La salle de bains aurait besoin de rénovation mais cependant très propre.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour , Hôtel très bien situé à Gueliz , Merci à tout le personnel pour l ' accueil et la propreté bravo 👍 Merci Imen pour votre professionnalisme et votre sourire dès le matin . Le petit déjeuner est copieux sucre/salé et spécialités marocaine . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir , Chambre 207 séjour du 4/au /11 septembre

La posizione e ottima, e vicino praticamente a tutto.

Una camera al quinto piano, c'era una sorta di tenda di plastica che copriva l'ultimo piano, brutta da vedere e portava tanto caldo. Ho trovato anche delle formiche nella vasca da bagno.

On est arrivés tard dans la nuit, la rue où se trouve l'hôtel est peu recommandable la nuit. Le réceptionniste ne trouvait pas notre réservation pourtant payée d'avance. On est restés à attendre qu'il contacte plusieurs personnes avant de se décider à nous donner une chambre. Ladite chambre est vétuste, on y entend le bruit sourd et continu d'une climatisation avoisinante et le bruit de l'ascenseur. Literie non confortable.

Le personnel du petit-déjeuner était très attentionné et professionnel.

Très déçu par la politique discriminatoire de cet hôtel. Sur Booking.com, il est clairement indiqué que deux étrangers peuvent séjourner ensemble sans certificat de mariage. Pourtant, à la réception, on m’a expliqué qu’un couple européen pouvait partager une chambre, mais que ce n’était pas autorisé dès lors que l’un des deux était Africain. On m’a alors demandé de réserver une deuxième chambre. Une telle différence de traitement fondée sur l’origine est incompréhensible et inacceptable.

De kamer had een slechte ligging en een zeer onaangenaam uitzicht. In plaats van een mooi uitzicht keken we uit op een muur, wat erg teleurstellend was. Ook het ontbijt viel tegen: de kwaliteit en smaak waren niet naar verwachting. Daarnaast was de hygiëne onvoldoende. Al met al was onze ervaring teleurstellend en kwam de accommodatie niet overeen met de verwachtingen die door de foto's en beschrijving waren gewekt.

El desayuno y la atención del personal del restaurante es lo único que merece la pena.

La lista de cosas que no me gustaron es interminable: la atención recibida por el personaje de la recepción (tipo prepotente, sin ninguna orientación al cliente). Las habitaciones no tienen nada que ver con las fotos que hay en Booking. La piscina..no es una piscina, es una charca en la que más de 3-4 personas estorban. Las vistas una ruina. ¿Alfombras y moqueta en Marrakech con 42⁰?

Tudo muito limpo. Todos funcionários muito atenciosos.

Ce fut un agréable séjour dans cet établissement. Tres bien situé , il ya une épicerie pour acheter ce dont vous avez besoin en premières nécessités (recharge téléphonie, eau, gâteau shampoing etc… et a moindre coût ! Le petit déjeuner est très varié et le personnel aux petits soins. L’hôtel est très beau avec de jolies ameublements et décoration . À l’accueil vous êtes bien renseigné et une navette est à votre disposition pour vous emmener à l’aéroport pour 130 dirhams ! Dans l’hôtel vous avez un bar, un restaurant et une jolie piscine pas très grande. C’est sur je réserverai à nouveau ! Très satisfaite de cet hôtel 😊

O quarto estava de acordo com o anunciado. O banheiro era espaçoso. Tinha um ótimo café da manhã. Estava bem localizado, próximo a um shopping center e várias lojas e restaurantes.

O quarto não estava pronto no horário para nossa entrada, mas compreendo que imprevistos acontecem.

Me gustó todo, pero mi hijo dice que el piano que tenéis en la entrada tiene una tecla que no funciona y hay notas que no suenan bien, jejeje. Gracias

Could be a good hotel if they tried. The Receptionist was great and that is where it ended! The pool water was dirty and you had to walk through the restaurant and it was quite small. The automatic lights had a mind of their own, the hotel was very dark and we had some bumps because of lighting issues. The worst being the breakfast level which did not work at all. The bathtub/shower was very high and caused difficulty getting in and out. Dark bedroom with not enough light available. Fridge was not very cold. There was a wooden frame inside the door that was hard to see in the bad light and we caught it a few times with our heads. The only plug by the bed was hidden and you had to move the bed to be able to use it. A lot of these problems could have been avoided, at least it was cheap.

