Dat er verstopping in de badkamer zat en wij niet konden douchen

Le logement est idéalement situé dans un quartier très calme, ce qui le rend particulièrement agréable pour se reposer. Le propriétaire est également très réactif et disponible, ce qui facilite grandement le séjour. Une très bonne expérience.

Sa situation dans le Gueliz. Un peu en retrait du boulevard, pas de bruit la nuit.

Accueil désagréable du gardien qui ne nous a pas donne tout de suite le code de la boîte à clés ceci étant inadmissible La partie salle de bain plus que vétuste, fuite dans la douche.

La ubicación es excelente , muy buena zona y tranquila. A unos 35 minutos caminando de la Medina . Por los alrededores hay restaurantes, supermercados, tiendas, etc ..

Did not received any guidance about access in location prior to me calling upon arrival Even kitchen was there, no basic stuff present (salt, pepper) and very few pans and plates. In the bathroom there was no shampoo Internet was not working so i had to contact owner

La localisation parfaite, proche de toutes commodités. La gentillesse du concierge. La place de parking intérieur. Le confort du canapé très grand. Propreté du haul d'entrée et ascenseur. J'ai apprécié la disponibilité de l'hôte qui nous a permis de rentrer dans l'appartement avant 15h. Endroit très sécurisé 😊

L'appartement nécessiterait un rafraîchissement, la salle de bain est trop petite, et manquait de propreté.. finitions moyennes... Des serviettes pour les mains dans la sdb auraient été appréciable. Pas de miroir dans l'appartement à part 1 petit dans la salle de bain. Isolation des fenêtres (rue passante pas mal de bruit mais n'empêche pas de dormir)

Idéalement situé Parking sous terrain disponible très pratique (bien qu'un peu serré)

les lampes qui ne marchent pas, la douche qui laisse échapper l’eau, manque de miroir dans la chambre à coucher, de très petite taille au SDB.

La prise des clés, un vrai marathon. Personne ne répond au téléphone. Au bout de 1h30 on arrive à avoir la personne au téléphone qui nous dit que son téléphone était en panne et pour seule réponse des excuses à deux balles qu’il avait 50 appartements à gérer. Très négligent !

Sehr schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. Der Vermieter war gut erreichbar. Wir schätzten sehr die Garage für das Motorrad. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen. Taxi ins Zentrum € 7,00. Minimarkets um die Ecke. Supermarkt 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Nice location, private parking. The host was very helpful with solving some issues like the wrong code for the key box or the fact the apartment wasn’t prepared for 4 people.

We booked the place for four people and it said it had two sofa beds in the living room and one double bed in the bedroom. In reality there was only one big sofa and the flat was not prepared for 4 people. Flat is quite warm, WiFi is terrible, not much cutlery.

The location is very convenient. Just near the city center, but it's a quite street. The windows are excellent to block the light, I'm very sensitive to light during sleeping. The design is modern just thesame as the picture showing. The staff is very kind and helpful.

There is a mosque opposite theapartment, they pray 5 times a day and will broadcast some music. Good for Muslim but as a non-Muslim, it's not very comfortable to be waken up at 5 am every morning.

The host was absolutely amazing Nothing was too much We have never experienced a host who is so helpful We had a few things go wrong and he went straight to work at rectifying them .. excellent!!

Shower was leaking so bad that after every shower water reached the kitchen.

I had an excellent stay at this apartment in Gueliz, Marrakech. The apartment was spotless, and its location was ideal – situated on a calm street that provided a welcome contrast to many other units in Gueliz, which are often surrounded by noisy bars and pubs. The peaceful atmosphere made my stay incredibly relaxing. The host was incredibly welcoming and courteous, ensuring everything was perfect from start to finish. What truly stood out, however, was the building itself – it felt serene and residential, with very few vacation rentals, so there was no disruptive noise. If you're looking for a clean, tranquil place to stay in the heart of Gueliz, this is an excellent choice!
