Riad SWAN-exclusif - Piscine chauffée - Petit déjeuner

La propreté, l’espace, les décorations, le personnel, le petit déjeuner… tout était parfait pour nous. Nous avons eu un coup de cœur sur ce Riad et nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Khalid et Oumaima était très sympa et très réactif pour répondre à toutes nos demandes. Le petit déjeuner de Oumaima était un délice!!

La ubicación es maravillosa a 3 min de hojalateros y 10 min de Jemma Fna. Estaba muy limpio el aire acondicionado funciona en todas las habitaciones. La terraza es estupenda con vistas a la Koutubia. Piscina limpia para darse un remojón es fantástica. Lugar privilegiado tranquilo para descansar. Recomendable 100% Mención especial para Oumamima que nos preparaba unos desayunos estupendos y ordenaba la casa. Y Khalid que estaba siempre atento a todo.

L'appartement est magnifique. De l'extérieur on n'imagine pas un tel bijoux à l'intérieur. Toute la famille a aimé. La gouvernante est d'une gentillesse ❤️ et ses petits déjeuners excellents.

Pas d'accès pour les véhicules mais heureusement, à 5 min à pied d'un endroit accessible aux transports. Il faudrait peut être mettre un peu moins de chlore dans l'eau de la piscine.

Quiet location, easy to get to from the main square. Host was waiting for us at the property with the key and instructions. We had someone coming every morning to prepare breakfast and to offer cleaning and additional support if required. Very close to the traditional shops/restaurants.

Pool needed cleaning - that was organised eventually when requested. Everything else at the propety was great!

El Riad es maravilloso está súper bien ubicado y es realmente grande y hermoso. Las personas que nos atendieron durante nuestra estadía Oumaima y Khalid fueron súper amables todo el tiempo para que nuestra estancia fuera maravillosa .

La casa está como se ve en las fotos. Preciosa, las camas muy cómodas. En cada habitación un baño privado super nuevo y limpio. Oumaima, La chica que hace los desayunos, super agradable y muy buena cocinera. La piscina para refrescarse en la terraza también muy bien

La ubicación y la distribución del Riad, pero lo mejor Oumaima. Y el servicio de Khalid.

La humedad de alguna estancia y la presencia de cucarachas, no es por falta de limpieza (el riad está muy limpio) es porque se meten desde la calle o por los conductos de ventilación. Al tener el patio central descubierto se oye la llamada a la oración en plena madrugada y si tienes sueño ligero te desvela, la insonorización de las habitaciones no es buena.

Tout était vraiment super, le personnel était aux petits soins, même quand il nous est arrivé des galères (hors riad lui même), très arrangeant, très sympathique vraiment! Le riad est très beau, légèrement excentré mais très proche d'une porte (donc accessible en voiture presque jusqu'au bout) mais avec tout ce que vous voulez à proximité. Nous n'avons aucun regret. Merci beaucoup ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Tout était chouette, juste quelques éléments pour être parfait : Le propreté pourrait être légèrement améliorée (poussière, douche) Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus varié Un petit système son serait top (une petite enceinte?)

Beautifully designed and stylish decor. Stunning rooftop with amazing views and pool. Khalid and chef were friendly and super helpful. Breakfast delish!

Only minor feedback was the drainage isn’t great and can end up to a slightly flooded bathroom. But, that really is it.

It’s too far from vehicle access. You have to walk with your luggage for almost 1.5 km. No vehicle access to this place

Une des 3 chambres de l’étage avait un problème d’égout avec odeur nauséabonde. Le sauna était egalement hors service : dommage. Si ces deux points avaient été ok tout aurait été parfait.

Les petits déjeuner délicieux et le soin apporté par le personnel. L'emplacement est idéal pour tout visiter a pied. La petite piscine sur le rooftop est parfaite.

Le hammam pas en fonction mais compréhensible du fait des problèmes d'humidité que cela pourrait avoir

L'emplacement dans la kasbah et à proximité de la place Jemaa El fna, la terrasse sur le toit et la piscine (non chauffée) très agréables. Le bassin a une profondeur de 70 cm donc idéal pour les enfants. La gentillesse d'Oumaïma.

Le Riad est très bien situé. On peut visiter 80 % de Marrakech à pied. Les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées. L'accueil chaleureux est à souligner. De plus Oumaïma nous a préparé d'excellents petits déjeuners avec des produits locaux. Félicitations pour son efficacité, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Le logement est prévu pour 8 personnes et la salle a manger ne dispose que de 6 chaises.

