Reviewed Aug 23, 2026The location was great, the metro station was literally just around the corner, and it was easy to walk to the main attractions. There were also grocery stores within walking distance. The washing machine and dishwasher were very convenient, especially for a longer stay. Check-in, check-out and opening the door through the website/app were also very easy and convenient. The beds were comfortable and we slept well.
The apartment and the appliances are quite old and well-used. Everything worked, but overall the apartment feels a little dated. In my opinion, it would benefit from some renovation and replacing some of the older appliances.

There were plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and shops nearby, making it very convenient. The tube station was also just a 3-minute walk from the hotel, providing easy access to the rest of the city. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a great location.
The only thing I didn't like was the memory foam bed, which I found uncomfortable was too soft for me. Other than that, everything was good.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Голяма и модерна сграда, лесен и сигурен достъп. Апартаментите са големи и много добре подредени. Има всички удобства, кухня, пералня и т. н. Мощна централна климатична система, която се справяше идеално с жегите през август, има настройки за темперагура и вентилатора (нощем намалявахме, за да не е студено или шумно). Има и чудесно лоби (офис) където може да се остави багажа преди и след чекиране и това е включено в услугата, не се доплаща.
Въпреки, че обзавеждането е със стил и изобилие, нямаше почти никакви предмети в спалните, където да си сложим нещата от куфарите. Едната спалня имаше гардероб. Но и в 2-те спални нямаше шкафчета, стол, маса или нещо друго... само мини столчета, които се явяват като дизайнерски шкафчета до леглото. За нашата спалня аз взех 1 от 6-те стола от кухнята, понеже бяхме 5 човека. (и си го отрупах с багаж като рових из куфара) Интересно е, че другите стаи има мелели в изобилие, където можеш буквално да си разхвърлиш нещата, но спалните - по земята.

Некомфортная онлайн регистрация, без прохождения которой невозможно заселиться. Во время онлайн регистрации пришлось оплачивать городской налог, не было возможности оплатить его по приезду наличными или картой так как лобби не работает по выходным.

In my opinion the apartment is a bit overpriced for Milan. Sure, the location is great, but given the chance, I would opt for another less expensive apartment. In my opinion, it is crucial these days to balance the value for money.

Polnud ühtegi elementaarset toiduainet (õli, suhkur, sool). Puudus pann. Vannitoas ebamugav dušisegisti. Pärandad libedad ja kriuksusid, ükskõik, mis jalas oli või kui olid paljajalu. Oleks vajanud põrandaharja. Kohv väga ebameeldiv. Oli 4 ööbijat, aga vaid 3 tekki. Üks diivan vajaks väljavahetamist, väga halb oli magada. Kui ööbib 4 inimest 3 ööd, siis 2 rullist tualettpaberist ei piisa. Elutoa akna juurest kuskil puhus kõvasti tuult sisse.

Die Lüftung. Anscheinend hatte es keine funktionierende Klimaanlage. Die Wohnung war sehr stickig und das im April. Ohne offene Fenster hätten wir kaum schlafen können. Weiss nicht wie man im Sommer die Hitze in diesem Appartement aushalten will. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung war auch karg. Keine schöne Atmosphäre drin.

Eran 9 noches, 4 personas y nos dejaron solo 3 rollos de papel higiénico, no cambiaban las toallas, no había escoba ni pala, reclame todo esto y me respondieron que solo si contrataba el servicio de limpieza que era para dentro de 3 dias y costaba €110,40 el día.

The mattress was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on! Felt like I was sleeping on a wooden board! Very noisy outside and this room is all the way up on the fifth floor! Although kindly provided the coffee was awful! All in all did not sleep much at all which ruins the whole trip. Also there is no sofa the photo is incorrect it is just a bed there.

Единственото което бих отбелязала е, че check in не е в мястото за настаняване, малко по надолу по улицата е, а никъде не е упоменато това

No car parks and the apartments is good for three adults and one child if the number is increased it becomes too congested.
