Nice and quiet area with amazing views all round, the rustic looking building looks amazing and the pool is top notch, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone

De slaapkamer was kil en we konden er niet even met z’n tweeën zitten. Beneden bij en om het restaurant was overigens wel voldoende zitgelegenheid.

Everything! Great friendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate any request, amazing rooms (we had the junior suite and it was the best!) and the pool and view of Mt Etna which is ever changing! 🌋 It’s an oasis away from the crowds but an easy day trip to Taormina and the Mt Etna hike plus wineries galore. 5 star recommendation!

Picturesque views from the pool and hotel, beautiful hotel architecture and environment, calm area, restaurant was okay but nothing exceptional, free bicycles available for use which was nice.

The cleanliness of the toilet and especially the shower was bad. The service was subpar and we felt more like clients rather than guests, we also had some rather strange interactions/comments from the staff. The furniture in the room and hotel was a bit scratched and dusty. Overall not really worth the price. Do not recommend staying if you do not have a car as the area within walk/bike-distance is bland and dirty.

Without a doubt, this was one of the most special places we stayed in Sicily. The Ramo d’aria is a beautiful boutique hotel hidden in the suburbs of Catania, the staff were lovely and really helpful, the room is modern and the swimming pool with a view of Etna is incredible. The food was also great and pretty reasonable value.

Posto immerso nella natura, silenzioso e rilassante: una vera e propria oasi di benessere. Tutto lo staff molto gentile, i ragazzi della reception,i camerieri , la maitre Giusy , le ragazze delle pulizie , il ragazzo della piscina ( Giuseppe ). Ci siamo trovati benissimo . Consiglio di pranzare e cenare in struttura, ristorante di alto livello. Dall'antipasto al dolce, wow. Grazie per questi giorni meravigliosi 😍

Dovrebbe esserci una manutenzione più accurata, in piscina si rischiava di cadere a causa di qualche mattonella fuori posto.

The hotel was very clean, with a beautiful view, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. We usually choose hotels based on the room we prefer. We requested Room 10 right after booking, as both Room 10 and Room 16 were available at the same price. However, we were assigned Room 16 instead. We preferred Room 10 because it opens directly onto the courtyard, where we could enjoy our morning coffee and the early sunshine. For a hotel of this standard, especially during the summer season, a minibar and complimentary water or coffee in the room would also be a nice addition.

Superbe hôtel avec vue exceptionnelle sur l’Etna. Nous avons adoré notre séjour pendant 3 nuits. Nous avons pu profiter du calme des lieux, de la piscine et d’une soirée au restaurant. Également bien situé pour visiter les villages alentours et partir en excursion sur l’Etna. Nous recommandons à 100%

Le camere sono belle e spaziose, la nostra aveva una bellissima vista sull'Etna. Lo staff è sempre cordiale e disponibile. Trovo davvero stupendo poter usare la piscina e gli altri servizi della struttura anche dopo aver fatto il check out (piscina meravigliosa). La colazione molto buona (soprattutto la sacher), anche il ristorante ci è piaciuto molto. Torneremo sicuramente.

I letti li ho trovati un po' duri per i miei gusti. La Tv sarebbe stata meglio smart ma non la trovo una cosa indispensabile, solo un plus.

Struttura stupenda immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità. Piscina stupenda e tutto pulitissimo. Lo staff tutto molto gentile.

Cama boa, quarto limpo, café da manhã perfeito, funcionários prestativos e muito educados, piscina surpreendente. O Etna ao fundo era belíssimo. Hotel perfeito.

Como chegamos muito tarde, foi difícil chegar. Não havia taxi para nos levar. A funcionária do hotel nos ajudou e chamou um taxi. Foi perfeito! Se vc não tiver um carro fica complicada sua estadia lá, pela distância. O ralo do banheiro parecia entupido. A agua empoçava enquanto tomava banho, e se vc não desligasse o chuveiro, a água transbordava para fora do box. Achei isso muito nojento.

A decoração dos quartos, em comparação com o ambiente exterior, é bastante pobre. Ainda assim são confortáveis e limpos!

