Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Molto vicino all’aeroporto e personale disponibile anche per check-in/out a ogni ora
La stanza andrebbe rinfrescata e beneficerebbe di alcuni lavori di manutenzione (es. climatizzatore che sgocciolava durante la notte e smalto del pavimento che si staccava con facilità)

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Great place for a night when transiting the airport. I stayed two and checked out Negombo which was cool and not many tourists. Not loads going on around the property but the host is lovely and makes amazing food. Great value for money.
Location isn’t great if you’re wanting a base to explore, but for a transit it’s perfect. Nothing else was any issue.

Reviewed May 21, 2026Ubytování bylo blízko letiště. Pokoj byl hodně malý. Ale na jednu noc před odletem dostačující. Majitelka nám udělala večeři, byla usměvavá a milá. Ráno nás čekala jednoduchá, ale dobrá snídaně.
když se sprchujete je vše mokré a nemáte si kam dát věci, aby nebyly mokré, protože je koupelna hodně maličká. Deka by pro dva lidi mohla být větší.

Wi-Fi connection is a struggle, maybe because it's close to the airport which they limit or restrict the speed.

Reviewed Oct 4, 2025Spacious room, very near to airport so this is suitable for those rushing to airport the next day/arriving late at night. My flight was delayed and I only reached the hotel around 2am, The staff was kind enough to wait for me and give me a welcome drink on arrival. The breakfast portion was big and I couldn't finish it. There was a dog and a cat on premise to keep you company too. Overall a highly recommended place to stay👍
No hairdryer. No soap and shampoo provided. The dining area was a bit hot as there was no fan when I had my breakfast there.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2025The property is so beautifully designed, feels like a villa to yourself , with an open seating space , living space , load of coaches , dining area. The owners give airport transport at a really cheap price even for us at 3 am . Only about 10 minutes to the airport. the owner was sweet to provide our breakfast for dinner as we’re leaving early in the morning. They have their homecooked menus for lunch and dinner , so you don’t have to worry for meals as the location is quite remote .

Reviewed Apr 21, 2025Pros : They waited us at late night for check in. Room and bathroom were neat and clean. Near to the airport. Breakfast was also pretty good. Can stay maximum for one night not more than that.
There were many dogs at the location. It was quite difficult at late night to enter the property as it was dark and full of dogs. There were no toiletries provided. As it is a two star stay , it shouldnt be expected but for people who use this place as a transit stay, it would have been better if they could provide atleast basic toiletries/kettle.

Reviewed Dec 24, 2024Nice family run hotel, lots of hospitality, attentive to my messages and were accommodating for my late check-in, comfortable beds, very clean room, breakfast of egg sandwich, bananas and a tea, beautiful common area, got a ride to the bus station from the owner the next day for a reasonable fee.
Some recommendations- -Needs a wall adaptor in the room (near the sink?) for charging. -I didn’t see any available WiFi networks at 1 am when I arrived, but I didn’t need it. -Booking.com and Apple Maps had the navigation correct, but the hotel wasn’t on Google maps yet (and if you plug in the given address on Google maps it may mislead you). -It was a little difficult to know I was near the hotel when it was dark since there was no obvious signage.
