The staff were friendly and ready to help

We booked a specific room and paid extra for it but at first we got a lesser room. We spoke to the receptionist who was very nice and wanted to help, and later they offered to move us to the room we booked. Then we discovered that the room was on the second floor without an elevator, so we opted to stay in the lesser room that had an elevator, and asked for a discount, which we did receive. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in wasn't in the best condition. There was mold on the edges of the sink, and the paint on the wall was peeling. The location is near the ocean and the night market which is very good. But the entry to the hotel is through a strange alley that was hard to find and has a weird smell. In the end, we expected more. The photos looked amazing on the site, but the rooms just didn't look the same. It's not a bad place, but if we were to know the real condition of the hotel, we probably wouldn't have booked it in the first place.

Hard to find the exact location when using grab car. My room is 2nd floor which the building only has staircase, difficult to take our luggage climbing 2 floors in narrow stairway.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Nachtmarkt. Die Zimmer sind groß, was nicht immer so üblich ist.

Leider kommt ein unangenehmer Geruch entgegen, wenn man das Zimmer betritt. Die Bettwäsche waren etwas fleckig, was mich nicht wirklich gestört hat, aber für andere eventuell eklig finden.

Сотрудники очень доброжелательные, стараются помочь со всеми просьбами, уборка хорошая, в номерах действительно чисто, полотенца меняют каждый день, бесплатно дают 2 бутылочки воды по 350мл каждый день, ремонт современный, но уставший. В целом хорошее соотношение цена/качество, т.к. цены низкие.

Не оставайтесь в этом отеле, если не хотите 1) жить в номерах с плесенью и ее запахом, 2) с шумом ремонта, 3) вечно орущими караоке вьетнамцами. Здание находится по соседству с рестораном морской кухни Huong Bien, где периодически проходят вечера с караоке на улице. Все это длится с 18 часов до 23 часов. Ремонт с 7 утра в отеле, начинался дважды за 2 недели нашего проживания. Мы просыпались от дрели и стука молотка. Очень неприятно!! Иногда плюется кран, а иногда горячей воды и вовсе нет!

Notre chambre etait dans la partie sans ascenseur, compliqué avec nos grandes valises . Ne propose pas de petit déjeuner, une seule chaise donc pas possible de déjeuner dans la chambre.

We stayed 2 weeks at this hotel and if I ever come in Phu Quoc again definitely I will stay here again. The room was very nice,big and very clean.The beach is 50 m away, the night market is at 3 minutes walk.We really enjoyed everything. I definitely recommend .

La chambre était propre, et nous avions en plus accès à une terrasse ou nous avons pu prendre nos petits déjeuners et sur le sunset 👍.. l'emplacement est super proche du night market.. et des bus pour aller aussi bien vers les plages au nord comme au sud ainsi qu'à l'aéroport.. vraiment très bien 👍

Le lit n'a été changé qu'au bout de 4 jours .. le dernier jour des mauvaises odeurs d'évacuation ...

Hotel zlokalizowany niemalże przy samym Nocnym Targu. Blisko morza ale bez plaży. Aby się wykąpać i poleżeć na plaży trzeba podjechać kilka kilometrów. Pokój sporej wielkości tak jak i łazienka. Ogólnie 👍 jeśli nie masz zbyt dużych wymagań. Na 2-3 noce jeśli wracasz się tylko wyspać jest w porządku.

Brudno, w sensie kurz i nie domyte elementy jak balustrada na balkonie na której chcieliśmy wywiesić ręczniki. Brak sejfu. Wejście do hotelu bardzo ukryte w wąskiej uliczce między sklepem a restauracją. Niby balkon ale tak naprawdę to okno od ziemi nie ma możliwości wyjścia i siedzenia . Widok z okien może być na dachu garażu lub sklepów. To raczej hostel bo nie ma tu całodobowej recepcji czy możliwości zjedzenia posiłku . Ta brudna koszulka to moja próba przetarcia balustrady „balkonowej”

Perfect location for the price. Really shame that staff cant speak English, literally no help. However the room was nice and next to the beach, main street and night market.

Įėjimas į viešbutį truputį sukrėtė. Išsivaizdavome kitaip, kaip normalų viešbutį. Nuotraukose nėra to parodyta. Kambaryje nėra nei balkono, nei terasos.

В номере большой шкаф и стеллаж, горячая вода без перебоев, Расположение отличное, на выходе сразу магазин и ресторан, через 10 метров фрукты и прачечная, рядом есть небольшой пляж, но там нет зонтиков и защиты от солнца, поэтому мы там не купались, в пешей доступности ( минут 15) соседний пляж с кафе, лежаками и зонтиками

идёт ремонт 4 этажа, но они начинают днём, то есть ночью вы спите спокойно, хотя стены тонкие, но беруши спасают от соседей и их жизнедеятельности

Sijainti, merinäköala ja alakerran kauppa. Ylipäänsä hotelli oli ihan kelvollinen hintaansa nähden.

