Вид просто замечательный. Есть все что нужно есть в квартире. Кухня полностью оборудована. Лежаки возле квартиры. Апартаменты на нижнем этаже, так что можно выйти сразу в сад и полежать на лежаках. Цена/качество.

Расположение комнат, в спальне нет окон, было душно, вентилятор не помогал. Очень близко аэропорт, самолеты взлетали рано утром. Дорога на пляж очень тяжелая. Пробовали пойти в низ и обратно вверх-нереально повторить. Необходим автомобиль.

Bom apartamento, com ótima localização e uma vista linda. Tudo muito organizado e limpo, com todas as comodidades necessárias. Anfitriões muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Destaque para a guardiã do jardim, a gata Luna 😻

Size, cleanliness, amenities are amazing

Thank you, everything was great, especially the location. In my opinion, it is the best place to see the mysterious Ilhas Desertas.

We usually visit Madeira at the end of February or the beginning of March, in spring, when the climate is quite humid and not yet warm enough. Therefore, having an apartment with air conditioning is a mandatory requirement for us, so we can quickly warm up the air and remove humidity from the room. Since we stayed in this apartment for only two days, it did not bother us, and we were aware of it. However, a suggestion for the owner, many people look for such features, and it is very important. I hope you will take this into account, and if this is implemented, there is a very high chance that next year we will choose this apartment for two weeks, as the location was fantastic.

The location is fabulous and the size of the apartment. Very clean.

The island is very humid and also the apartment gets a bit cold with the humidity. There is no heating but most everywhere on the island no one has heating. My suggestion would be a dehumidifier which would help to remove the humidity and make it more comfortable.

Majitel nás vůbec nekontaktoval ohledně předání klíčů. Na místě jsme zjistili, že zde není nikdo, kdo by nám otevřel a museli jsme telefonovat a ptát se, jakým způsobem se dostaneme dovnitř. Teprve po telefonu nám byl sdělen kód boxu. Při odjezdu se situace zopakovala, žádné informace.

Appartement situé en face de la piste d’atterrissage, nuisances sonores intenses, tôt le matin, en début de soirée et la nuit . Si vous dînez sur la terrasse et si vous parlez trop fort la voisine du 3 eme vous jette un seau d’eau Idem si vous prenez un bain de soleil sur le transat en maillot de bain. uniquement valable pour les filles, les garçon ont le droit de se mettre en caleçon de bain ... Dans la salle de bain L’évacuation de l’eau est difficile d’où une odeur nauséabonde constante. Sinon l’appartement est bien agencé et plutôt agréable les fenêtres fermées. Attention aussi aux draps, les nôtres n’avaient pas été changés ! N’oubliez pas non plus le sel et votre sachet de thé , il n’y avait même pas une bouteille d’eau pour nous accueillir…  Malgré nos réclamations, l'hôte ne s'est jamais excusé, ni pris la peine de nous contacter lors du séjour.

Mooi uitzicht over het vliegveld en dichtbij supermarkt.

Schreeuwende bovenbuurman omdat hij vond dat we niet in badkleding in de tuin mochten zitten. Eigenaar reageerde vaak (te) laat. Voelden ons niet erg welkom.

Це найкращі апартаменти, в яких ми жили на Мадейрі! Господар приємний, та видно, що він доклав багато зусиль у свою справу! Досить просторе житло з неймовірною терасою, на якій можна спостерігати зліт літаків та вид на океан! Є лежаки, на яких ви можете засмагати та столики для прийому їжі на терасі. Є побутова техніка та весь необхідний посуд навіть для тривалого проживання! Зручне місце розташування та легкий доїзд! Неподалік є супермаркет, оглядовий майданчик, а також безкоштовна парковка поруч з будинком!

Ми не знайшли праски, власника не турбували, оскільки це не було для нас проблемою, але якщо це для Вас важливо, уточніть заздалегідь. Можливо її немає з ціллю пожежної безпеки.

A base do chuveiro precisa ser renovada e a água quente termina rápido. De noite ouve-se bastante os aviões e para quem tem sono leve pode ser um problema

Muy buenas vistas. Buena ubicación, muy cerca del aeropuerto, se escuchan los aviones per no es ningún problema para descansar. Machico a 10’ andando y 5’ en coche.

Het is een mooi ruim appartement met goede voorzieningen. Beschikbaarheid van terras en tuin ook plezierig.

Nabijheid van het vliegveld geeft overdag in perioden lawaai bij opstijgende vliegtuigen.

The garden was amazing, sea view with beautifl tree in front. I enjoyed each morning and evening outside. Everything was clean inside, if we needed something the owner provided the same day. The appartment was really cozy for a family of 3, clean and with beautiful interior

The location is for car users only which we were, this is just for your information when renting. Also it is not for 4 people unless all friends as there would be no privacy between bedrooms

Posizione ottima, bel giardino, bella vista , appartamento ben arredato.

Ventilatori non presenti nella struttura, nonostante fosse specificato nell’elenco dei “servizi struttura”. Un po’ troppi insetti.

spazi interni ampi e ben distribuiti veranda e giardino attrezzati

mancano alcuni attrezzi di cucine (scolapasta) pinza, ... odore scarico in bagno e ristagno di acqua nella doccia

Éramos uma família de 2 adultos e 2 crianças e ao alugar este T2 escolhemos a opção 2 adultos (e não 4 adultos). À chegada, acusaram-nos de os enganar e obrigaram-nos a pagar as 2 crianças como 2 adultos adicionais, mais 40 euros por dia. Em troca, deram-nos duas toalhas extra, para o que nos parece irrazoável ter de pagar 120 euros. Não aceitaram cancelar a reserva, pelo que acabámos por ter de pagar mais de 120 euros por noite, muito acima do que o local justificaria. Nomeadamente, à chegada não encontrámos papel higiénico nem com o que lavar as mãos. Tivemos de misturar um restinho do gel de banho que nos deixaram com água para lavar as mãos. De resto, o apartamento é cuidado, limpo e confortável.

Spacious and well equipped

Top Lage. Die Nähe zum Flughafen und Strand. Entweder zu Fuß zum Strand den steile Weg herunter oder mit dem Auto in 2min. Top Kontakt… bei Fragen wurden alles schnell erledigt! Parkplatz ohne sorge an der Seite!

Backofen war etwas nicht in Ordnung. Pfannen sind ungeeignet für das Herd! Die Dusche war vestopft. Das Wasser staute sich daher.
