Kontakt z właścicielem do momentu zapłaty, poza tym nie odbiera i nie odpisuje na wiadomości dotyczące wystawienia faktury. Umówił sie na zameldowanie, po czym go nie było, przypadkiem trafiłem na współpracownika, który wpuścił mnie do środka, inaczej czekałbym nie wiadomo ile. Pokój bardzo mały i brudny, balkonu z opisu brak, jest jedynie barierka, na której możesz suszyć pranie, ale nie polecam, bo dużo brudu i pyłu. Zlew zatkany, zęby myłem pod prysznicem. Brak żelu pod prysznicem, 1 rolka papieru na cały pobyt, śniadanie to kawka i rogalik. W pokoju brak jakiegokolwiek aneksu kuchennego - 0 szklanek, sztuććów czy talerzy, brak stolika, tylko 1 drewniane krzesło. Na sam nocleg zakwaterowanie ok, ale jak ktoś oczekuje czegoś więcej to odradzam. Lokalizacja też nieciekawa, ciężko się dostać po zmroku, autobusy jeżdżą jak chcą, jednak największym mankamentem jest właściciel, a w sumie kontakt z nim, ewidentnie zależy mu tylko na kasie po jak najmniejszej linii oporu.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien. Importante en épocas de tanto calor. Balcón agradable. Instalaciones nuevas y modernas. Tiene pava eléctrica y mini refrigerador. Alex fue amable y responde rápido.
Solamente nos dejaron jabón y shampoo para un día, pese a que sabían que nos íbamos a quedar más. Si se pide jabón, shampoo, toallas o papel higiénico para un segundo día, tiene cargo extra de como mínimo 10 euros. No hay cortina de baño, por lo que al ducharse se inunda y moja todo el baño, quedando inutilizable por varios minutos. El desayuno es escaso (aunque la publicación dice que es buffet/italiano). Tendría que estar aclarado que no es buffet. Además, el segundo día la cafetería estaba cerrada, por lo que no pudimos desayunar. Entiendo que esto no es responsabilidad del B&B, pero debería estar previsto. Entiendo que el alojamiento es accesible económicamente, pero termina generando gastos extra por imprevistos (tuvimos que comprar jabón, shampoo y pagarnos el desayuno).

The price of the cleaning and using the bathroom towels isn't included in the price, so i've had to pay 35 € extra in cash (and as it was a holiday, of cource i didn't want to use the time for a full house cleaning). These costs should be added to the price when the booking is made.

Mozesz sie do lokalu tylko przez kilka godzin po dość poznej godzinie otwarcia t.j. 16.00. Odpisuje z opóźnieniem i niechętnie i rozmawia w nieprzyjemnym tonie. Odradzamy. Nie pamietamy takiego impertynenta. Włochy i Włochów wspominamy tylko dobrze. Nie tego "gospodarza".

Fue una experiencia muy fea, la cama era de una plaza y sin sábanas de arriba, solo el cubre cama, cuando reclamé me dijeron que no se usa , es la primera vez que me pasa. Después me quedé 2 noches y me dieron solo una toalla y un toallón, por lo tanto tuve que usar de nuevo las toallas mojadas. Papel higiénico un rollo empezado y el frigobar no funcionaba. La calidad de atención del dueño malísima. No volveria nunca más.

Te cobran por limpiar la habitación, por reponer papel higiénico, por cambiarte las toallas y las sábanas. El desayuno es en un bar cercano y solo puedes pedir café espreso y un croisant, si quieres otra cosa tienes que pagar la diferencia. El personal del bar es desagradable con el turista.

Dass man Klopapier bezahlen muss und nur 1 zu Verfügung hat! Auch das niemand dass Zimmer reinigt fand ich nicht so gut. Frühstück bezahlt man auch wenn man anstelle eines Espresso einen Cappuccino möchte kleine Auswahl.

Reviewed Oct 17, 2025Die Lage ist optimal, fußläufig ist man in 15min im Zentrum und auch mit dem Auto sind alle Ziele ausserhalb gut zu erreichen. Einen nahen freien Parkplatz habe ich immer gefunden. Die Ausstattung war gut, Bad mit Handtüchern, Föhn und Shampoo, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher ebenfalls vorhanden. Optimal für eine Person.
Ich konnte in einer Nacht leider den Fernseher vom Nebenzimmer hören, aber das liegt wohl eher an derren Lautstärke also halb so wild.

Für Cappuccino war ein Aufpreis zu zahlen. An der Unterkunft war kein Personal Anzutreffen. Alles musste umständlich telefonisch besprochen werden.

Notre chambre ne correspondait pas aux photos. Nous regrettons l'équipement cuisine très succinct dans notre chambre. Pas de spatule ou cuillère pour le café, pas de couteau. Pas de table où poser son café. Nous aurions apprécié une bouteille d'eau dans réfrigérateur à notre arrivée. Il n'y a pas de rideaux à la fenêtre, difficile de dormir avec la lumière de la cour intérieure allumée. Remarque faite à l'hôte.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2025Het was schoon, je kon vlakbij parkeren, airco werkte goed. Het ontbijt doe je bij een restaurantje om de hoek waar je een espresso krijgt met een croissant. De eigenaar was zeer vriendelijk!
Wij verbleven 4 nachten. We kregen 2 handdoeken en 1 rol wc papier. Als je meer wil moet je behoorlijk bijbetalen. Ook was het bed heel erg hard en kreeg je geen deken, alleen een laken. Verder is de eigenaar alles nog aan het opknappen. Dit zorgde ervoor dat er om 7 uur in de ochtend al getimmerd werd.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2025la camera era pulita, era abbastanza grande, con anche la televisione e il bagno in camera. Ristrutturato decisamente da poco. In circa 20 min a piedi si è in piazza Duomo. Tutte le porte della struttura sono comandare da remoto dal gestore e si aprono con carta magnetica che si trova nella stanza. Non c'è staff in loco. Alla fine del soggiorno è bene considerare che passerà il gestore a fare un sopralluogo della stanza, ma è stato molto veloce.
la colazione è in un bar nella zona della struttura e sono compresi sono espresso e pasta/brioche. Non c'è la possibilità di chiudere la porta della camera a chiave. Non c'è il bidet. é stata l'unica struttura a non averci chiesto i documenti per la registrazione e il check-in. Nel bagno manca il bidet.

The worst it that is written if we stay more days than one ( we had already booked for 3 nights!!!) if we need toilet paper!!!!!!! or a small soap we are obliged to pay 10 euro more!!!!! We have travelled a lot but for only one time we have informed from the owner and he has also showed us that it's written on the top of the small cupboard. Also no work place and absolutely different from the images and the equipment...

Reviewed Jun 28, 2025La struttura molto comoda, accogliente e curata nei minimi particolari, mi sono trovato molto bene, ci ritornerò molto volentieri, facile parcheggiare nella piazza adiacente, chi gestisce simpatico e amichevole, il mio voto 10/10.
