Otelin bulunduğu yer çok güzel, her yere yakın. Odada çamaşır makinesi var sanmistik, yoktu. Ama kendi makinalarını kullanmamıza izin verildi. Çok memnun kaldık. Sessiz sakin temiz bir yer.

Very nice aparments and bungalows to explore Demre and surrounding areas. Well equiped rooms and very friendly and helpful staff.

Wifi very poor at least in the apartment area

It’s close to shops and supermarkets. Walking distance to the town centre.

Well, it didn’t look like as nice as the photos in the booking.com. Pretty dated with basic amenities and the pool was empty when we were there as they were doing some upgrading which is really disappointing because that was one of the reasons we booked the hotel.

there were enough equipment in the kitchen for basic cooking. the staff was nice and responding on booking via messages.

the kitchen equipment was not really well washed after the previous people, it was a little bit disgusting, cutting board smell of rotten meat :( but, well, we washed it and then it was ok. I was a bit dissapointed that the swimming pool was not filled, I kind of expected that the accommodation wouldnt list a swim pool on their facilitites, when it does not actually mean you can swim in it. but then the sea was just awesome, so I wasn´t so sad about it at the end.

Location great. Very clean and roomy. Nice facility. A bit sterile. No staff really. Self service.

Очень сильный запах в доме канализации. Проветривали постоянно. В ванной нет крючка для полотенца. Но это мелочи, но неудобства элементарные вещи вроде бы

Il aurait été judicieux de nous prévenir que l'eau du robinet n'est pas buvable et qu'il faut acheter des bouteilles d'eau.

Удобно местоположение за посещение на плаж и забележителности. Частен паркинг. Има басейн пред бунгалото,но не сме ползвали. Не изглеждаше чист след дъждовете. Има кухненски бокс с достатъчно прибори и удобствата за готвене. Не можахме да готвим, защото при включване на котлоните изключваха бушоните. Електрическата кана ползвахме без проблем. Голям хладилник с фризер. В спалнята имаше джакузи, което ползвахме. То беше единствения лукс в делукс бунгалото. .

Имаше постоянна неприятна миризма в банята. Кърпите твърди и захабени. Стари , протрити килими. Няма гардероб и закачалки за дрехи . Само един малък шкаф на втория етаж.

Большая площадь. Чисто. Тихо. На кухне есть все необходимое. В октябре есть парковочные места вдоль улицы. Недалеко есть продуктовый (Migros Jet).

Нет лифта. Нет стиральной машины в номере, хотя на фото есть. В округе мало ресторанов и кафе, которые работали бы после 21:00.

convenient location if you are traveling by car

We didn't get a good night's sleep; there were no mosquito nets on the windows, and there were a lot of mosquitoes at night. The room looks old; it's time to replace the plumbing and some of the interior elements. The pool was dirty.

Nos alojamos en un bungalow de madera frente a la piscina, muy bonito.

Tiene una escalera muy empinada para subir a la habitacion.

Аппартаменты включают в себя салон,спальня, большая ванная комната.Из салона есть выход на болкон. На нем сушилка для белья, стулья и стол.В салоне есть кухня со всем необходимым, большой ходильник, обеденный стол с четырьмя стульями,два дивана которые раскладываются и телевизор. В спальне двуспальная кровать, две тумбочки,шкаф. Ванная комната - большая душевая кабина, раковина с зеркалом и феном. Приемлемо чисто. Уровень предоставленных услуг был выше чем цена за номер.

Приехало нас четверо человек, было два комплекта полотенец. Были проблемы с чистотой постельного белья, но тут же администратор все решил и даже предложил другой номер.

generelt var det fint ud over en vigtig ting. havde skrevet til hotellet en uge tid før jeg skulle komme at mit fly landede kl 01.00 så jeg ville først ankomme til hotellet midt om natten. de svarede tilbage det ikke ville være et problem. da jeg ankom klokken 4.20 var der ingen, prøvede at ringe til 2 forskellige numre, man kunne ikke skrive til dem på booking.com, den funktion var slået fra om natten. så måtte sove 2 timer i bilen også prøvede jeg igen omkring klokken 7. der fik jeg fat i en der kunne give mig mit værelse.

