I had problem with the stuff of the Reception they asck me to pay the city tax I payed by card si took the card from me & rought all the data of my card with the scurry nr I asked her what you doing you not allowed to take my data with the scurry nr si tell me that's its the policy of the hotel I blocked the card after that because anybody how have the data he can use my card vrey strange first time. I had something like this.

We like the all the staffs, may it be at reception, restaurant or lobby, they’re all accommodating and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was way better than our previous stay, they moved to the highest floor which gives a full view of Milan and good selection of food.

We came back for the 4th time because of the service and the chefs. But our recent stay was a bit disappointing, room service food was not good, although they gave a replacement still it was not to their standard before.

Zimmer: - 2 hohe Betten - Kaffee und Tee Zubehör - ruhig (bis 2 Nächte vor Abflug Familien mit Kindern einzogen, die nachts 0:30 Uhr über den Gang rannten) - Blick über Mailand (leider lässt sich das Fenster nur ca 30 cm öffnen) - TV - Lichtschalter und Steckdosen überall vorhanden - Bad ist sehr groß mit ebenerdiger Dusche) Frühstück: - die Aussicht über ganz Mailand inkl. Dom - servierter Kaffee ist gut - viele Kuchen, Aufstriche - nettes Personal Lage: - ausgezeichnet (zu Fuß ist man schnell am Dom) - Tram (2 Bahnen gleich um die Ecke) 2 Metros in 5 Min erreichbar u.a. direkt zum San Siro und Mailand - LIN

Zimmer: - die Betten waren uns zu hart und durch die Bettdecke (die nur mit Bettlaken locker umrandet war) war nicht optimal - 2 Stühle in einem Zimmer für 2 Personen wären schön gewesen - bei den deutschen TV Sendern (ZDF etc.) kam nur die Erklärung wie man die Satellitenschüssel ausrichten soll - wenn man in die Fächer an den Nachtschränken und am Schreibtisch tiefer reinfasste, kam Staub raus - wir hatten einen Wasserkocher, Teebeutel, Kaffee --- aber erst nach Nachfrage auch Becher :-) - der Schrank war total unpraktisch Frühstück: - immer das Gleiche - Rührei pampig, gekochte Eier nicht abgeschreckt und krümelig, Schinken hart und kalt

Po zameldowaniu okazało się, że na piętrze drugim prowadzone są prace z użyciem wiertarki udarowej. To wyprowadziło mnie z równowagi. Po zgłoszeniu obsługa hotelowa natychmiast przekwaterowała mnie 6 pięter wyżej ale z uwagi na konstrukcję budynku niewiele to zmieniło. (prace odbywała się w piątek i sobotę). Wanna w łazience była zniszczona i obskurna. Fugi przy niej oblepione obrzydliwą szarą substancją. Zniszczone od wilgoci rozpadające się futryny drzwi. NAjlepszy był jednak telewizor-Ulrich von Jungingen miał lepszy w namiocie gdy jechał na grunwald. Generalnie to hotel ze zużytymi pokojami wczesnych lat 90-tych za który można zapłacić max 75 euro na dobę a nie 250 jak ja płaciłem

The foreign staff at the reception were very friendly, polite and patience! The evening time we had a dinner at the rooftop restaurant, the Italian waiter was very friendly, and knowledgeable!! He was so great! Love it!

The Italian staff at the reception were a bit cocky, not so friendly and not very helpful. Eye rolling and stuff.

Uptown Palace is a good and comfortable hotel. The rooms are a reasonable size, and the location is convenient for exploring Milan.

Overall, it offers a pleasant and practical stay, but nothing beyond that. Do not expect luxury or any particularly memorable features. It is simply a solid, well-located hotel that provides good comfort.

部屋については要望した通り景色がとてもいい部屋にしてくださりました。窓からはVelasca TowerやDuomoの上の部分も見えて、ミラノの街を一望できる素晴らしい部屋でした本当にありがとうございます。部屋には椅子もあり、朝に座っていい一日を初めて、夕方、夜にとてもいい景色を見ながら1日を終えるという本当に素敵な時間を過ごせました。 部屋数は2つで1つがベッドルームもう1つが、バスルーム兼トイレでした。ベッドルームはゆったり過ごせ、バスルームは浴室、ビデ、トイレと一緒になっていましたが、とても大きくゆったりとした空間で身支度を整えることができました。一人で泊まるには十分すぎるぐらいの大きさでした。 　スタッフの方は事前の要望のやり取りから丁寧でした。初めて行くこともあり、街並みの景色を要望したところ、duomoテラスと展望台を教えてくださりました。また、現地での対応については、英語ができない私にも丁寧にゆっくり話していただき本当に安心感がありました。パーフェクトの対応でした。 　立地についてはduomoから徒歩圏内であり、朝の人が少ないduomoも見ることができ大満足です。ただ、徒歩で15分程度はかかるため、遠いと感じる方は地下鉄を利用された方がいいかと思います。 　朝食についてはビュッフェ形式でしたが、クロワッサンをはじめとした、ブレッドといったパン類、スクランブルエッグ、チーズ、ハム、ヨーグルト、フルーツ、ケーキと種類が多かくどれも美味しかったです。 また朝食会場はホテルの最上階にあるため、先にあげたVelasca ToweはもちろんDuomoについても部屋からよりも大きく、大部分が見ることができ、街並みもより遠くまで見えて部屋から見る景色より数倍良かったです。会場自体がほぼガラス張りのため、席がどこからでも、外の景色が見える構造になっているのもさらに良い点でだと思います。また、外にも出ることができるので、より景色を堪能することができました。ぜひおすすめします。

Das Restaurant ist sehr gut. Sehr schöner Ausblick auf den Dom und sehr gutes Essen.

