Reviewed Feb 27, 2026We had the most incredible one-night stay at SD3M Art Gallery Villa. The space is absolutely stunning, tucked just up the stairs from Shiran’s art gallery. Every detail has been thoughtfully created, with the most beautiful handcrafted furniture that Shiran has carved and built himself - it truly feels like staying inside a piece of art. Everything about the villa was exceptional, but the bathroom was definitely our favourite. The waterfall shower was such a special touch and made the whole experience feel luxurious and unique. Shiran and his whole family were so warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived - welcoming us with such warmth and even fresh mango drinks. Shiran went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable - taking us surfing, swimming with sea turtles, and even showing us a lovely spot for dinner. His kindness and generosity made such a difference to our experience. We are so grateful for the amazing memories we created during our stay in this beautiful place. Our only complaint is that we didn’t stay long enough! It was truly special, and we will definitely be returning. We couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Reviewed Mar 3, 2024Tree trunks surrounded by plants, artfully aranged by Methuli;s father, a master craftsmen who has created an indoor garden that provides the illusion of living in a jungle. The family is very friendly and spares no effort to please and ensure the guest is always looked after. Delicious breakfast.
A perfect sound cover for passing vehicles is the strong fan.

Reviewed Feb 27, 2024Unique place run by very nice family. You get to stay in an art gallery with all kinds of art the owner Shiran did from woods he found in the local area. The bathroom itself is an experience. The family are so kind and welcoming, they even invited me to their own house nearby to see village life and local temple, and prepared a super lunch on my last day I give them my best recommendations.
It's by the main road, only downside. Originally it was build as art gallery, hence the placement, but they now also offer accomodation. Noise is not bad in the room though, I had no trouble sleeping after closing the door.

It's on the Main Road. You have two beaches to chose from, and traffic stops during the night. Do keep in mind this is a work in progress...
