Reviewed Sep 10, 2026We liked the location of the hotel. Having a washing machine was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. We also really appreciated having a balcony.
The cleanliness of the hotel was a problem. There was dust in almost every corner of the room. We also had difficulty reaching anyone when we needed assistance. Although we still had ten days left before our check-out date, we received messages saying that we were supposed to check out the next day. I was kept busy for about an hour trying to resolve this issue. Eventually, they simply said, “Sorry, we made a mistake,” and closed the matter. It seemed that no one at the property was aware of what others were doing. The management and communication were very poor. Overall, unfortunately, this is not a hotel we would choose to stay at again.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026이번이 두번째 이용이다 다른 타니마치도 자주 이용했고! 난카이난바이역도 도보10분이고 에비스초도 5분이내이다, 라이프마켓도 도보 10분이내여서 우메다쪽 안즐기는 사람한테는 최고의 위치이다
지난 후기에도 올렸지만 환풍기 먼지 관리좀 했으면 좋겠다~ 그리고 4인실에는 간이의자2개를 더 두어야 하는거 아닐까? 싶다.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Great location, close to some iconic sites, but quiet and SO comfortable. Much more of an aparthotel than a hotel, with seamless self-check in and check out instructions. The suite was perfect, one minor exception being a lack of a kitchen drying towel, but all other amenities were excellent. A washing machine (with provided detergent, sigh) and shower room that doubled as an enviable clothes-drying room, were the best. Small apartment fridge and freezer were fantastic, bed was firm but comfortable and two choices of pillows, firm or fluffy, were very welcome. Great AC for the hot September weather.
Very minor inconvenience was that there was no drying towel in the kitchen, so it made drying dishes tricky. But they had a metal drying rack to go over the sink that worked really well as an alternative (so long as you didn’t need the sink).

Machine à laver appréciable et la possibilité de sécher le linge dans la douche (air chaud). Rien d’exceptionnel mais plutôt pratique. Parfait pour un court séjour

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026地點：距離「惠美須町站」1-B 出口(有電梯)只需步行約3分鐘，去(回)公寓式酒店的路上會經過多間藥妝店及7-11。酒店門口出來很快就能抵達日本橋「電器街/動漫街(二次元一條街)」 硬體：房間內配有洗脫烘功能的洗衣機，且有附洗衣精，對於多天數住宿的我們是大加分，附有微波爐、大冰箱與廚具，方便處理超市(附近有Life超市與玉出超)買回來的宵夜。
我們訂的是兩張雙人床的房型，房間內缺乏較大的桌面空間，中島檯面較小，若要吃東西稍嫌擁擠。雖然以市區而言整體空間算大(32m2)，但為了放下兩張標準雙人床，格局設計及家具擺設位置不佳，導致大型行李箱無法「全部平放攤開」，對於家庭(親子)旅友來說，是蠻不利的。

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026市內空間足夠，有洗衣機！ 淋浴水量👍 床也很舒服！ 距離通天閣/難波 都很方便， 惠美須町站1B出口就有電梯， 走不到五分鐘即可到住宿～ Cp值相當高，非常推薦！ 雖然是自助checkin，但是只要有問題，線上回覆都非常及時！一樓就有locker可以寄放行李，一格是800日圓。

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026일본에 갈 때마다 항상 작은 숙소만 갔었는데 집처럼 크고 편안한 숙소에 머물 수 있어서 좋았어요. ⭐️ 특히 2명인데도 불구하고 더블침대가 2개나 있는 방을 예약하는데 4박에 30만원 정도로 저렴한 금액에 머물 수 있어서 더 좋았습니다 ! 특히 가족끼리 오시는 분들이라면 정말 추천해요 ! ❤️ 작은 TV도 있어 유튜브로 자기 전이나 준비할 때 항상 음악이나 예능 프로그램을 보았고 세탁기도 숙소 내에 하나씩 있는 거 같아 혹여나 옷을 적게 들고오는 경우에는 세탁도 가능합니다. 무인 숙소이지만 어메니티도 잘 되어있고 무엇보다 변기와 샤워실이 분리되어 있어 준비하는데 번거로움이 덜했어요 ! 요리 해먹을 수도 있고 냉장고와 냉동실도 작지 않아 물건 넣어놓기에도 편합니다. 도톤보리와 츠텐카쿠와는 걸어서 약 10-15분 정도로 딱 두 번화가의 중앙 지점에 있다고 생각하시면 되는데 난바역이랑 가까워서 공항에서 오고가기도 편했어요 ◡̎ 제가 얼리 체크인을 해서 사진을 못찍었는데 진짜 부킹닷컴에 올라와있는 사진 그대로 입니다 !
저는 숙박하면서 크게 불편한 점은 없었지만 무슨 일이 생겼을 때에 응대해줄 직원이 없어 항상 메세지로 연락을 해야합니다 ! 하지만 직원들이 친절하고 빠르게 응답해줍니다. 무인이다 보니 짐보관 서비스가 없습니다 ! 숙소 1층에 위치해있는 짐보관함에 800엔 넣고 넣어야하는데 다른 곳보다 훨씬 저렴하고 25인치 캐리어 2개와 작은 가방들까지 들어가는 사이즈입니다. 🧳 대신 체크인은 후기쓰면 얼리체크인도 가능하니 혹여나 아침 비행기로 오시는 분들은 참고하세요 ㅎㅎ 체크아웃 후 저녁 비행기로 가시는 분들은 800엔 넣고 짐보관 하셔야 할 거 같아요 ㅠㅠ 생수는 따로 사서 들어가셔야 합니다. 사전에 이 부분을 몰랐어서 여쭤보니 죄송하다고 하더군요 .. 친절해요 👍🏻 가시는 분들은 생수 큰 거 하나씩 사들고 가면 좋을 거 같아요 ~ 세탁기와 샤워실 쪽에서 은은하게 살짝 냄새가 나기도 했어요. 이 부분 외에는 숙소가 너무나도 좋아 만족입니다 ^^!

