Reviewed Sep 5, 2026La taille de la chambre et les équipements. Un 7/eleven à proximité, et l'accès à une gare très proche. La chambre est en réalité un petit appartement avec frigo, plaque de cuisson, micro onde et une salle de bain avec baignoire et douche.
La porte de la chambre ressemble à une porte de prison à double verrou et surement compliqué en cas d'urgence pour l'ouverture.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026房間很大，行李箱都可以完全展開，地板不是地毯，行李箱好推，廁所浴室分離，Sharp的洗脫烘方便，附上洗衣精，Panasonic的nanoe 吹風機省去自己帶，廚房明火配上一大一小平底鍋一大湯鍋，對於很想嘗試日本在地食材很有幫助，附上碗盤餐具刀具簡易砧板洗碗精和菜瓜布使用，平面式微波爐加熱方便，冰箱比一般大很多，冷藏冷凍都方便，非常適合長時間住宿，垃圾自行包裹整理到垃圾房，地點離惠美須町站很近，中間可以經過7-11、開到23:00的Sugi藥局。
廁所沒有備用衛生紙，要另外跟櫃檯要。廚房沒有抹布可以使用，要自己準備。沒有配合的行李運送，需要自己去7-11寄送。

煮水壺一看嚇一跳,很骯髒,還有斑(有點可怕) 電梯只有一部,有點不方便 晚上12點過後沒有值班人員,需要自己記密碼 小坐墊有乾掉的血漬

Anche se non si trova nel pieno centro di Osaka, la metro è vicinissima e con una breve passeggiata si possono raggiungere facilmente le zone centrali. Inoltre, nelle immediate vicinanze c’è una zona vivace e ricca di locali e ristoranti

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026The hotel was in a great location, easy access by train, it was just a short walk from Ebisucho station. In addition, you could walk out to Shinsekai (pictured) for the night vibes, markets or izakaya. Hit up Nipponbashi for a bit of shopping, plenty of options here for electronics or collectibles, with a plethora of restaurants and cafes around. If you fancy a bit of a walk (20 - 25 mins), you'll find yourself at Namba, or Dotonbori. The room was absolutely huge by Japan standards, throughout our 3 week trip, this was easily the largest room and was more like a service apartment, with a kitchenette, separate toilet + bathroom as well as laundry facilities. There was also space for a dining area and a balcony over looking city views. The staff were polite and friendly and whilst unable to offer the luggage forwarding service, still assisted us by filling out the documentation and calling ahead to our next hotel to advise of our luggage being sent.
Not so much a complaint, but as above, just be aware that this place does not offer a full hotel service. You get 1x complimentary room clean for your stay, and as above, they were unable to facilitate luggage forwarding directly, so we used the closest 7-11 instead. That said, they do accept luggage being forwarded to them.

The room was exceptionally spacious for Japan, perfectly clean, and highly functional with its own equipped kitchen and washing machine. Checking in and out was smooth, and the customer service was responsive and helpful.

The location is great with short walk to subway and 7-11literally just next door so very convenient after a long tired day to walk back to hotel and passed 7-11 for drinks or snacks for the night. Consider Japan size of room, the room is really spacious and value for money.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Posizione: metro a 5 minuti, vicino ai negozi ma non troppo, comunque molto silenzioso. In un’area poco turistica dove vivere un po’ più da locale. Vicinissimo alla torre Tsutenkaku. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Stanza grande e letto molto confortevole (ho comprato anche il cuscino!)
Non è che non mi sia piaciuto ma va specificato bene. È più un residence che un hotel, sembra di stare in un condominio e le stanze sono dotate di lavatrice e cucinetta, avere i fuochi a gas nella camera da letto non è il massimo per la sicurezza. C’è un libro con le regole della casa, l’immondizia va gettata dagli ospiti (ci sono le indicazioni). Il sistema di ventilazione così come il frigo grande in camera sono un pochino rumorosi ma sono cose di poco conto.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026I love the location. After walking around and being in crowds, this feels like an oasis. There’s a bit of a walk to the train station, but well worth it. The staff are friendly and helpful and most important to me is the cleanliness. This place is spotless!!! I will notice dirt anywhere and this place passed the Claudia test. We were so happy here, we decided to keep extending our stay. A sincere thanks to all of the hardworking staff.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026空間環境依舊舒適以及安靜， 以前還要自己去附近垃圾集中處丟垃圾，現在可以跟櫃檯申請打掃整理。 (有提供整理卡，只拿整理卡到櫃台申請，隔天就會有專人整理房間。) 浴缸舒適房間空間大，即使攤開2個28吋行李箱還有很多活動空間， 洗衣機、廚房都有附相關的洗潔劑。 步行1分鐘就有7-11，多走5-10分鐘就有 Lawson，以及藥妝店、吉野家等。 晚上回來都可以看到點滿燈的通天閣，很美。 短暫步行可以達天王寺通天閣，日本橋商店街都是很好逛的地方。 之後有機會到訪大阪，一樣會選擇這裡。
廁所的空氣抽風機，打開時會有一低頻的尖銳聲關掉就沒有了。

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026An amazing stay at the hotel. Easy check in, a parking spot, and a large modern room with all the necessary amenities. The washing machine was so welcome too. It’s about one kilometre to the markets but there is a 7eleven on the corner only steps away. So it’s very convenient.

The overall suburb was less well kept than some other areas but still cleaner and safer then most cities I've been to.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026The room is verrry big and it has a washing machine. It also has a balcony which is a place to hang dry your clothes during your stay.
The staff are not very friendly and are not very willing to help (especially the night duty guy). They don't give you water either. I asked for a spoon and they said they don't even have a spoon. I liked the room tho.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Very nice hotel with great and helpfull staff. Great location - close to metro station (Ebisucho), close to Shinsekai market and tower and also foot distance to Dotonbori. We totally reccomend. Also recomend amazing Banhmi nearby 🙂

Reviewed May 30, 2026Grand, balcon, vue sur la Tour, grand salon, frigo, très bien isolé phoniquement. on a fait 9 jours au lieu de 3 vu la situation idéale pour visiter les allentour d'Osaka. Nous avons prologé 3 fois notre séjour et pu garder la même chambre. Top

İçinde mutfak, çamaşır mk.,klima, küvet,balkon vs. herşey var. 24 saat resepsiyon hizmeti var. Güvenli, size anahtar veriyorlar anahtarla kilitliyorsunuz odanızı. Metroya 5 dk uzaklıkta. Yanında 24 saat açık 7/11 market var.
Hergün havlu değişimi yok.( biz çamaşır makinesi ile yıkadık kuruttuk, çok üstüne düşmedik)Resepsiyona ulaşmak için telefon yok.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Fantastic apartment style with lots of amenities that were really handy for us. Really comfortable bed.
Could have used a stool in the bathroom, and the staff were a little hands off. Perfectly friendly and nice to us, but we had to book our room clean ourselves which we didn’t find the time to do and sent us to the local convenience store to send our bags rather than helping us from the hotel.

One small thing is a bit of noise at the doors but I’m not sure whether it’s just neighbor visitors using their doors at night or some kind of draft moving the door at times
