Questa struttura ha qualcosa di magico: immersi in un agrumeto, da una parte il mare e dall’altra l’Etna fumante. Personale top in ogni settore, dalla ristorazione , all’accoglienza, al personale delle camere che ti è pure proposto per aiutarci ad addormentare la bimba piccola ( mai visto) Fiore all’occhiello il ristorante stellato !

Tout. La table est remarquable. Le lieu calme. La villa est bien isolée de sorte à profiter de la piscine librement. On est à proximité des lieux touristiques de l’Etna comme de la côte. Personnel très professionnel

Sterrenrestaurant met vriendelijk personeel, enkel de sommelier was nors.

Hygiëne kon beter, personeel aan de balie niet allemaal even behulpzaam en vriendelijk. We hadden betaald voor het ontbijt, maar kregen een ontbijt box mee omdat we vroeger naar de luchthaven moesten. Deze bevatte een oude koek en rotte appel, stond in schril contrast met het ontbijt die we de eerste dag hadden.

Mooi zwembad met lekkere ligbedden en supervriendelijk personeel.

Ik vond persoonlijk de bedden aan de harde kant en er kon wel een extra vuilnisbak op de kamer. Jammer dat de Spa verbouwd werd maar dat was al netjes aangegeven van te voren.

Virkelig skøn oase med den flotteste udsigt mod Etna. Fantastisk pool med god plads. Meget venligt personale som gerne gør lidt ekstra og er opmærksomme. Lækker morgenmad smukt serveret og med masser af muligheder.

Vigtigt at have en bil for at komme dertil. Også hvis man skal spise andre steder end på hotellet som ligger isoleret.

Nothing really comes to mind

Beautiful location, really stunning with views of Mt Etna and the sea! The waiting staff were all exceptional, really friendly, especially Orlando who was so friendly and seemed to be available 24/7! Really nice place to lounge by the pool for a day. The breakfast is excellent, and it is well worth booking a meal in the michelin restaurant for dinner! The hotel also booked us a vinyard tour which was well worth doing as well.

The room we were in was a little sterile. Very comfortable bed but it did feel like you were in a very high end hospital room. Not really in place with the rest of the hotel which is much more in keeping with the surroundings

La struttura meravigliosa, il giardino, la suite con piscina super! Lo staff gentilissimo. Torneremo!

La porta della stanza non si apriva facilmente, abbiamo faticato molto per aprire e chiudere. Il phon faceva solo aria fredda.

La piscina e il ristorante esterno,stupendi, servizio top, l' Etna sullo sfondo uno spettacolo,tutto lo staff gentilissimo e cortese....due cene Michelin da sogno!

La camera era un po' rumorosa, probabilmente causa vetro della finestra non insonorizzato,non so, quindi si sentiva il treno passare, abbastanza fastidioso.

Er komt regelmatig een trein voorbij, die je best goed hoort in de hotelkamer. We hadden er niet veel last van, maar in de ochtend is het niet echt prettig. Bedden aan het zwembad zien er mooi uit, maar liggen niet erg comfortabel.

A beautiful boutique hotel with a charming countryside atmosphere. The property is peaceful, stylish, and full of character. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The private outdoor area and pool were highlights of our stay. A special mention goes to the restaurant and its team. The food was phenomenal, and every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to accommodate any request. Their professionalism and hospitality made a lasting impression and were undoubtedly one of the highlights of our stay.

The welcome experience could be more engaging. We would have appreciated more information about the hotel, its facilities, and activities available in the area. A few practical details in the suite were also missing, such as hooks for towels in the bathroom. Small touches like a portable speaker for the outdoor area or games such as chess and playing cards would make it even easier for guests to enjoy their time around the suite and pool. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily return.

Un luogo che rimarrà nel mio cuore, una serenità difficilmente spiegabile a parole. Personale gentilissimo, proteso alle esigenze del cliente, sempre tempestivo nelle richieste e risolutivo qualora sorgessero intoppi. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, sia le stanze che le ville hanno tutti i comfort. Le ville immerse nell’agrumeto eccezionali. Per non parlare della cucina di altissimo livello a partire dalla colazione. Ci siamo sentiti a casa ❤️

Beautiful modern hotel with very spacious rooms, a gorgeous pool, and stunning grounds with incredible views of Etna. Everything felt stylish, peaceful, and really well designed. Dinner at the restaurant was beyond — absolutely worth it and one of the best meals we had on the trip. Breakfast was also lovely, with plenty of choice and a great way to start the day. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Would happily come back.

Die Lage inmitten von Zitrusplantagen mit Blick auf den Ätna, die Atmosphäre, die Gastfreundschaft aller Mitarbeiter - ein ganz besonderes Hotel. Dazu noch das Michelinrestaurant - einfach rundum perfekt !

Eine kleine Anmerkung: wenn das Michelinrestaurant geschlossen hat, wäre eine Speisekarte mit kleinen Gerichten toll - nur Pizza ( die sehr gut schmeckt) ist dann doch etwas wenig.

Wir haben das wunderbare Ambiente des Zash sehr genossen. Die Suite im Bungalow war ein Traum - mit sensationellem Blick auf den Ätna, die Zitrusplantagen und das Meer. Das Menü im Restaurant was sehr fein, das Frühstück liess keine Wünsche offen. Die Mitarbeitenden haben uns wertvolle Tipps für den Aufenthalt gegeben.

