great place to relax.

L'hôtel est extrêmement bien placé. Le quartier est vraiment chouette, au bord du Mékong, près de la promenade et tout proche du grand pont de Jinhong. Il y a plein de restaurants sympas aux alentours. L'accueil est plus que chaleureux et en anglais, ce qui n'est pas négligeable. Les gérantes sont extrêmement bienveillantes et de très bon conseil. Encore merci pour tout!

The room and the bed were very comfortable. If you value quietness please consider the room situated further away facing main entrance.

The hostess was very helpful and spoke excellent English. The wifi was good. The aircon was good. There was a washing machine available. Good location by the river. Easy address for taxis to find. Good coffee shop and restaurants nearby.

The decor needs to be refreshed. The guesthouse has been well used over many years. At the same time, though old, it was clean.

Pinky è stata un host perfetto: si prende cura dei suoi ospiti e parla un ottimo inglese, riuscendo ad aiutarti per eventuali tour e consigli. La struttura inoltre è molto particolare e si trova in una zona diversa della città: sulla sponda del Mekong opposta a quella del Night market ma è comunque una zona interessante da visitare di jinghong.

A great stay in a nice area of Jinghong. Very close to the river, which has a great walking path used by many locals. Pinky was a helpful host who had plenty of ideas about local attractions and was happy to book private cars for attractions and onward travel.

The staffs were very friendly and provided what they could to meet our needs.

The first room we took was more quiet, but the ventilation was poor and the room smell damp. We asked to change to a brighter and more airy room, which was delivered. but the brighter room turned out to be so loud, that we couldn't sleep.

It had everything you need and expect for the price

This is a charming, personal hotel with ethnic character. Set in an excellent location near the river and a lovely walk to a local night market with good food. There was free water available all the time. Our host could not have been more helpful with advice and tips.

The host super friendly and informatively, feel like stay home, I could be stay there for a month, so fomfy bed, free bottle of cold water as you wish per day, so appreciated it for your welcoming. I got a litterly with payment issue she fully help.

Very friendly host and nice atmosphere. We enjoyed the location in a local neighborhood, yet central and close to food options. The room was very nice and comfortable, everything clean and in good condition. Free water was available. The host connected us with a tea farmer friend which made a very memorable day in the tea mountains. She friendly welcomed us each time and made time to sit down and have some tea. In the end, she even gave us a high-quality tea as gift. Thank you very much!

Hotel is stylish. Good location. Very impressed by the 2 owners; Pinky and another one which we dont asked for the name (sorry) are very helpful. Both of them provided super great hospitality. I highly recommend the place.

Lovely hotel with great hosts, they went out of their way to help me organise things for the bus, and other questions we had. The rooms are a great size and lots of added extras to make your stay more comfortable

There are some fairly steep stairs but they helped with luggage

This is absolutely the best place to stay in Xishuangbanna. The location is great, the rooms are clean, big and cozy, the hosts are helpful, kind and the lady speaks good english!

This place is a jewel! The owners are the nicest people and the place is extremely cozy. I loved everything about it. I meant to spend 2 nights here and ended up staying 5, because I felt like I became part of the family. The owners speak excellent English and are extremely helpful about everything. They arranged show-tickets (go see the Dai show when you are here) and also some outings. The recommended food places and invited me to eat with them as well. I truly loved this place and recommend it fullheartedly. They also know a lot about tea and will be able to make very good recommendations. So well connected! Just beware of one thing: the location of the hotel on google maps is wrong. The location on booking is correct though. And have them send you the location in Chinese, because otherwise taxi drivers will not know where to go.

The location is great, right next to the river and close to restaurants and shops. The staff is very kind and incredibly helpful! They really went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed!