Reviewed May 28, 2026The price & location of this place is good. it did have a kitchenette & laundry in the room which was useful. The bed was comfy - the kitchen/bedroom area was nicely decorated. The room was also a good size with a sofa area.
I had a pretty awful experience with this place - I flew in pretty late form Okinawa arriving around 11pm. They had sent me the wrong details for check in - it's self service so the codes were not working for the main door. I tried to contact them in every which way - via booking.com, email, watsapp, phone. They were really slow to do anything. At one point I thought I'd have to find another hotel. When they did get back to me I swear the guy was laughing on the phone. Really not a good experience at all. It took me well over an hour to get in to my room - next time I'd rather pay more for some place else & not have the hassle late at night. This pace is quite industrial - the bedroom/kitchen areas was nice but the bathroom was not great and there was an awful smell coming from the sink. I'm not quite sure they have the plumbing quite right on this one.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Phòng rộng, rất sạch, tiện nghi (bếp ăn, tủ lạnh, máy giặt kiêm máy sấy kèm nước giặt đồ rất thơm, tivi), bên dưới sảnh còn trang bị tủ locker rất rất tiện lợi, nhất là sau khi trả phòng và bạn cần 1 nơi để giữ đồ. Mọi thứ đều trên cả tuyệt vời. Ngày đầu tiên ở Nhật Bản, chúng tôi đã vô cùng hài lòng và ấn tượng với khách sạn này, tôi rất ít khi viết review nhưng Tanimachi namba East là 1 ngoại lệ, nhất định sẽ rcm cho những khách khác.

Dit is persoonlijk: niet lopen met schoenen in de ruimte vinden we super, we doen hetzelfde thuis maar graag een krukje bij de deur om de schoenen aan te doen voor je uitgaat. Dat zou makkelijker zijn! Verder alles prima!

Appartament is aan de kleine kant voor 4 personen vooral voor een langere verblijf.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026The hotel is in a convenient location, just a few minutes’ walk to Ebisucho Station and around 10–15 minutes to Namba Station. Both stations offer direct train access to Kyoto. It’s also within walking distance of Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi-Suji Shopping Street. The room includes a washer and dryer, and the toilet is separate from the bathroom. The staff are responsive and helpful.
However, we suspect there may have been bed bugs, as we all experienced itchiness while sleeping. The bathroom also had an unpleasant smell, possibly coming from the washing machine. Additionally, there is no reception, which made luggage transfer arrangements somewhat inconvenient.

Habitació (doble de lux) molt neta i ben equipada però molt petita per una família de 4, tot i que ja ho sabiem se'ns va fer una mica complicat. molt ben ubicat a 10 minuts de Dotonbori, amb supermercats propers. L'estació a Kyoto també és propera si vas amb jr, però molt llunyana si viatges amb shinkansen.

Horrible toxic sewer smell in Rm 602. A reviewer in March (room 202) noted the same thing. Clearly an issue that hasn’t been addressed properly. The attempt to cover with air freshener is insufficient. Kitchen items incomplete. No dish towel for drying dishes. No mixing bowl or strainer. Two utensils.

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026The location is exceptional. You are 7 minutes away from Namba Parks with the Flagship Store of Kura Sushi. You are 3 minutes away from a 7-Eleven Conveniene store. You are 10 minutes away from Dotonburi. It's really a fabulous location. Normally I am always skeptical of self-check in services, but the inlog code to enter the building was solid. The elevator smelled so nice, and they have a drawer on the ground floor where you can get a unlimited supply of towels and toilet paper. Big bonus. I had the queens room studio which was lovely with a fully equipped kitchen and also a balcony. It's quite pricey, but you get a wonderful apartment in return.
No equipment to clean the apartment. There was no vacuumer or anything that helps to the apartment clean. You can request it, and if they have it in stock, they will place it outside your room.

의자 끄는 소리가 들려서 이 부분만 개선되면 좋을 것 같아요.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026엄청 깨끗하고 직원분들도 대응이 빨라서 좋았습니다. 여기서 사용하는 베개가 너무 좋아서 따로 구입까지 했어요~ 비가 왔었는데 1층에 우산을 쓸 수 있도록 마련해 두어서 그것도 좋았습니다.
개선점은 보이지않았습니다.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026The property has no staff attending to u and they only communicate via chat but staff is very attentive . The property is clean and tidy and overall suitable for small families and all u needed . It’s consider big and spacious . No bad smell nor odor smell .
The location is not suitable for family with kids nor elderly as it has some walking distance to nearby groceries or restaurant . And it’s not easy to look for too . Especially during winter time