Les serviettes sentaient un peu l’humidité & j’avoue que quand on se douchait dans la chambre du bas, on mettait de l’eau partout (tapis, mur, porte).

The riad is clean and cosy, with stilish interior design and ensuite bathrooms. Wonderful rooftop with a small pool, room to sunbathe or drink tea/coffee and a view on the Atlas mountains. Breakfast was absolutely amazing!

If possible, extra blankets in the cupboard would be wonderful, in case you don't want to share a blanket but other than that everything was great!

Rigtig god service generelt og rigtig fin morgenmad serveret hver morgen.

Et forslag: Det kunne være en fordel at gøre det tydeligt at city/turist skatten skal betales kontant og ikke en mulighed elektronisk (Kreditkort/Apple Pay). Heldigvis var værten fleksibel og vi kunne betale næste dag

L’accueil ! Tous les matins, le petit déjeuner fait maison est servi avec soin et chaleur. Nous avons aussi commandé un couscous le 1 er soir : un délice !

Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd. Voor onze begrippen wellicht wat laat (rond 9 uur op z'n vroegst). We misten wat vers fruit en iets van joghurt. Verder heel tevreden.

De stoelen op het dakterras waren kapot. Dit heb ik aangegeven nadat er via de mail werd gevraagd hoe tevreden we waren. De reactie was dat dit opgelost zou worden maar dit is niet gebeurd. De handdoeken op de grond werden niet vervangen. In de beschrijving staat dat er een sauna aanwezig is. Deze is niet meer in gebruik.

Beautiful Riad in a great location. The small heated pool on the rooftop was perfect to dip in, great rooftop terrace. We were able to cook dinner and have drinks right there on the rooftop. Our host Khalid was really responsive and helpful every time we messaged him and Oumaima dropped by every morning and prepared a beautiful breakfast.

The only negative was that we could hear some noises coming from the fountain drain pipes in the inner courtyard, but it only happened on one night.

Super séjour. Le Ryad est très beau et bien situé. Les échanges étaient très faciles avec Khalid qui nous a proposé des activités de qualité. Merci à Oumaima pour sa gentillesses et ses Petits déjeuners qui en plus d’être Copieux étaient excellents.

It’s a Riad, you can’t drive to the front of the building.

El riad está genial, muy cómodo y bonito. La señora que se ocupa nos preparaba un desayuno muy rico y limpiaba todos los días, súper amable. El encargado de contactar con nosotros, nos facilitó en todo momento la estancia. El ultimo día nuestro vuelo salía tarde, pudimos dejar las maletas y nos buscó el traslado al aeropuerto. Repetirlas sin dudarlo.

Bad in einem Zimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig. Frühstück war nicht besonders. Kaffe war schlecht.

The rooms and the space were great

The hammam didn’t work and the pool took one week to get to a comfortable temperature. There were only 6 chairs even though we were 9 people.

our stay was amazing, the location was close to the medina but more peaceful, the welcome tea and treats were the loveliest touch! our housekeeper was Oumima and she was such a nice person, came to make us breakfast each day! the riad was a mix of modern and traditional decor, made us feel like we were staying in a palace!

it rained on the night and we didnt receive information about lifting the rooftop drain cover off till it had already been raining so would have been nice to have some information on this in the riad! also the breakfast was lovely but very carb heavy!

This villa feels completely safe, even its tucked away in usual Moroccan little alley. It’s just a short walk to all the main attractions like the Elbadi Palace, Bahia Palace, Saadian Tombs and Jemaa el Fnaa, so exploring is super easy. The breakfast is a real highlight for the villa, every morning the chef greets us with a delicious, authentic Moroccan spread, always on time and full of flavour. We absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend this villa!

Un séjour tout simplement exceptionnel ! Ayant déjà séjourné régulièrement à Marrakech, je peux dire que l’emplacement de ce riad est parfait : proche de la place, des souks, des boutiques et de nombreux restaurants, tout en étant dans une zone calme et très sécurisée. Le riad est sublime, décoré avec goût, très propre, et le bassin chauffé est un vrai plus pour se détendre après une journée de visite. Les petits déjeuners sont délicieux et toujours bien présentés. Un immense merci à Oumaia, qui a été aux petits soins du début à la fin. Sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et son sens de l’accueil ont rendu notre séjour encore plus magique. ❤️ Nous recommandons ce riad les yeux fermés et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

De l'accueil et petit déjeuner tout à été parfait. Khalid a été très réactif pour toutes nos demandes de transfert et la dame nous a préparé des petits déjeuner incroyables (maison et délicieuc)! Nous avons pu accéder au logement avant et laisser nos bagages le dernier jour. Un sans faute !