Un véritable petit resort à taille humaine! Le Ramo d'Aria est un havre de paix où tout est pensé avec goût. Les installations, aménagées dans la roche volcanique et rénovées dans un style moderne, sont magnifiques. L'accès sécurisé par un portail ajoute au sentiment de tranquillité. La piscine est exceptionnelle et le service d’alcool et de nourriture est très apprécié. Le personnel est attentionné, professionnel et toujours souriant. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est excellent, autant pour le petit-déjeuner que pour le souper. Nous y avons séjourné avec notre fils de 2 ans et, contrairement à ce que l'on pourrait craindre dans un hôtel de cette qualité, nous nous sommes toujours sentis les bienvenus. Toute l'équipe a été accueillante et bienveillante envers lui, en plus d’avoir l’équipement approprié (chaise haute, parc, etc.), ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. L'emplacement est parfait pour découvrir la région. Riposto, avec sa marina, ses excellents restaurants et son ambiance agréable, se trouve à quelques minutes en voiture. L'aéroport de Catane est également facilement accessible, ce qui en fait un excellent point de départ ou point final pour explorer l'est de la Sicile. Une voiture est toutefois indispensable pour profiter pleinement des environs. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter!

Het betreft een heel mooi domein, moderne kamers, goede bedden, prachtig zwembad met zicht op de Etna en met een zeer groot plagegedeelte om in het water te liggen, betaalbare drank, vriendelijke service, heel lekker en verfijnd eten, leuke sfeer! Kortrom: zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding!

Een klein detail: het toiletmeubel was te hoog.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo d'Aria. Our room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable, with a spacious and stylish bathroom. The highlight for us was the stunning view of Mount Etna from the pool and the outdoor terrace. We also want to thank the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, especially the reception staff, who assisted us with every request. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked another stay for next year. We are looking forward to coming back!

The property is idyllically situation in a green area between Giarre and Riposto in Sicily. It is close, by car, to the airport and main amenities such as beaches, cities and sites. The staff is very friendly and do every effort to make you feel welcome and that you enjoy the stay at the full. The room is airy and comfortable, while the common areas including the pool are well serviced and mostly quiet. Breakfast offers a good selection of local specialities. Restaurant services are also good.

There is very little to say that's wrong about this property. Some of the rooms are on the upper floor which are accessed by stairs only while for the type of care to detail, the bathroom in the room assigned needs an upgrade. Other than that, well done. I look forward to come back.

Mooi kleinschalig hotel met modern ingerichte comfortabele kamers. Het zwembad is ruim, mooi aangelegd en met een fantastisch uitzicht op de Etna. Het ontbijtbuffet in het restaurant is goed verzorgd en ook ‘s avonds kun je hier lekker eten. De locatie is gunstig voor uitstapjes naar de Etna zelf, de wijngebieden en wijnhuizen aan de noordkant van de Etna en Taormina.

Vrijwel alles. De ontvangst was erg goed. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mooie ruime kamer. Geen groot complex. Fijn zwembad met lekkere drankjes. Goed diner tegen redelijke prijzen. Fijne omgeving en sfeer tijdens het eten. Goed ontbijt. We konden helaas niet bijboeken, anders waren we langer gebleven.

Our shower did not drain well at all and immediately flooded the whole bathroom. The town of Giarre isn’t great but you soon get out to Taormina or Etna

Great pool and common areas. Good breakfast, amazing staff, we really had a good time! Great A/c also, quiet and efficient.

I would improve the curtains/blinds, a lot of light gets through. Cleaning could have also been better.

The house and the entire complex is beautiful including the view to The Etna. The breakfast was good.

Rooms were too plain and minimalistic, a few more details and warmth to the room can easily improve the in-room experience.

Die Hotelanlage, aus einem professionell gestalteten Mix von Alt und Neu, mit seiner sehr gepflegten Einfahrt und Gartenanlage sowie dem grosszügigen Pool mit den schönen Liegemöglichkeiten und unser Zimmer mit Balkon und Sicht aufs Meer, hat uns begeistert. Aber nicht nur dies; auch die Angestellten, die sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit sind, sei es beim Checkin, beim Frühstück oder beim Abendessen, haben unseren Aufenthalt angenehmst begleitet. Das Tüpfchen auf dem I ist die abendliche Cuisine des Gastgebers, die wir gerne und wiederholt genossen haben. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Toller Außenbereich mit Blick auf den Äthna. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Moderne Zimmer und Einrichtungen. Sehr leckeres Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant, auf Wünsche beim Frühstück wird stets eingegangen.

