Clean and friendly staff

No window on the room

I like the hotel overall. The staffs are very approachable. The facilities are very convenient and clean. Very recommendable. The pool is very cozy even its very quite small. And the location is very nice near the restaurant and the church.

No elevator. But not a big deal.

After a horrible stay at another nearby hotel, Graham Hotels & Suites was a lifesaver. Friendly staff, very accommodating, comfy room with amenities, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The only thing that needs improvement is the shower. I couldn't figure out how to turn on the hot water and it ended up leaking water all night which left some water on the shower floor (it wasn't draining correctly).

Ruime kamer, netjes en schoon. Locatie prima, rustige straat en dichtbij de airport. Personeel is vriendelijk.

Ik heb deze accommodatie speciaal geboekt voor het zwembad. Het zwembad was super smerig, het water was helemaal groen. De airconditioning in de kamer maakt extreem veel lawaai, ik heb hem uit moeten zetten hierom. Als ik wist dat het zwembad onbruikbaar was, en de airconditioning zoveel lawaai maakt had ik het niet gekozen. Ik vind het de prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding hierdoor niet waard.

Small but Very clean, staff were very nice and courteous.

No elevator, we stayed on the 3rd floor, but stairs were manageable. If you have physical disabilities, you can request rooms on the first floor.

It is a great place to stay, complete room amenities such as microwave, refrigerator, dining area for 2, bathroom amenities, etc. The staffs are accommodating and the breakfast is good.

Bad dinner and breakfast experiences (although I was the only one in the restaurant for dinner, waited more than an hour) Breakfast - limited options and I ordered at front desk the night before, but they made the wrong one the morning of, and I was going to the airport and didn't have time to wait so I didn't get breakfast

Restaurant on the rooftop, fastfood nearby and mini stores in the neighborhood. Free breakfast and cozy rooftop to chill. we only stayed for a night and we would love to stay longer. The staff was very accommodating, clean rooms, fresh sheets and towels.

While it is true that the AC can be loud, it was not really a bother for us. we turned and left it on while we stayed at the rooftop for drinks and turned it off before we slept. The ceiling fan was not working but it was cold enough for us the whole night. There was no elevator so we were lucky to get a room on the 1st floor.

always too warm in a room, aircon work like something from a hell - its impossible to sleep normal cause its noise of this machine

The hotel is spotlessly clean , the staff are helpful and friendly , the room is large enough with a decent bathroom. The kitchen area has a large fridge and kettle and microwave. The breakfast is on the roof which is nice or you can have it delivered to your room. Local bus 50m away is 30 pesos ,or tuktuk is around 100 into the center. I reccomend this hotel.

Only downside my air-conditioning unit in the room was very noisy.
