The place was dirty , appliances didnt work . The bathroom was not fully functional either. And some of the lights didnt work

Reviewed Oct 27, 2025La piscine, l'appartement (2 SDB, jolie cuisine, belles chambres avec balcons, belle superficie), la propreté des couloirs et du bâtiment en général.
Il y a 25€ de frais pour le nettoyage (ce qui est normal et correct), toutefois à notre arrivée l'appartement n'était pas totalement propre (tâche de chocolat au sol et sur les meubles de cuisine). Il faudrait des transats en plus à la piscine.

Reviewed Oct 3, 2025Nos encantó que en la puerta había vigilantes de seguridad las 24 horas, los cuales estaban dispuestos a ayudarte en todo. Era MUY SEGURO. Las instalaciones eran muy bonitas, aunque no pudimos disfrutar mucho de ellas debido a nuestra breve estancia. El ascensor funcionaba con llave si no, no podías subir, cosa que nos parecía buena idea para que nadie se colara. Había bastantes cámaras por los pasillos controlando todo. Hay cerca un supermercado 24h por si necesitas agua o algo de comer, incluso champú. También hay farmacia cerca y un sitio de masajes.
No estaba muy céntrico, estaba como a 20 min de lo que viene siendo el Zoco y la plaza, pero los taxis son muy baratos y preferimos darle más importancia a la seguridad del establecimiento donde nos alojaríamos. La limpieza estaba bien, pero había cosas un poco “dejadas” como algunos vasos, etc; Pero para lo que suele haber por Marruecos está demasiado bien.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2025Super résidence calme et securisé. L’appartement est magnifiquement agencé, et très propre, il y a tout ce qu’il faut dedans. Piscine sublime et calme. Je pourrais y vivre à l’année sans soucis. Je recommande à 100%.
