Convenient to move around.

Sufficient rooms for family and group staying.

Location good

1. The dryer isn’t working. 2. I bring senior citizen, my 99 years old grandma for this trip. But end up our check-in was delayed due to a mistake made by the staff, which was disappointing and caused unnecessary inconvenience. We had to wait for almost 2hours in the car, to get the key and checkin. This is the worst I ever had so far and I dont think I will book the same apartment ever again. Tq

Gudd

A bit dusty on my room near the door, my nose so sensitive with dust. Overall is good

Berbaloi Dan senang untuk memberi kerjasama.

The unit is great, down there have few restaurants and 24h shop.

Please have to maintain the unit cleaning, really many dust. Like no makeup the room. On the ceiling also have insect.

Saya sangat suka kediaman apartment sbb strategik

Locatian good easy.Room nice n clean.

The cleanlines, the facilities especially the washing machines and dryer.. Make us easy to handle our kids clothing..

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. Really appreciate the thought and care you put into making the place welcoming. We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to others

Well appointed apartment with amenities like washing machine/ dryer. Top class communication with person managing - detailed instructions provided to make check in/ check out seamless. I provided vehicle registration in advance and this was registered so car recognised on arrival. There was allocated parking.

Slight downside - The Podium is located by the side of a busy one way road (that can get quite jammed). A bit inconvenient if you want to travel the opposite direction (have to go a bit of a distance to make a U-turn at traffic lights).

Location and very responsive and helpful staff

Spacious rooms, fully furnished with all facilities.. The host is really helpful and has a fast response for all my questions.. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean . Really great for family or group stay. Easy self check in and check out process. I will surely stay here again whenever I'm going to Kuching again with my family!

I only have one suggestion for improvement which that the host can provide a medium sized basket, easy to transport clothes to the dryer from the washing machine. Other than that, everything was nearly perfect.

Everything, roomy, comfortable m, clean. Brilliant to have a dryer.

Suggest some sort of shower screen so the water doesn’t go everywhere.

I love the view. The kitchen was also clean & convenient to use.

The washing machine had a very wierd smell. Due for service maybe. Seems like the hot water for shower was turn off after 12mn. I had to use cold water to shower after midnight.

It is very comfortable & spacious for my big family. The host was very helpful. Looking forward to stay here again for my next trip. I really love this place. 💕

The condominium is clean and good location.

Good facilities in the room and the residence. Eating places are convenient. The perking arrangement excellent.

The road in front jam. No bridge or underpass connection to Aeon Mall. No other way to get out besides the road in front

Comfortable room, quiet, and Convenience with food restaurants at downstair
