Washrooms were beautiful, rooms were well equipped and the staff was super helpful. A lazy morning in the pool was very rejuvenating!

1. The food was a hit or a miss. Either it was great (like the shakshuka) or it was slightly disappointing (sandwiches). 2. Not the property's fault, but there is construction going on right next to their space. It caused a lot of noise and disturbance.

It was a pleasant experience staying with Altr Nativ, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The whole place has a chill kind of vibe. Overall it was a 10/10 property.

We absolutely loved our stay at ALTR NATIV! It was just what we were looking for. Everything was super clean, modern, chill staff, really good food, nice and serene location (quiet/far from parties). Great place to relax and refresh. Will definitely return soon.

What's there not to like? Everything was perfect. Seriously, nothing to complain. Ok maybe the coffee was a bit watery to our liking (but we only had it ONCE) so... But everyhing else at the cafe was superb!

Schwer in Worte zu fassen. Das ALTR ist keine gewöhnliche "anreisen-abreisen" Unterkunft. Es ist eigentlich ein kleines Universum in welchem man sich treiben, fallen und gehen lassen kann. Das essen ist extrem lecker und handwerklich Top! (Chefkoch in einem Shangri-La ausgebildet) Die Gastgeber sind unfassbar gastfreundlich, aufmerksam, erreichbar. Hier wurde eine richtige Perle geschaffen! Die Anlage wird wird in bestem Zustand gehalten und ist mit allem ausgesattet, was mach sich wünscht - Pool, Gym, Gemeinschaftsraum und Bibliothek. Das WLAN ist sehr gut und die Zimmer (Gemeinschaftssaal und Doppelzimmer) wunderschön. Das Badezimmer im Freien ist der Hammer. Ich werde und würde immerwieder hier einchecken!

Very very beautiful property. It’s apt for a small set of people. The pool looks lovely and so are the other spaces like the cafe, the living room above the reception and even the single rooms on top.

The road leading to the property is inside and the lanes are narrow for cars. Scooty is the best option here.

Food can definitely be bettered. Basic amenities should be provided inside the dorms, even if it is a dorm! No place to hang clothes. One common table and chair can be placed inside. Person who is in the upper bunk has absolutely no place to sit anywhere in the dorm other than their own bed. Outside furniture is not suitable to access during rains. More hooks and shelves should be provided across the dorm to make it more comfortable for all!. Also staff had to be repeatedly reminded not to bring muddy shows inside the dorm. Basic instructions of not bringing outside shoes inside the dorm is something that is expected from the staff atleast!

Immaculate property with the most wonderful staff. The other guests were wonderful and met lots of interesting people. The attention to detail is next level! Curated music, delicious food and the whole place smells amazing!

I just wrapped up a 30 day stay at Altr Nativ, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the host made check in seamless with a warm welcome. The dorm beds and private rooms were spotless, modern, and high-speed WiFi, comfy beds, and even little touches like fresh linens and eco-friendly toiletries that made long term living feel like home. Also, there are 4 cats in property who are cuddle friendly. The cafe in the property serves best food. Location wise, it’s unbeatable: close to Morjim beach, Vagator, Mandrem and peaceful enough for work or relaxation. I appreciate the quiet vibe of co working area in property which was perfect for my night schedule, plus the beautiful pool for relaxing and the workout area to keep me in shape. The playlist they play throughout the day in their property soothes your soul :)

Stayed in one of the private rooms here and honestly, it exceeded my expectations. Such a cute, charming property that doesn’t feel overly commercialised at all. Absolute value for money and exactly what I was looking for. The owner was extremely involved, warm and courteous throughout our stay, and gave us some amazing recommendations for beaches and places to try nearby. The breakfast team was also lovely and made me fresh eggs every morning. The rooms were great with no complaints whatsoever, and I also loved that they had their own in-house products to try. Overall, a wonderful stay and a great option if you’re looking for something comfortable, authentic and reasonably priced.

The only minor issue during our stay was that we didn’t get hot water in the shower one evening, which was slightly inconvenient. Other than that, everything else about the experience was lovely.

I would like to suggest using the filter at the swimming pool and frequent cleaning and maintenance as it was not up to the mark.

The whole of it was a great experience, owner Jay and all the staff were very supportive and helpful. Food is a must try 😋 the dorms are Premium. Best part is the Pool….for a lazy sunny afternoon.

Loved the earthy theme of the property and the cleanliness they maintained. There was calmness around the place which made it peaceful and gave a sense of slow living.

Cafe menu choices were not so great. Car parking was a hassle due to the limited space and narrow lanes.