L'eau de la piscine pas 100% propre, probablement du a la bâche qui s'abîme mais ce n'était pas gênant.

El Riad es muy bonito, muy limpio y con todo tipo de comodidades. La terraza con la piscina es una maravilla. La ubicación, muy cerca de la plaza pero en una zona tranquila. Y el personal que nos atendió Khalid y Omaima (es una grandísima cocinera, además de muy amable).

Riad magnifique bien entretenu par Mansouri qui nous a préparé de bon petit déjeuner. Ce Riad est également bien situé géographiquement.

Nous n'avons pas pu déposer nos valises avant midi. Par deux fois nous n'avons pas pu déjeuner car l'heure prévu était trop tardive et nous devions partir pour des excursions. Le SPA ne fonctionne pas. Il n'y a qu'un seul petit bassin sur la terrasse et non une piscine (on ne peut pas nager juste se rafraichir)

Riad, and it was a truly lovely experience. The space was clean, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere—but what made our stay truly unforgettable was Oumaima. From the moment we arrived, Oumaima went above and beyond to make us feel completely at home. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made such a difference. Each morning, she prepared a delicious and varied breakfast with so much thought and love—it was the perfect start to our day. Oumaima, thank you for your incredible hospitality. You are the heart of this Riad, and you truly made our stay special. We’re so grateful to have met you!

The location itself is quite peaceful and has a lot of charm. However, guests should be aware that the hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the main road, and this isn't clearly explained ahead of time. Taxis often drop you on the wrong side, which can leave you feeling lost and frustrated—especially if you're unfamiliar with the area. Unfortunately, our experience was made worse by the lack of support from the host, Khalid. He was not helpful when we needed assistance, and we found his communication lacking. When I asked for help arranging a taxi to Buddha Bar, I was quoted a price nearly four times higher than a standard fare. Another time, my daughter and I were dropped off in the wrong location again. I called Khalid in distress, and although he briefly appeared and told the driver where to go, he left us alone, and the driver ended up charging us double. Sadly, I felt unsupported and even taken advantage of. With more transparency and better guest service from Khalid, this could have been a much more enjoyable stay.

One of the aircons wasn’t cool enough. Apart from this, our stay was lovely. Omaima was very helpful. She did great!

Le Ryad est vraiment à cote de la place DJENA EL FNA à 10 minutes de marche. PAS BESOIN DE LOUER DE VOITURE SI VOTRE SEJOUR EST QUE SUR MARRAKECH CAR LA STATION DE TAXI EST A 3 minutes à pieds.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming Riad. The property was spotless throughout, clearly maintained with care, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from all the major sights yet peaceful and quiet inside. A special mention must go to the housekeeping staff, who greeted us every morning with a warm smile and made sure we were well looked after. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly stood out. Thank you for making our Marrakesh visit so memorable. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was soooo good! The rooms were very comfortable. It felt nice being able to get the authentic Moroccan experience at this property. The hosts Omaima and Khalid were absolutely lovely.

Le Riad est magnifique, très bien entretenu et envoûtant. Oumaima est une personne exceptionnelle avec un grand cœur! Toujours prête à vous aider tout en gardant une grande discrétion. Excellent petit déjeuner, literie très agréable! Toute notre famille gardera un excellent souvenir de notre séjour au Riad! Et la prochaine fois, sans hésiter nous y reviendrons.

Sincèrement, il faudrait vraiment etre médisant pour y trouver des inconvénients. Tout est parfait!

A group of 8 of us spent two nights in Road Swan this past month. We had an amazing experience. From the location, to the help of the staff, to the house itself we were delighted with our stay. One of our members left something and the accommodating nature of Ayoub made it seamless to retrieve. The view from the roof is gorgeous as well as the rooms and living space. Highly recommend this spot. Right in the Medina and close to all main Marrakech attractions!

Usually the pictures are not how it seems, in this case the pictures did not do justice to this lovely riad. The property was very clean and spacious. The beds were firm and made up every morning by the maid. The location was nice, only the taxi was not able to get to the property and we had to walk about 5-10 min depending on where they drop you off.

There was a power cut once.
