Great value for money, the apartment is very well maintained neat and clean. The Host is very friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent stay for a small family trip.

Ventilation could have been better

My family and I stayed here while visiting my sister, who works in Hyderabad, and this place was exceptional. The biggest highlight was the host, Mr. Ratan. Our train was delayed until the early hours of the morning, but he patiently waited for us, making check-in completely hassle-free. Throughout our stay, he checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything. He even helped us arrange a taxi to Ramoji when local drivers were quoting almost double the Uber fare. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. It has two bedrooms (one with an attached bathroom), a fully equipped kitchen, a water purifier, a TV, and a water heater. Everything was well maintained, and we had a very comfortable stay. We also had the pleasure of taking care of Mr. Ratan's plants, which made us feel even more at home. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hyderabad and would gladly stay here again.

It is a very neat and clean property. The kitchen, rooms, and balcony are all clean. Similarly, all the electronic devices are working well. The washing machine and AC are all working properly.

Charminar-9 kms Hussain sagar lake-6 kms ​Host & Support: Ratan is an exceptional host—truly supportive and always available when needed. He provided excellent local recommendations for sightseeing and dining, which added great value to our trip. His hospitality was top-notch. ​Accommodation & Amenities: The space is perfect for a family of 5 or 6. It features a fully functional kitchen, thoughtfully stocked with basics like coffee powder and sugar, making it feel just like home. Parking: Not dedicated proerty parking but he arranged just in front of property. No issues of parking. I must recommend to visit Rani's nest once.

Needed a place for me and mom on a visit from USA for about 3 weeks. Apartment is very well located in a nice central part of the city where we used ot live earlier. Easy acces to stores and restaurants of which there are plenty nearby. Main reason for a good review is the host Mr. Ratan, who was extremely helpful and responsive. felt like family more than a host. Decent sized bedrooms with separate bathrooms, which was important for us. helped us out in procuring maid and driver for the stay. was prompt in accomodating all other requests in a timely fashion as well. overall met our needs very well for our longish stay. Good value for the money too.

slightly dated apartment though onpar with the surroundings, without a lift. walkway to the entrance to the building is congested. Luckily apartment is on the 1st floor so not too bad of a climb. stairway was clean and not congested

The place was clean and the host is just amazing. He had considered our request for early check-in on a very short notice of 2 hours and did manage to get us checked in by 8:30 AM.

Excellent location in a very nice area, with shops and plenty of places to eat. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is a little bit worn, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Perfect for a family or two couples. Good value for money.

I had a wonderful stay at Rani's nest. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The owner was very welcoming and always ready to help. I particularly enjoyed the availability of all cooking essentials and requirements for a family, which made our cooking and stay very relaxed. The location was perfect for a family and friends to stay, opposite to this residency Ratnadeep and Pure 'O' Naturals was there which made our work so easy. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There is nothing I didn't like everything was good

Our stay here was very pleasant. Excellent location with all the basic amenities (groceries and food) and sightseeing places nearby. We visited from Bangalore and all of us simply felt like staying at our close relative's house. Ratan, the host was really awesome, who proactively reaches out to make sure we are doing fine and promptly responded and helped with all the questions we had during the stay. We highly recommend this place!!!

I recently had the joy of staying at Rani's Nest (a 2BHK apartment near RTC X Road), and it was overall a very comfortable experience. Although the rooms were somewhat small, they were efficiently designed and felt wonderfully cozy. My only small suggestions for improvement would be regarding the bed and pillows, which were a bit firmer than I prefer. Upgrading these could greatly improve the sleep quality for guests. What truly made this stay memorable was the fantastic host. He was extremely attentive, frequently checking in to see if I needed any help, which was a considerate touch and made me feel very well cared for. If you're in search of a cozy and well-hosted stay in the RTC X Road area, this 2BHK is certainly worth considering!

We had a wonderful stay at Rani's house during our Hyderabad trip — the apartment was clean, family-friendly, and equipped with a kitchen, which made it very convenient for us and our kids. Excellent location with good supermarkets nearby. All facilities were available for cooking our dishes, functional and well kept household appliances, clean linen and all made our stay at ease. Above all, our young host Mr.Ratan was fantastic, staying nearby and was always there to help.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE PROPERTY OWNER MR. RATAN WAS JUST AWESOME , FOR HIS HELPING NATURE AND AVAILABILITY. HE HELPED US IN GETTING MY DAMAGED TROLLEY SUITCASE REPAIRED, AND HE ALSO HELPED IN BOOKING THE RETURN CAB TO RAILWAY STATION. HE DID NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR EXTRA STAY BY ABOUT 6 HOURS, AND FOR THE LPG CYLINDER. IN ANY HOMESTAY, NOT ONLY THE AMENITIES OFFERED BY THE HOST , BUT ALSO THE ATTITUDE OF THE PROPERTY OWNER MATTERS. IN THIS CONTEXT , I WILL GIVE MR. RATAN 10 OUT OF 10, AND I RECOMMEND THIS HOMESTAY TO FAMILIES VISITING HYDERABAD FOR WORK OR TOUR. ANOTHER ADVANTAGE OF THE PROPERTY IS THE AVAILABILITY OF A DEPARTMENTAL STORE VERY CLOSE TO THE PROPERTY. ALMOST EVERY ARTICLE WHICH ONE MAY REQUIRE FOR DAILY USE ARE AVAILABLE HERE.

The hoat is amazing. He helped me in odd hours and was accommodative of all the requests. The property has everything, it's a fully furnished flat and in a safe locality. The supermarket and food shops are available right outside. You go there without any hesitation. You will love it. Just a small request to all the occupants- treat the place as your home and have a nice stay😇

Lovely and spacious with everything you need. I felt really safe and happy staying here as a female traveler on her own. Great to have a washing machine also to catch up on washing that dried within half a day. The filtered water available at the property was also brilliant to save having to buy it all the time. A supermarket just opposite and lots of fruit, food and coffee places nearby. Plenty to do, with temples and bazaars too.

About the property,it is a very minimum distance from secunderabad railway station.Easily accessible to all the local attractions. The property is centrally located (very near to Telangana secretariat). I really enjoyed the dedication of the host in ensuring all the facilities of the home is provided. He even got the gas cylinder from his home so we could cook at night. Overall great experience
