The staff and manager were uncooperative and not helpful at all. The parking area is extremely congested and unsuitable even for compact cars. If someone parks behind your car, it becomes impossible to remove it on time, and the staff refuses to help resolve the issue. Their answer like "kon gadi lagaya nahi pata, ab mai kya kar sakata, sare rooms me call kar ke ya jake nahi puch sakta." Despite booking a room with breakfast included, I was told on arrival that breakfast was not part of my booking. The rooms also have no proper ventilation, making the stay uncomfortable. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

We didnt find anything pleasing except its near by location with all sight seeing areas

It lacks with many basic amenities - 1. No proper provision for hot water. 2. Rooms were full of coackroaches everywhere in cupboards near beds 3. Breakfast quality was very very poor. We only prefered to have it once in our complete stay. It lacks in taste and quality. 4. Bedsheets were stinking with lots of hair sticked to them.

Parking was bit difficult. Hotel doesnt have its own restaurant and there are very few at a bit of walkable distance. Everything was good except this part.

It was very bad behaviour by reception & we had postponed our stay & convey same via mail.but no response from hotel and booking.com also, on our arrival we had called the property to get check in, property said our booking has been cancelled, even after paying our half amount... We bad service and bad and arrogant behaviour by hotel reception...

The rooms were okay but no food facility, not even a cup of tea or coffee. Complimentary breakfast was given in a way you get food in hostel. They were having problem serving food. Not even a hot water kettle in the room. The location was pathetic.

Good, I felt Bad was 1. Room phone was not work 2.Nobody inform me about compliment break fast 3.staffs are not friendly or helping mentality 4. Ataffs are not localy knowledgeable 5. I have felt strange

Location - its closer to destinations but on a very noisy dusty poorly maintained road. Very lower middle class location. Breakfast is definitely bad. They hand it out to you on a plate. There is no choice. You take what they have got. They order it from outside as they do not even have a kitchen. Even the tea/coffee was really bad. And they will give it to you in tiny paper cups and that too only half way. Better to eat outside.

The windows open to other room windows. Its so for all rooms. You have to keep your curtains drawn all the time. The toilet could have been better.

The hotel was very clean and i really loved it. If i ever visited hyderabad again this hotel will be my first priority.

Many The road is too bad because of some repair. Looks like it will take a few years to complete. Full dust on buildings, vehicles, hotel lobby. Dining Hall full of dust from the road, they don't bother to close the window also.. Construction (Excavation) work was going on at the adjacent property. Work was being done at night. Full noise of heavy earth moving machines. Not a strict policy in hotel. Neighbour rooms occupied by some wedding family visitor disturbed entire floor by talking loudly with open doors. Intercom not working. Hot water is not available at night. Unhygienic location suitable for only a particular community. There are many more but I guess the above points give a picture of how worst the hotel was.

The location was perfect, easily accessible to every point of attraction inside the city. Everyone knows this location, so communicating with the auto and taxi drivers was easy. The rooms where clean and the staffs where very helpful and friendly. For this budget we where very much satisfied with the stay.

Complimentary breakfast was provided, which was not up-to the mark. Very oily and we didn't like the taste and texture of the food. But this is my personal opinion. Other might like the food.

No handbook or proper explanation of room facilities like hot water kettle or wifi password or drinking water etc. Had to ask reception each time. There was another function that was held on the roof top, was noisy.

You have to provide an inner hot water kettle with tea bags and sample soaps provided will be good.

From the reception to the room downstairs and up the stairs not comfortable for old people.

The interior, cleanliness, and staff were awesome.

The entrance is hidden in a busy Street. They could spend a little more on putting up a name board. Also car parking is troubling.

The hotel is central, well staffed and has parking facilities.

The facilities in the hotel are lacking in many facilities such as tea coffee making kit, hot water for shower is not proper, toothbrush paste is not available.

I had an amazing stay at Itsy Hotels Arastu Inn during my third visit to Hyderabad, and it continues to impress! The hotel exceeded my expectations with its modern, cozy rooms and outstanding service. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. Breakfast was delicious, and the room was spotless, with a super comfy bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. My only minor concern was the Wi-Fi speed, which was a little slow at times. Otherwise, everything was perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I'll definitely return!

When I entered in the room,I experienced stingy smell. After icall room service the boy came and sprayed something But the smell was there. I think the complementary food may not given. Because the boy who served was not happy to serve us. He was murmureying something not good. We left from the dining. Other than that all staffs were good

The staff who receives us in the mid night he was so polite. Great man. Other offerings were very good from room service boys. Thank you all.

Hot water not available at night

Location is very pathetic, you display only pictures of room and ambience but for the first time travellers will not be having idea about the location. Garbage on the road side, dirty water flowing on the road, can't walk as well.

The A C was the only thing which worked as expected.

1. Morning complimentary breakfast is of worst quality. The next week went out and had our breakfast avoiding the compliment (punishment). There was metal scrubb and hairs in idly. 2. Don't know why there was a tv in first place. It's connected to fire stick and hence no channels were accessible. We need to use our id to login. Why would I do that in a third party place. You are supposed to provide . Also the remotes batteries were not functioning properly. With the slow speed of wifi, it's impossible to watch anything on tv. 3. Hot water stops at 11 am. So we are not supposed to take bath in hot water after 11 am. 4. The pillows had fungus in it. And u Itsy boast about clean linens. 5. Too much of noise every afternoon. Whenever I wanted to take a nap, someone will be drilling ot breaking ur head right above or below. Atleast we expect some courtesy from the staff to inform such work prior, so that we can plan accordingly. Overall worst experience. From next time I would make sure that I stay away from itsy and do not select it again.

A safe environment for a single lady. Everyone was respectful and helpful. I had a booking at Secunderabad Club, but preferred to stay on.

The baby Cockroaches in the woodwork, they kept coming out, and I kept killing them. Then I asked the Staff to buy me, Mortein coils which I burnt in the room and bathroom, after that no more Cockroaches. Pest control needs to be done frequently.

The stay was peaceful and the disturbance for the room was minimal. The room was good for stay.

The hot water heater was a big issue in the hotel. It was served below Luke warm. Also the hot water had time limitations from 6:09 am to 12:00 pm, which was unacceptable for a 3 star hotel.

Very disappointing. It's not worth 3 Star. Linens are not good. Room was having insect. Free breakfast is also worst. Even though it says pay at property available, from property side will contact you and you have to pay before itself to block your room. They are not upto the policies mentioned in the booking.com website
