Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Parcheggio per auto e moto, a 10 min dal paese dove si possono trovare ristoranti e supermercati. Camera e bagno abbastanza puliti. Camera grande, tavolo e tutto il necessario per la colazione. Ci ha accolto il figlio dei proprietari, davvero molto gentile, ci ha spiegato tutto. Il cane Max simpatico anche se pauroso.
Il letto potrebbe essere più grande e più morbido. Il bagno è fuori dalla camera, un po' scomodo anche se non abbiamo mai incrociato nessuno se non il ragazzo. Non abbiamo mai visto i proprietari, ci sembrava quasi di essere dei ladri in casa loro, questo ci è un po' dispiaciuto. Il wifi non funzionava.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Für unsere Rundreise duch Irland war diese nette Familie ein sehr schönes Erlebnis. Alle waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns, trotz nur einer Nacht, wie zu Hause. Im Zimmer war eine kleine Küche mit allen möglichen Zutaten eingerichtet und man konnte sich morgens einfach bedienen.
Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln. Macht weiter so. Danke

Petit déjeuner en self-service dans la chambre compris et plutôt complet que l'on sent préparé avec soin c'est agréable. j'ai apprécié ma nuit et la ville toute proche de Youghal est charmante.
Rien , l'emplacement est isolé mais j'ai reçu de très bonnes indications pour trouver sans aucune difficulté.

Der Kontakt zu Anne per Chat war sehr schnell und ausführlich, vor Ort sind wir sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Auch wenn wir bei einer anderen Familie zuhause waren, haben wir uns sehr willkommen und wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer war hervorragend und das Frühstück ebenfalls. Hier ist auf jeden Fall an alles gedacht worden. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

The accomodation was exactly what I needed for my 3 day stay in Cork. Anne is a very friendly, welcoming host who made me feel at home. I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Wunderschöner Ort außerhalb der Stadt. Anne ist sehr lieb,Antwortet schnell und kümmert sich. Man wohnt im Haus der Familie- eigenes Zimmer und Bad. Die Familie nimmt man kaum wahr,sehr leise. Frühstück kann man sich im Zimmer zubereiten-es hat mehr als genug (süsses,salziges,müsli etc),sogar Eier. Gutes Bett,gut geschlafen.

Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine, eine Mikrowelle und einen Toaster, was sehr praktisch war. Außerdem waren sogar einige Lebensmittel für uns vorbereitet. Es war ein wirklich wunderbarer Aufenthalt.

La camera è spaziosa, con letto tavolo e sedie per la colazione in camera, uno scaffale con dei libri da leggere, tv, minifrigo, microonde,tostapane, asciugacapelli. Il bagno è fuori dalla camera. La struttura è una casa di una famiglia che ci vive, immersa nella campagna irlandese, a 7 minuti di macchina da Youghal. In camera troverete anche tutto il necessario per la colazione. Quando siamo stati ospiti, la famiglia non era presente ma la proprietaria Anne ha risposto a tutte le mie domande ogni qualvolta avessi bisogno. Spazio per la macchina disponibile in loco senza problemi. Il cane di famiglia, Max, abbaia quando arrivate ma è talmente timido che non siamo riusciti ad avvicinarlo mai. Katie, la figlia, decora dei bellissimi ferri di cavallo che potete prendere al costo di 5 euro come souvenir.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2025Siempre muy atentos, habitación muy amplia, el baño de uso exclusivo está contiguo fuera de la habitación, hay batas de baño disponibles, es muy amplio con ducha y bañera aparte, mucha tranquilidad y silencio, se descansa bien, camas cómodas, en la misma habitación hay todo para desayunar completo, incluyendo una nevera con varios productos frescos y frutas, estuvimos dos noches, un día pedimos huevos y nos los hicieron encantados y eso que era muy temprano a las 7h, eso sí avisamos la noche anterior, la pareja que lo regentan son muy amables y serviciales incluyendo a sus dos hijos también muy simpáticos.

In the room also they left us a rich breakfast full of yummy things we can prepare ourself. The son who welcomed us in their big family house was very kind and helpful. The position is great, in the countryside with a beautiful view on the surroundings and very close to Youghal city and easy to reach from Cork. Thank you very much!

It was a little tricky to work out which house it was. A little sign on the entrance would be super helpful. Or description - house with the red door.

Amplio cuarto de baño de uso exclusivo. Mucha tranquilidad ya que la casa se encuentra en un entorno completamente rural y alejado de cualquier ruido urbano o de tráfico.
Aunque el baño es de uso exclusivo para la habitación, se encuentra fuera de ésta. Hay que tenerlo en cuenta ya que el alojamiento es en la casa propia de los dueños.
