Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Foarte dezamăgitor – condiții neigienice Din păcate, experiența noastră a fost foarte proastă și cazarea nu merită recomandată. Curățenia a fost aproape inexistentă: am găsit păr pe jos, lenjerie într-o stare foarte proastă și perne murdare. Prosoapele erau murdare, iar schimbarea lor se făcea abia la 3 zile. Cel mai deranjant a fost însă mirosul puternic de igrasie și umezeală din cameră. Mirosul era atât de persistent încât ne-a rămas în haine și nu s-a eliminat nici după prima spălare. Asta spune tot despre cât de îmbâcsit și prost întreținut era spațiul. În loc să fie un loc în care să te poți odihni după o zi de plimbat prin Bari, am stat într-o cameră în care trebuia să suporți mirosul, lipsa de igienă și condițiile neplăcute. Pentru banii plătiți, ne așteptam la cu totul altceva. Nu recomand deloc această cazare. Curățenia, lenjeria și igiena sunt lucruri de bază, nu pretenții exagerate, iar aici au lipsit aproape complet.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026The only real positive is the location. It’s conveniently close to a supermarket and the central train station, which makes getting around quite easy.
Very disappointing stay — great location, poor experience Unfortunately, my stay was far more stressful than it should have been. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated and stressful. Nobody informed me in advance that I was supposed to send a photo of my ID via WhatsApp. I only found this out during the check-in process, which was quite frustrating. Once I got into the room, things didn’t improve much. One of the ceiling lights was constantly flickering, making the room feel like a nightclub. 😵💫 I immediately informed the owner and asked for it to be replaced, but nothing was done for the entire 5 days of my stay. The housekeeping was also disappointing. During the last two days, my rubbish wasn’t collected at all, despite me putting out the appropriate sign. The bed sheets were never changed, and there wasn’t even a pillowcase for the extra pillow. The shower was another issue — water was spraying directly from the pipe and getting everything around it wet, which made using the bathroom quite unpleasant.

There was a lot of humidity in the room. The bed and pillows and sheets were constantly wet and it was impossible to sleep on them. Even our clothes that we brought got wet very quickly and everything was wet. We contacted the owner and the bedding was changed twice, but both times it was wet. It was impossible to sleep on such a wet bed. A strange smell of humidity spread throughout the apartment. Also, the door of our apartment could not be locked, so it was constantly unlocked for all the days of our stay. I really wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Reviewed May 9, 2026Ottima posizione in una zona abbastanza tranquilla e con tutti i servizi a disposizione (bar, panifici, farmacia, tabacchino etc). Nonostante non fosse compresa la proprietaria ha messo a disposizione una piccola colazione, cosa molto apprezzata.
La stanza era un po’ umida sia all’arrivo che durante la permanenza, nonostante la presenza della finestra.

Reviewed May 7, 2026Nice place near to main train and bus station. Rooms are on the ground floor. You have full kitchen but it is shared by several rooms. Overall, I had no problems here, everything went smoothly. It is cleaned every day and the staff is super helpful and nice.
Sometimes you can hear noises from the next room.

Mucegai pe pereți și tavan în baie. Ușile la camere fac un zgomot puternic când de deschid/închid deoarece au pus jos ceva pentru antifonare. Pe holul de acces spre camere miroase foarte tare a închis deoarece nu au nici o sursă de aerisire.

Bezproblemowy kontakt z obiektem. Dosyć blisko do centrum turystycznego (30 min na pieszo) oraz bardzo blisko na stację kolejową! (10min) Świetna baza do zwiedzania.

The place is a former apartment separated in different rooms, each of them poorly sound-proofed and with very basic amenities. The mattress was some kind of foam mattress, super soft and uncomfortable. The worse was perhaps the smell: when you enter the place, a strong mold smell hits you, and the overall atmosphere of the place is rather gloomy. For the same price, even cheaper I stayed in a beautiful historic Masseria a short drive out of Bari the night before, and I can tell that the contrast when entering this place was really stark.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026Beb molto carino e pulito. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato il loro calore nell'offrirci la colazione. La nostra stanza era piccolina ma molto bella e comoda. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consiglio la struttura ai prossimi viaggiatori.
L'unico pecca è stata la pioggia. Purtroppo ha piovuto per tutta la notte e dalla nostra stanza si sentiva molto.

L'odore di umido che ho sentito entrando, all'ingresso e anche nella camera. In effetti in camera e in bagno c'erano le finestre aperte per fare arieggiare e comunque si sentiva un po' di umidità nell'ambiente. Non offre colazione, come è scritto chiaramente, però offrono comunque un caffè e qualcosa di confezionato, gesto accogliente e apprezzato anche se io non bevo caffè. Tuttavia facendo un rapporto qualità prezzo, per lo stesso prezzo ho soggiornato qualche settimana fa in un'altra struttura simile in zona (non disponibile per questo soggiorno), che però offriva una colazione molto abbondante e con dolci fatti in casa.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026La struttura si trova in una posizione ottimale per raggiungere il centro città, vicinissima all' ospedale e a esercizi commerciali e supermercati. Camera pulita e ben fornita. Letto comodo.
Poco silenziosa, abbiamo soggiornato in una serata di pioggia e il tetto della camera (probabilmente rivestito esternamente da una struttura metallica) è poco insonorizzato. Abbiamo comunque dormito bene.

L'assenza di fonti di calore in bagno, bisognava lasciare aperta la porta del bagno per far circolare il calore. Non mi ha dato sicurezza l'affaccio della finestra (priva di grata) su un cortile interno isolato e facilmente raggiungibile dai ladri poichè la stanza è ubicata al pian terreno.