Siisteys, huoneessamme oli pieniä muurahaisia ja lattiat olivat pölyisiä. Huoneeseen ei myöskään aina tullut lämmintä vettä, ja vedenpaine vaihteli runsaasti. Myös tyynymme olivat aluksi likaiset. Huoneen tv toimi huonosti. Henkilökunta ei osannut juuri ollenkaan englantia.

酒店位置是真的好, 就在seashells hotel 隔離, 沙灘, 廟+燈塔, 夜市, VinBus站... 全部都在附近, 步行可達。 房價是真的平, 以這個價錢, 或許就可以接受它的不足...

1）沒有熱水！只出了一小段暖水, 其後就沒有了 2）好像酒店是分兩座, 一邊是有電梯, 一邊沒有, 要走樓梯！ 3）到埗時check in的男員工, 只顧着收錢, 其他甚麼都沒介紹, 沒有告知wifi password, 但有幫我們提行李上樓梯（ 我們的房間是沒有電梯的一座） 4）沒有更換床單！從縐褶及床上毛髮可確認！而且房間內需收費的水及杯面被開過！ 反映後給更換了！（非常謝謝當晚協助的男員工, 高瘦的那一位, 不是check in 的那一位） 5）我們是住兩晚, 所以第二天早上通知了前台, 亦即是checked in 時的那位男員工, 不用執房, 用英文, 身體語言, 手勢, 亦用翻譯軟件再三確認, 但當晚回房驚覺已經被執拾！而且將我的一次性清潔用品全部丟掉！！！

The internet was really poor during my stay and they only offer 1x room key. This is a bit of a nuisance as the key powers the electricity in the room and there is a fridge. So realistically, you can’t use the fridge as it turns off when you take the key. There was also no hand towels, only a shower and beach towel.

Room with sea view and over looking the Seashells Hotel as mine has a terrace where it is connected by the side door and you can sip coffee and enjoy the sea breeze. It is an alternative to the 5 stars hotel but at a fraction of the price. The bed is the king size not queen as it is not stated anywhere neither is the inaccurate picture shown. Like the staff Miss Lin Bi Quan who is always friendly and helpful to answer any queries. There is a lift provided. Location is good about 200 meters to night market and near to Dinh Cau Temple where the scenery is really beautiful. Air conditioned Green bus (see photo) number 17 and 19 shuttle between Airport and Grand World is provided free. So you can board any of these buses just outside the hotel to go Grand World or Airport without paying. Even if you want to shop at KingKong Mart, you can take these buses. If you want to buy souvenirs, remember Kingkong Mart is the one as the price is fixed and reasonable not at those night market shops where you need to bargain.

1) Internet is slow. At times it is disconnected. 2) Hotel entrance hidden in the maze. Outside the road, there is no signage to show direction. If you arrived first time, you won't be able to find. Must enter from the side of Tom House next to their stairway. 3) Now nothing to do with hotel, the food in the vicinity is really expensive especially their seafoods and worse still at almost all the restaurants in the night markets due to tourist traps. In fact Grand World restaurants are still cheaper than at the night market. Further away from the night market, the food then becomes local price. The only cheap item is the Massage and the prices can be dropped further to lure you.

Perfect location, just beside Seashell resort, very near to night market and Vin Bus Very nice and helpful staffs.

No lift at one of the Building. The entrance to the property is narrow & dark without any sign board to lead us to the hotel. But don’t be scared, after you walk through it, you will love the hotel rooms and the staffs

It’s in a good location to see the town and to get picked up for tours

It’s fairly new and everything works as it should. The staff are amazingly attentive, helpful and friendly. The ladies dealt with hiring a motorbike for me, no dramas. I would recommend this place to anyone. A small beach 100 metres away. Very clean and comfortable. Well done to the ladies, two on reception and the housekeeping lady.🙏😇😎

Noise from construction works on the hotel. Room didn’t look like the one in the photos - it was smaller than the one we booked.

The location hotel is great, it was only 5 minutes walking distance from the Phu Quoc Night Market. The staffs were friendly and helpful too.

The renovation work of the hotel started at 7ish, the noise was very disturbing for my sleep. Also, the smell of the renovation was strong. It would be more considering if the work could be started later of the day.

Only one pillow, noise from the sea front beach club, construction work at the hotel which started at 7am right outside our room.

walking distance to the night market, mini marts and restaurants. 15 mins away from the airport. staff speak minimal english but they’re very helpful.

location in grab & google maps is inaccurate. navigate to tom house restaurant instead - it’s located behind this restaurant, just follow the alley on the right. also, no direct access to the beach as it is a private beach owned by the seashells hotel next door. only 2 small sachets of shampoo and soap were given, you have to request for more everyday.