Die Umgebung hat nicht viel zu bieten. Die Promenade ist nicht sehr einladend.

Gorgeous hotel, very chic and friendly staff who were always very accommodating. We stayed for two nights and hung out by the pool, sadly it was a little too cold for a dip at 20 degrees but still had a fantastic time.

A bit of construction noise near the hotel, wasn’t too often and only during the day so it wasn’t too noticeable.

Where the hotel does ‘fine’ on the main areas, it seriously lacks for something it would like to be. We booked this hotel for the days after our wedding and the hotel was aware that we would arrive in the middle of the night. A simple card or personalised note, a free bottle of water or just a greet about this the morning after would have been something. The rooms are in an acceptable condition but should be better maintained. The area around the hotel doesn’t add much value. Its more a location to get around.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we felt blessed. The staff were wonderful and the hotel felt very comfortable. Christian and the team were able to help us make arrangements for a fabulous trip to Etna and a fascinating wine tasting, with a wonderful lunch. This place is absolutely wonderful! The garden is really well kept, with lemon trees and hundreds of rose bushes all around. The swimming pool is gorgeous and in perfect condition, and so were the beds around the pool. The staff was super nice, friendly, and helpful. Food was great!! The room is spacious and comfortable and it smells amazing when you walk in. The view of mount Etna is simply incredible and you can enjoy it from the swimming pool, the outdoor tables of the restaurant, and the room. Every morning I'd say the staff cleaning absolutely everything around the pool, all tables, chairs, etc. This is a true gem, especially considering the price!

Spektakulärer Blick und phänomenaler Pool, sehr schön angelegt. Alleine schon die hunderten Zitronenbäume auf dem Gelände sind Urlaubsfeeling pur. Auch die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern, wenn auch etwas nüchtern. Restaurant sehr leckeres Essen, aber hochpreisig. Schönes Frühstück. Eigener Parkplatz mit abgesperrtem Tor. Schöner kleiner und schattiger Kinderspielplatz.

Eierspeisen werden frisch und kostenfrei zubereitet, aber Pancakes kosten 5€? Unsinnig und nicht nachvollziehbar, aber immerhin bei Bestellung kommuniziert. Fußläufig kommt man nirgends hin, obwohl es auch nicht abgeschieden im nirgendwo liegt. Es ist einfach mitten in einem gesichtslosen Siedlungsgebiet - wovon man im Hotel aber nichts mitbekommt.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were helpful and warm. The views of Mt. Etna were awesome! The pool was beautiful along with the fragrance from the roses and other flowering shrubs. The lemon and orange trees were great to look as well. Breakfasts and dinner were delicious. Thank you for your hospitality.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ramo d’Aria during our roadtrip through Sicily. Every member of staff was extremely friendly and helpful before and throughout our stay, which really made a difference when trying to make the most of our days there. We also dined at the restaurant twice (once regular service and once for pizza night) and the food and service were of excellent both times. This level of quality was also present at breakfast, and it was nice there was variety in what was served every morning. The hotel was situated well for us as we wanted easy access to main roads for exploring the area. We got this hotel recommended to us by friends and we would certainly recommend this to other people as well!

Tutte/e sempre sorridenti e gentili, ci hanno trasmesso una sensazione di pace e tranquillità in accordo con la struttura che è molto tranquilla. la struttura è immersa nella campagna e lontano dal caos, la mattina si sentono gli uccellini e tutto intorno ci sono alberi di agrumi che emanano un bellissimo profumo. Purtroppo il clima non ci ha permesso di usufruire della bella piscina anch'essa immersa nella tranquillità. La cena è stata squisita, preparata con prodotti genuini, le porzioni giuste ed i prezzi onesti. Stesso dicasi per la colazione, genuina, varia e con prodotti freschi e locali.