Muy comodo y bien equipado. Buena relación calidad precio. Hay un gran supermercado al final de la calle y una panadería justo al lado.

Posto tranquillo, ben tenuto, accogliente, pulito e in ordine. Personale gentile ed educato. Piscina mantenuta correttamente. Vicino c'è un piccolo supermercato e due fornai. Se si desidera fare mare è necessaria l'auto. Ottima posizione per visitare le varie spiaggie che ci sono in zona.

Fajny apartament, blisko do centrum miasta. Można spokojnie isc spacerkiem do sklepu lub restauracji. Ma miejscu całkiem fajny basen oraz prywatny parking (dodatkowo dla 5 aut dostępne zadaszenie nad miejscem parkowania). Do plazy jednak już jest większa odległość i tutaj raczej samochodem (Plaża pusta z drobnymi kamieniami!).

Tot perfecte! Només vam estar un dia però vam estar perfectes. Apartament amb aparcament, ample, cuina i piscina perfecte!

Que estàvem al tercer pis i no te ascensor. I aquí, les treballadores no t'ajuden com d'altres llocs. Però per dir alguna cosa...perquè hi tornariem! Només tenir en compte si hi ha gent amb mobilitat reduïda

We had a mostly good experience. Our house was clean, everything worked well, and I really enjoyed the stay.

However, there were a few downsides. There was no proper receptionist during our stay, and the two girls present didn’t speak any English, which made communication very difficult. The bungalow we booked for ourselves was fine, but the one given to our parents had a very bad smell inside. After nearly an hour of trying to communicate using a translator, they eventually changed the bungalow for them. Overall, the place itself was nice, but the service and communication could be improved.

Clean, comfortable, great value

It was clean spacious and had a nice interior design. We didn't spend enough time here to enjoy the room enough.

The electric stove was hard to cook on as the nob indicators were washed away. It was impossible for me to determine which nob was which stove and how high I put it.

Rooms were comfortable enough. Very quite, clean.

I stayed in main building Internet wifi was very slow and keep cutting off. Connected their 1st floor and 2nd floor wifi but still was not good enough for this day an age...

Good hotel for our one night stay in Demre. Close to city center with shops, restaurants and bus terminal. Room was spacious.

Dirty carpet in the living room, hot water soon ran out.

It was fine. It was nice to have a pool. The apartment was clean. The price was fair. There was a balcony with a clothes airer to dry wet towels and swim suits. The shower was good. The beds comfy.

Nothing to dislike. It was a standard hotel. The wooden bungalows looked really lovely.

We only stayed one night. A quiet part of the city few minutes by car to center, same to the beach. Clean, spacious, good value for money. Secure parking in the yard.

We booked a bungalow for one night for myself, my wife who is pregnant and two small children. When we arrived the receptionist wasn't there but there was a woman that told us to wait for the receptionist for 5 minutes. After about 25 minutes of wait she started to take us to a room on the 3rd floor. We told here that we specifically ordered a bungalow and not a room. To which she replied that there was some mistake and the bungalows are taken. We told her that we are not going to go up 3 floors with a pregnant woman. So she remembered that she has another room on the second floor. Again we said no as there were not enough beds for the children. Then the woman in charge came and started to explain that when you order with them you either get a bungalow or a room according to thier availability. We said that its not correct since prices are different for each room and our order was for a bungalow. They show us another room which smelled very bad and had used slippers lying around. So we e said we want to cancel the order. Again they tried to evade and told us they can't cancel and we should do it. When we said that its unacceptable since we will not get the money refunded they offered to compensate us with 600 tl. We didn't accept since price was around 900 tl. They offered 800 tl and we accepted. I feel as if they shouldn't try to evade and make it as if the mistake was on our side and we would accepted a different room with no problem. I wouldn't recommend this Hotel to anyone.

It was unexpectedly warm in the room at the end of December. The room was equipped very well.

Noise from the road

Great place, it has everything you need. It is next to the market so you can make a shoping and cook in a kitchen or visit a loval restaurant which is within walking distance and also very cheap. It is close to the beach, city and ancient city Myra

There is nothing, loved everything.