Great stay overall. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with good beds and everything you need in the room. Housekeeping was done daily, which kept everything fresh. There’s a nice pool and a cute yoga space upstairs which I really liked. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. For Goa, the price vs quality is really great. Definitely one of the better options you can find.

Slightly far from the beach if you want to walk. During our stay there was some noise from nearby tree cutting, likely temporary.

A stylish hotel hidden in the jungle. A great place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. A good music playlist. Helpful stuff. Cafe and the pool zone - 10 out of 10!

Low sound insulation. When someone talks out loud outside late at night- i do wake up, 3 am or 7 am i wanna sleep and was upset that such a lovely place has no signs “please keep quiet” for at least night time.

The pool area is attractive and relaxing. The gardens are well tended. Other guests were a friendly mix of locals and foreigners. The dorm beds have curtains, which I always think is preferable. Each bed has an Indian/EU electricity point and a small reading light. They're clean, as is the shower/toilet. There are adequate lockers.

I was disappointed by the digital check in process. It was cumbersome, complicated, unnecessary. A questionnaire asks, among other things, why am I in India? I also had to fill out my credit card details to a third party payment app that I didn't know... which then added a couple of hundred Rupees to the price of my reservation. Not a great start. The limited menu is more expensive than food outside the compound. Also, it may be trying a bit too hard. It refers to "Shroom and cheese omelette" and confusingly "A nostalgic mix of potatoes...". I ate from ALTR NATIV's menu only once. But just a ten minute stroll down the road rewarded me with tasty, authentic food for less.

I had a lovely stay at Altr Nativ. The property is in a great location, very quiet, peaceful, easy to find, and conveniently close to good restaurants and nearby beaches. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a calm and relaxed environment away from the crowd. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout the stay, which made the experience even better. The café on the property serves really tasty food as well, which was a pleasant bonus.

The only minor issue I faced was that the bathtub didn’t fill up properly.

We loved the design, and the staff were all super-friendly and helpful. Great pool, and it felt like a real getaway in nature. The on-site cafe was beautiful, and handy for light meals etc.

I stayed in a 6 bed dorm and honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had. The dorms were extremely well maintained and clean. Lovely cafe where food was exceptional, great big portions and the chef was so lovely. I’ve never stayed in a hostel prior to ALTR NATIV and it was such a great space. It’s very easy to meet and connect with other travellers here. Beautiful, modern design of the space including the pool!!!!!!

The staff was amazing and the cozy atmosphere of the hotel was spot on. The room was big and clean, making the stay very comfortable.

The Wi-Fi was not great. It kept going on/off at times. For a first-time traveler to Goa, the location was a bit off from all the main attractions.

The supporting staff allows you to be alert about the possible frauds and scams and guides you to make the most of your trip by properly planning your day. The vibe of the place really makes you like goa a bit more🤩. The Cafe is totally a must visit for the ones staying at property or otherwise.

Nothing to dislike as such , just that you need some specific guidance to reach the location or you might be wandering if you only rely on Google Maps. But again the staff is very helpful to solve any of your problems.

Staff were all so lovely & accommodating, the property is within its first year so everything still feels pretty new & clean. It’s very zen & calm in the daytime, lovely pool & rooftop area where you can do yoga/home workouts & a small coworking space as well. The dorm I stayed in was spacious, modern, had large beds & looked just like the pictures. The food onsite was great too - chief chef was happy to let you know what allergies each food item had & they have some vegan options + oat milk for coffee :)

The property was a little out of the way of the main beach strip (fine to walk during day) & down a dark unlit road - I walked back a couple of nights & it felt a bit eerie. It’d be lovely to have a female dorm, I was the only girl in my dorm & also it’s not a big backpacker vibe either, so meeting new people was tricky as most were in groups/couples (more like a hotel). Some groups had quite loud parties going on til 6am during the week, it does feel that it’s a popular spot for groups to visit to party around the area, which is a shame as it’s got such a good set up for a retreat!

I couldn’t fault anything about this place! The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful and as a solo traveller I found the concept of having bunkrooms really ingenious. I met some amazing people during my stay there and the whole environment was hugely welcoming!

ALTR NATIV is the perfect jungle getaway hotel. Staff are so friendly & couldn’t do enough to ensure everything was perfect throughout our stay! The location is slightly off the main hub of Morjim so perfect for relaxed pool days & undisturbed sleep!! Rooms are beautiful with large comfy beds, an abundance of toiletries, hair dryers, towels, robes & slippers - everything you could think of is catered for at ALTR NATIV. The cafe offers delicious food and drinks that were always prepared fresh & arrived beautifully on time.
