Reviewed Dec 17, 2025Everything was amazing about my stay at this property. My favorite area was the rooftop deck.. the apartment was clean and very spacious. Islam was very helpful and easy to reach when needed.. I highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again on my next trip to el gouna! 😍

Täglich sehr laute Musik vom Club Aurora, so stark, dass die Fenster im Zimmer vibrierten. Die Möbel im Zimmer und die Gartenmöbel waren teilweise defekt und insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen. Zusätzlich gab es Probleme mit der Rückzahlung der Kaution: Der Vermieter ist zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt nicht erschienen, und wir haben die Kaution erst nach Androhung, die Polizei einzuschalten, und dank der Mithilfe anderer einheimischer Bewohner von El Gauna zurückbekommen.

Reviewed Nov 16, 2025Zeer ruime accomodatie (3 slpk) met airco in elke kamer. Keuken was wat gedateerd maar had wel alles wat we nodig hadden. Geweldig dakterras (uitzicht, BBQ). Islam was een geweldige host, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Locatie midden in de Marina was prachtig met resto's en winkels.
De nabijgelegen club Aurora zorgde soms wel voor geluidshinder . Er was een lek in de 2e badkamer maar deze werd wel vrij snel hersteld. De ruime badkamers zouden een renovatie kunnen gebruiken maar waren wel proper.

Reviewed Jul 29, 2025Great design and style of apartment, great view from the terrace and the roof. Comfortable for us beds- hard madrasses and number of pillows for each taste. Clean and tidy in general
It starts to be warn out some places and need refreshment- bathtoom curtains and bathtub, dining table etc.

Inside, everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, from the fully‑equipped kitchen to the comfy beds and reliable Wi‑Fi. The balcony quickly became our favorite hang‑out for sunrise coffee and sunset drinks.

Reviewed May 21, 2025The location is incredible, Eslam the owner is very helpful; there is nothing we asked for and he didn’t help with or provide. The facilities are amazing like a hotel and an apartment altogether. I couldn’t believe the price vs. value either the space, location, facilities and all.
The place could use some maintenance, but nothing that hindered our stay.

Reviewed May 5, 2025Everything was exceptional, from the host who did his best for an early check-in, the cleanliness was perfect, the house was speckless and very well equipped. We had an amazing time and a very comfortable stay. The view is spectacular from the rooftop overlooking the marina. The house's location is amazing, exactly in the marina, a walking distance from all those cozy restaurants and cafes. I would surely come back.
Actually I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2025The place is amazing. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the host provided us with a crib upon request which was very convenient. It has a balcony overlooking the marina, and access to the full roof which is huge and has an incredible view. The kitchen is very well equiped and the location is so convenient. Coffee shops, supermarket and moods beach are hust a few steps away. We did go in a low season so it was quiet, might be busier in busy seasons.
Nothing really. If I have one comment is that the master bathroom could use some maintenance

Reviewed Jun 8, 2024I was surprised at how small details were paid attention to. The kitchen was fully stocked, down to the spice rack, different vinegars, kitchen appliances, espresso machine and a French press. Wow! I’m wondering the owners are Italian…. The bedrooms rooms were comfortable, the living room with a nice open space and plenty of lighting. AC in every room! The roof top was AMAZING!! With a BBQ grill ( bring your charcoal), two different seating areas, a swing and two lounge chairs for that perfect tan! They paid attention to a lot of the smaller details and had a complementary box of mineral water. This beautiful property in the marina was exquisite and surpassed my first visit to Elgouna. Communication was easy, with a lockbox ( for the units key) and simple instructions. Highly recommended!
The master restroom bathtub, needs a couple of parts replaced like the stopper . The TV was hard to use but honestly, we didn’t have time for it. Otherwise, everything was spectacular

The balcony and view is the best part as you feel the vibes and liveliness of al gouna from the apartment.