The food was excellent and staff excellent, bed comfortable, and a good bathroom.

The train line just outside was a disappointment, and it ran from 7.00 till midnight, the room was also next the kitchen and it could be heard. Had to ask for towels by the pool and also for someone to take the drinks order.

The hotel is really esthetic with this red building surrounded by nature. The swimming pool area is also amazing! We loved our stay here!

There are no hooks for the towels in the bathroom

Wir haben dieses Hotel gewählt als Unterkunft während unserer Hochzeit auf Sizilien. Das Hotel wusste Bescheid, dass hierfür einige Gäste zur Vorbereitung aufs Gelände kommen würden. Bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse hätte ich zur Hochzeit eine Flasche Champagner oder zumindest Kaffee für die Gäste erwartet, stattdessen erhielten wir auch auf Nachfrage nur widerwillig 3 Espresso-Kapseln und Plastikbecher, aus denen wir den Gästen keinen Kaffee anbieten konnten.

Die Unterkunft und die Anlage war wunderschön!

Tutto organizzato nei minimi dettagli, personale super gentile, cortese e disponibile. La cena a dir poco MERAVIGLIOSA. Ho passato il mio compleanno in questo splendido posto ed è stato uno dei miei più bei compleanni di sempre. Torneremo volentieri, mi sono sentita con voi coccolata. Grazie ancora per la bella ospitalità.

Atmosfera magica, silenzio e profumo di fiori d arancio , zagara. Un posto magico. Servizi di qualità. Cocktail a bordo piscina molto buono. Colazione eccezionale.

Das Hotel liegt in einem wunderschönen Anwesen, umgeben von Orangen- und Zitronenbäumen – ein echtes Idyll. Sowohl die Zimmer als auch die gesamte Anlage und das Restaurant sind wirklich wunderschön gestaltet. An einem Abend haben wir den Geburtstag meines Vaters gefeiert und das Menü des Hauses bestellt. Ich kann sagen, dass dieses Menü wirklich einzigartig war. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Personal hat sich außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und herzlich um uns gekümmert.

An unserem letzten Aufenthaltstag waren wir auf einem Ausflug am Ätna und kehrten am Abend ins Hotel zurück, um noch etwas zu essen. Leider fand an diesem Tag eine Veranstaltung statt, sodass wir als Hotelgäste nur die Möglichkeit hatten, draußen zu sitzen. Das empfanden wir als nicht besonders gastfreundlich. Zudem gab es nur eine sehr eingeschränkte Auswahl an Speisen – lediglich drei Gerichte (Toast, Pizza und Tomatensalat) standen zur Verfügung. Der Kellner teilte uns mit, dass wir für Bestellungen von der regulären Karte etwa eine halbe Stunde warten müssten. Das haben wir als keinen guten Service empfunden.

Ein ganz besonderer Ort inmitten einer riesigen Zitronen- und Orangenbaumplantage! Wir bekamen ein Upgrade auf eine wunderschöne Suite welche keine Wünsche offen lässt - für uns Luxus pur! Sehr viel Platz, sehr schön eingerichtet mit sehr bequemen Bett, grosser Terrasse mit Blick über die Plantage und aufs Meer und sogar eine tolle Badewanne im Zimmer! Das Gourmet-Diner vom Michelin-Koch ist ein absolutes Highlight und sehr empfehlenswert aber auch die Pizza war fantastisch sowie das üppige Frühstück.

Wir hatten einzig etwas Mühe, die Einfahrt zum Hotel zu finden auch mit GPS.

Ausgezeichnetes Buffet und Ala carte Optionen. Sehr gute Qualität der Speisen.

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der Bahn. Für uns war das kein Problem

Excellent as gluten and dairy free bread and croissants were provided , brilliant quality. We were given a very spacious room with a great view of Etna.

We were at the property 2 nights and would have preferred a restaurant choice other than the Michelin star for the second night, the only option was pizza, not suitable.

Le bruit du train. Nous avons eu 2 chambres différentes, dans les 2 cas nous entendions le train plus ou moins distinctement. La ligne passe juste derrière la bâtisse principale. Le Spa était fermé, en cours de rénovation. Nous avons été prévenus seulement peu de temps avant le séjour, ce qui ne nous permettait pas de nous retourner vers un autre choix. Ces travaux avaient dû être planifiés de longue date, nous prévenir si tard est limite commercialement

La gentilezza e attenzione del personale , la colazione molto buona

Poco cura nei dettagli, nella nostra stanza avevamo una lampada da terra non funzionante, il telecomando tv con vano porta batterie rotto, il porta teli da viso in bagno che traballava e uscivano i tasselli dal muro e poi penso che trovare una doccia walk-in senza la presenza di un vetro anche a metá ma con una tenda di quelle rigide ( TIPO a rullo) non sia per nulla igienico. In fine dormire in una stanza dove ti passa il treno a 20 metri non è proprio il massimo del comfort. Diciamo che per il rapporto qualità prezzo per me non ci siamo.

The orange grove provided a truly spectacular setting. The contemporary pool villa was beautifully designed and offered a magnificent view of Mount Etna.

Service across the estate, including the restaurant, fell well below expectations. An attempt to engage the owners in a short discussion was ignored, which was particularly disappointing. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the establishment to travellers visiting Sicily.