Die Executive Suite (3 Nächte 1600 EUR) war den Preis nicht wert. Schmutzige Whirl-Düsen in der Badewanne. Verrostete Badezimmermöbel, ein lockerer Wasserhahn, eine verkalkte Duschkabine, vergammelte Türrahmen im Bad und Schmutz in den Ecken. Den Blick auf den Dom gibt es zwar, aber die direkte Umgebung ist nicht wirklich attraktiv. Das Frühstück ist die 15 EUR pro Person nicht wert.

La struttura si trova in una zona centralissima, a soli 10 minuti dal centro, quindi decisamente ottima. A pochi passi si trova il parcheggio coperto del centro per il quale non abbiamo avuto alcun problema a trovare posto. Inoltre, la camera era davvero comoda e pulita e con tutti i comfort.

Personal Sauberkeit

In unserem kleine Zimmer war im Badezimmer ein permanenter säuerlicher Geruch, der in den Schlafraum übergegangen ist. Es muss von einem extrem starken Essig-Reinigungsmittel gekommen sein. wir sind schon viel gereist, auch auf anderen Kontinenten, habe das war wirklich penetrant. Das Angebot in der Bar im obersten Stock mit unzähligen Whisky und Gin Varianten finde ich reichlich und gut. Dafür gibt es nur ein Bier. Es waren für einen Freitag nur einige Gäste anwesend. Vielleicht sind die Ansprüche etwas hochgegriffen.

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage, nur 15 Minuten zu Fuss vom Dom entfernt. Als wir angekommen sind, haben wir sogar ein Upgrade erhalten. Auch die Kommunikation per E-Mail war von Anfang an sehr angenehm. Ein grosses Dankeschön an Alessandro – er hat uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr geholfen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

The room is cleaned every day; however, the furniture gets dusty very quickly, possibly due to the air conditioning.

L'emplacement est idéal, 10 mn à pied du Duomo et 15 mn à pied du quartier Navigli. La chambre est spacieuse, le petit salon séparé de la chambre est appréciable. Le petit déjeuner sur le Rooftop avec vue sur le Duomo est vraiment sympa.

Même si les sols de la salle de bain et du rooftop sont propres, ce n'est pas vraiment agréable de marcher car le sol colle... Et la chambre n'est pas trop lumineuse. Avant notre arrivée, ce serait bien de préciser que l'on doit payer un droit d'accès au centre-ville de Milan en voiture.

- sehr gute Lage - vor Eingang des Hotels e-scooter verfügbar zum Mieten - in der Nähe der U-Bahn (5min) und in der Nähe des Doms (15-20min), - sehr gutes Frühstück und die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich - grosses Kompliment! (wussten, was am Tag davor bestellt wurde). - Aussicht beim Frühstück war top - mit Sicht auf den Dom

- Empfang an der Rezeption könnte herzlicher und zuvorkommender sein (keine Nachfrage ob der Plan der Stadt gewünscht ist / Es wurde nicht mitgeteilt, wo das Frühstück ist) - Ecke der Wand war kaputt - Check In: auf Nachfrage konnte das Zimmer bereits früher bezogen werden. Es wurde aber nachher noch geläutet und die Minibar aufgefüllt. Dies sollte eigentlich vor Bezug stattfinden. Es wurde zudem jeden Tag am Hotelzimmer geläutet (?) was sehr störend war.

Top Lage, sehr grosse und geräumige Zimmer. Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und das Personal sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer war bei Ankunft um 11h bereits verfügbar, was wir sehr geschätzt haben.

מלון ברמה מאוד גבוהה חדרים מפוארים נקיים ומפנקים.חדר האוכל ממוקם בקומה 13 עם נוף פנורמי לדומו של מילאנו.ארוחת הבוקר היתה מעולה

הכל היה מצוין, למעט העובדה שביקשנו מראש חדרים צמודים לנו ולילדות ובכל זאת שמו אותן בקצה המסדרון. כשמול החדר של הילדות שהה אורח שניסה ללחוץ עלינו לעזוב כדי לקחת את החדר והטריד ללא סוף, והמלון לא עשה דבר כדי לשמור על הביטחון שלנו על אף הפניה. הרגשנו שעדיף שלא נצא מהחדר בערב, במיוחד מאחר והאדם הזה דובר ערבית, ולא שמח לשמוע את העברית שלנו. בבוקר אף גילינו תיק אישי שלו בכניסה לחדר שלנו. חוויה מוזרה

- Rooftop restaurant with awesome view. Don't skip breakfast there, it is also good and fresh - Meticulous cleaning, thoughtful cleaners - Good location to explore the Duomo area but the hotel is more for business types, August was clearly their down time

- The blond receptionist guy was arrogant and condescending, refused to solve a minor problem, talked to me like I was a child (Another member of staff quickly fixed the problem.) The interaction shocked me and still stings, two weeks later - The porters were comically incompetent the whole time, got in the way, blocked the elevator in their eagerness to help. One of them didn't know the numbers. Had to find a way around them but it was mostly just amusing. They were very polite
