Boomerang Hotel

nice

nothing

always good service ,, location is good for me. rooms a big for the value .

Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean with with Shampoo and soap. I ate twice in the restaurant. It took a while, but both times the food was good and a great value.

It is 3 stories and I was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. It seems they should have a porter to help with luggage up the stairs.

A nice place to stay while traveling. Very nice people and safe.

Large bed, excellent shower, staff were always on hand, swimming pool and onsite restaurant. Location was good and easily serviced by trikes and taxis. Walking distance to the malls.

No facilities to have a coffee in the morning, we were on the top floor and the air conditioner was no match for the heat, our room was like a sauna, day and night.

Big rooms . Well maintained great staff

great pool and very good meals, room air conditioning very good. Transport a bit expensive arranged through hotel

Friendly staff, good value for the money

The pool is a little bit small but it is okay for a few people. It could be a little bit closer to the center but it is still walking distance.

The Boomerang Hotel is a fine place to stay with their incredible staff, service and awesome hotel rooms! I've had much experience with traveling, hotel stays throughout my 26 year Army career, but the security, and superb respectful staff, as the kitchen, dining facility is superb and all soo reasonably priced, from meals to drinks! The Boomerang Hotel is a must stay, 5 Stars all the way, everyday and I'll be returning soon! Thanks Boomerang for your super accommodations!

Great value!

location for me is great ,, and no hassle check in . great staff .

Convenient location. Inexpensive. Great cafe. Friendly staff.

Such amazing staff. A special shoutout to Diana, she was amazing, such a lovely person 🙂. And junior made lovely food, security guy Denis was really nice too

Seedy old Australian men everywhere

Excellent service, great food and wonderful staff. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend to everyone.

Location. Super friendly and helpful staff. Pool. Affordable. Bed sheets were clean. Restaurant is nice and not expensive.

In the room there’s no small light. It’s either 6 very bright LED lights or completely dark. The floor wasn’t really clean.

My 2nd time staying. Good stay

Good location, 8-10mins in sm clark.

Bed is a bit hard for me. Restaurant’s ac was not working even though a lot guests inside.

I was so happy with My stay at the boomerang hotel definitely would recommend this to anyone above and beyond service

It's a nice affordable place. It's safe and the staff are very helpful and kind. Also, the breakfast was excellent!

Was clean room and hotel food was very nice, only two things were not good one there was no kettle in the room and aircon wall mounted very noisy in the room apart from that all was excellent

Big clean rooms .

Always a lovely stay,helpful friendly staff,clean

To be told on arrival that we were consigned the worst room without a window or any sort of a view from outside because we booked online was upsetting. Even though we paid more than their cash rate. The rooms were clean, but a 32 inch TV, is not acceptable in 2024. The air-conditioning is old noisy and tired and needs urgent replacement. We paid another 530 a night to "upgrade" so i wouldnt have to traverse the 20 steps. Our room had a remote for the AC that would not work, we found out the unit was manual. Crazy. Then their penny pinching policy of only supplying 3 pillows when their website says 4. A rort to extract 50 pesos . And the duty manager leaves at 6pm not to return until 8.30 am. So most of the time the hotel runs on remote control where the stafff cannot make a decision. The saving grace was the staff. Polite, helpful and friendly. But i get the impression they miss some proper leadership. With absentee owners this is most important. I could not recommend this hotel as there are better, cheaper alternatives available.

Their Kitchen is great

Na

All good

The air conditioner was noisy, but did cool effectively. Close enough for 10 min walk to walking street. The staff was very helpful, especially Roy. I ordered food and food was good from the kitchen. I would stay again

it was quiet and away from the noise. it wasn’t too far from the Mall or Walking street. Staff are friendly and the food is good.

only issue was the dining area gets really hot at night. best to eat outside by the pool

the location is perfect. The staff are always extremely happy to see me again. the food offer is just perfect and a wonderful sanctuary from the night life.

I liked it all

Good accomodation and location.

Room,hot water,friendly staff's

This is one of my favorite hotels here in the Clark area. Clean, friendly, safe, good bath, and bed. I highly recommend this place!

My wife and me stayed at a spacy jacuzzi room one nigh during our short visit to Clark and Angeles City. The room was well furnished and comfy, staff friendly and assisted with the small issue we reported at the short notice. The bathroom and jacuzzi could have been better cleaned before our arrival. Good overall hotel appearance in the quiet area with on site parking, still close to shops and restaurants and the Walking street

Staff are fantastic. Everything works: water, tv, cleaning. Problem solving by staff is unsurpassed. Leave all it to them. No stress!!

Exceptional. One of the best ever stayed in. Extended stay with no problems.

All good.

To start with, we were put into the 2nd floor room 20, no elevator, that had a television wanting to charge me for any program I watched. Despite the efforts of 2 maintenance men, they could not correct it. So, we were shuffled into room 18. Nice room. Nice enough, that we booked extra nights through Hotels.com for which over a week later I am still waiting for credit for my nights stayed. Next, as we were enjoying dinner at the Boomerang restaurant there was a man who was so drunk he was unable to walk past the pool without assistance. In disbelief we watched him being placed onto a bar stool at the bar. The next day he was taken out of the hotel by emergency personnel (a heart attack we were told by staff). We were OK with all that had gone on until we asked to stay more nights in room 18. We were told NO because a SMOKER had asked for a room with an outdoor balcony so he could smoke. That is GREAT because we discovered PRIME ASIA HOTEL where we had a 2-story room with appliances, and were treated with respect 100% of the time. It has a rooftop pool and connected restaurant. Disrespect is all I will say about some BOOMERANG lobby staff!!! Never again.

