Pokoj byl velmi příjemný a na dobré úrovni. Po 3 týdnech to byla naše poslední noc v Indii a my jsem si velmi dobře odpočinuli před dlouhým letem. Velmi dobré jídlo, dávali jsem si jak snídani tak i večeři. Velmi příjemná a hlavně tichá klimatizace.

Almost everything may be...The rooms could have been clean especially the washroom! Only the parking facility was well managed being in the core area, else the staff also wasn't that bothered in giving services. Breakfast options were limited and also there was a limit to the quantity of taking breakfast!

We confirmed our stay with booking.com but when we reached at the property they refused the booking. They had given our rooms to someone else and then refused our booking, despite the confirmation mail. The receptionist was confused and helpless. They did not have a hotel car. We had to look for another stay here and there. We suffered a lot along with a small kid and senior citizen parents. I would not recommend this hotel at all. This was the worst experience I had ever had.

Only location nothing else

So much unprofessional, not reaching the standard expected in a particular profession of Hotel industry, Hotel industry's first priority is to provide privacy to their guests but this Hotel fails in it. They allotted room and then after by creating multiple nuisances and disturbing things by knocking the door and asking for change the room just because another guest is deliberately asking for allotment of same room which we have checked in.

Отель, по сути, расположен посреди гетто: вид из окна на руины, на улицах кучи мусора, коровы, нищие, но в Дели это, в принципе, обычная картина, и надо постараться, чтобы найти за эти деньги что-то более приличное. Под окнами - дорога, по которой без остановки ездят тук-туки, очень шумно, бесконечные гудки, но с закрытым окном можно воспринимать эти звуки как фоновый шум. По местным меркам, наверное, в номере чисто, но для иностранца - нет: пыль не протиралась неделями, пол, похоже, тоже не моется, а самое фу-фу-фу - пододеяльник сантиметров на 30-40 короче одеяла, в итоге в ногах из-под него торчит грязное одеяло в пятнах. Неужели невозможно подобрать постельное белье по размеру других постельных принадлежностей? Окно вообще, похоже, не мыли с последнего сезона дождей. Есть холодильник, но он не работает, потому что сломана розетка, к которой он подключен. Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный, но совершенно необязательный и безответственный. По приезду я спросила, что насчет завтрака, меня уверили, что в 8:30 завтрак будет в моей комнате. На следующий день ни в 8:30, ни в 9:00 никакого завтрака в комнате не было. Когда я спустилась и спросила, что насчет еды, все очень удивились, сказали, что ее надо было предварительно заказывать. Наверное, стоило предложить мне выбрать что-то из меню стоило тогда, когда я интересовалась про завтрак? Пришлось поругаться, после чего завтрак все-таки был организован. В следующие дни я была уже более опытная и минут за 20-30 звонила на ресепшен и напоминала, что я жду завтрак. Далее, попросила рулон туалетной бумаги взамен закончившегося и ложку (доесть в номере то, что в меня не влезло в кафе). Тоже получила уверения, что сейчас все будет в моем номере. Через 10 минут, конечно же, ничего не было. Пришлось опять сходить вниз, персонал принял извиняющийся вид и все-таки доставил мне туалетную бумагу и целых две ложки. До отъезда в номере не убирались и мусор не выносили, но это, похоже, особенность всех отелей в Индии.

It was a great hotel and brand new. Modern decor. All the staff were amazing to me, very helpful. Manager Rohit went out of his way to my stay great including tour recommendations. Breakfast was in the sister hotel but the food was great. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to stay in Central Delhi.

Le seul point positif c’est l’emplacement, sinon cet hôtel vaut 1/10.

Cet hôtel est tout simplement à fuir. La chambre était sombre, sale, les murs sont abîmés. Le sol de la salle de bain n’est pas plat, dont toute l’eau de la douche allait dans l’ensemble de la salle de bain, une vraie piscine. Des travaux ont commencés à 7 heures du matin, j’étais choquée. Le personnel parle très fort, nous entendons donc tout dès le matin. Les chambres sont minuscules et mal éclairées. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans un autre hôtel de la rue. Le dîner se prend au sous sol, ça ressemblait plus à un garage qu’à autre chose. Nous avions payé pour deux nuits, mais nous sommes partis dès la première. Ce n’était pas possible de dormir dans cet hôtel une seconde nuit.

The room is too small, and if you want to change the room, then they are asking for an extra amount. We have paid an extra 852 rupee. Fell like a big fool.

1. The bidet/jet spray has extremely low flow of water, literally like a thin spray of water, from the time of check in until checkout inspite of my repeated requests to fix it. Staff lied that the plumber will check it while Im out but later I got to know that the plumber never arrived. 2. There was EXTREME HOT WATER in the shower however the knob was rotated- right side, center or left side. Inspite of informing the staff the day I arrived it only got fixed the next morning. I can share videos and photos if needed.

Hotel room is clean, good breakfast, rohit manager is so helpful and recommended hotel.
