Reviewed Jun 26, 2026The property had a great location and amazing views, very clean and state of the art facilities and very well equipped. The management responded to our queries very quickly even though it was out of office hours. IF we come to kaikoura we are definitely staying there again.
The house took a while to heat up. So if the management could have turned on the heater it would have been perfect. But that’s not the reason to not stay here.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2024Absolutely lovely house, very modern with all the facilities you could need. Fantastic location 15 min walk from town. Very comfortable beds.
Could do with more comfortable lounge chairs not patio furniture. Would be good to have soap and shampoo dispensers that are refilled