The hotel is ok..maybe a little over priced for the area...room was ok and staff was fine...Unfortunately we ordered a meal the first night and it was good up until we found a large fly in the mashed potato...no joke!!!!..We brought this to the attention of the staff at the time and there was no follow up at all...Piss poor effort and is the reason I would NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN...there are much better options around...I rarely write harsh reviews but THE FLY IN MY SOUP episode and non existent follow up was a poor business decision!!!!!

Very nice bed air conditioning ok good stuff food very good but expensive

Pillows are okay but beddings are old

I liked that the hotel had an excellent food and beverage menu. Plus they had 24 hour room service. And the entire staff were nice and professional, polite and spoke good English. And what i found unique was the hotel has a shuttle that would drop the guest off in different parts of the city.

The team always exceeds expectations in every detail of customer service!

Spent 2 nights, the rooms are good size and the restaurant has good food and is open 24hrs which is nice, be sure to request either a non smoking room if you don't smoke, the staff were all polite. This hotel is a good choice with nightlife close by and not much noise.

It was ok the bef comfortable. Fairly quiet position but still close to the angeles night life.

Aircondition is terrible, you can't take your keys without turnong off the AC

Clean, comfortable but the food is overpriced

I travel a lot and the Boomerang was a great experience. It is walking distance to all the action yet quiet and safe. The staff was Fantastic cleaners front desk secirity drivers kitchen all were very warm nice people with great knowledge and concern.i ate at the restaurant several times it was very good and grrat value

Room was very clean and the bed comfortable the area was very safe and plenty of bars and entertainment.

Super staff. Very friendly. ...from desk to restaurant to driver.

This hotel fills the need. It is inexpensive, clean and has the absolutely best staff and management. The owner is always on site. I you need something just go to the front counter and ask. 24 hour restaurant and bar. I will be a customer for life. Discrete low key atmosphere.

Make you own bed!

They know me , easy ..good service, big rooms, good food

I have stayed here 10+ times, and I am happy to say the Boomerang remains the same. Nice, comfy, off- (but not too far off-) the beaten path place with very friendly and helpful staff and management, good food and quiet. A light over or by the bathroom mirror would be a plus, especially for shaving, but other than this one small complaint, I find the Boomerang a superb accommodation.

good location , they offer a free shuttle to selected locations

Towel are a descoulerd and tatie no hand towels no lift and you have to carry your luggages up the stairs your self no one helps , no drinking water bottles , very noisy Aircon. I don't go there again .

We stayed here for six nights, two rooms as the nanny was with us. The service was excellent throughout, really helpful and polite, especially as we needed hot water for our baby's bottle and warm her food. The food and service in the restaurant is great, freshly cooked and good portions where sometimes one meal is enough for two. Great courtesy car service. Looking forward to going back next year!!

Very nice and the people are very inviting. Great place to stay as well.

Nice modern hotel in a terrible noisy location. Rooms are quiet but tiny. Well designed and run though

Facility and rooms very very clean. Food was excellent. Excellent location for drinks and entertainment.

Great midrange hotel. Spacious rooms with a good bathroom with hot water. Balcony. Good restaurant with delicious asian and western foods. Small pool. Close to nightlife. Free shuttle to mall and walking st. Friendly efficient staff. Nice relaxing stay.

Too close main strip

Positives: Air conditioning was great. Nice ceiling fan. TV had good amount of channels. They give you enough toilet paper. Cold fridge with drinks and snacks. Decent sized room. Staff was friendly. Room service and food was good, especially the beef with noodles.Hot water was good. Laundry service. Pool was kept up. Good wifi. Decent price for this hotel. Overall I would stay here again I think. Cons: there is no weather strip in between the door and door frame so you hear doors slam all the time, problem can be easily solved for cheap. It wouldn't be a problem if people were considerate and closed their doors lightly but that's not the world we live in apparently. The local road to hotel is beat up, if your car is low to ground it may be an issue. Not really an area for family, if visiting the city with family I suggest Clark zone since it is safer and more conservative.

21 night stay loved it nothing a problem courtesy car available 12hr a day management and staff all friendly and approachable will definitely be staying again

It was my first time to the philippines boomerang hotel lovely stuff i recommend it you come to this hotel you will love i am coming again

Location and staff were great. Had a great time will stay there again

I was happily surprised with my stay at Boomerang . Room was spacious and clean , shower water pressure was great and lots of hot water, bed was comfortable . Air con was very noisy ... small complaint Bistro open 24 hours , lots of choice on the menu , value for money The real stand out are the staff , everyone super helpful , friendly and very professional Frankly there are a lot of hotels in Angeles who could learn a lot from the management and staff of this well run hotel

Excellant in everyway, will definately use again as my first choice when back in Angeles