Pool was only open from 9to5..not very useful for when you wish to cool off after a very hot day touring Marrakech. Cleaning supplies seem to live on the one floor. Air-conditioning is variable depending on room.

Great location, very central to most amenities, easily attained by foot however the locals / a division of staff are very unwelcoming and rude which is a total letdown to a vacation when the area relies on the tourist industry which is written in black and white, a fact and not my own perception on same. I say this because I was told by a local frequenting the same establishment that Marrakech does not rely on the tourist industry and that someone coming to their country should have the respect to learn Arabic to communicate. I find this communication very worrying and perhaps would immediately feel a sense of hidden bubbling discontent/ anger towards those helping to contribute to a society as a whole by visiting and trying to embrace other cultures. I can tell you if you examine other reviews connected with my choice of stay in great depth you will find my concern one which is not isolated. My ill treatment commenced without validation initially and then post a challenge on poor service which I have photographic evidence of, it’s very alarming how things/ behaviour of others can turn sour so quickly and how intimidating situations can become. I would not recommend much post my disappointing stay and would perhaps urge others to think twice about where they would like to spend their money, as we embrace climate change as a world as a whole there are much more choices out there if sun and culture is what you’re looking for in a vacation/ holiday.

La cama, lejos la más incómoda que he probado. Las almohadas. Justo esa noche me enfermé luego de comer en el restaurant de enfrente del hotel y me quedé todo el día en el. No hablan español pero tampoco hacen esfuerzos por entenderte.

Me quedé una noche extra por motivos de salud, no me gustó mucho, debí buscar otra opción por un precio similar

No me agrada que el personal sea poco amable, que no tenga buena disposición. Además, las damas no son muy cómodas.

Friendly staff in reception, main restaurant and breakfast restaurant. A pleasant and clean room, restaurant food excellent, good breakfast. 2 things we asked be looked at in the room. They were resolved immediately.

No top floor terrace. It was in process of being built. Information said it was around 10 mins walk to Medina/Square. It was a 10 mins taxi ride.

Location is within walking distance of the medina, about 20 mins . BIM supermarket around the corner furbsupplies and Carre Eden shopping centre within 10 mins walk. The hotel is excellent with clean rooms, nicely decorated. Staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent and varied each day. Relaxed atmosphere, I would highly recommend this hotel and is my first choice for Marrakech.

J'avais demandé une chambre avec 2 lits et une douche ...ma demande a été accepté à la réservation sur booking...sur place , il n'avait que des baignoires...pour une handicapée des 2 jambes pas drôle du tout... Le personnel de l'accueil n'a pu rien faire..décevant vraiment.

Estuvimos una noche y fue muy cómodo. Restaurante muy agradable, habitación cómoda, espaciosa y limpia. Servicio de Transfer al aeropuerto de 13€ durante el día.

This is our 2nd stay at the le Caspien Boutique. The location is excellent and easily can get to Medina, Mohammed V, Menara garden or mall. It’s all a short taxi ride away. Breakfast is excellent and varied. The staff are friendly and always helpful. The atmosphere is awesome and I always feel relaxed and comfortable when I stay here with family. This will be my 1st choice for hotels in Marrakesh.

La chambre et la salle de bain n’étaient pas très propres. Beaucoup de calcaire dans la salle de bain, et les draps étaient sales, on les a fait changer. Très compliqué d’obtenir une 2e carte d’accès à la chambre. Il y avait souvent une même personne à l’accueil qui n’était pas du tout aimable.

We had an issue with our bath towels - the trim service took it and didn't leave a fresh one and no one at the hotel, including the front desk and managers, had the necessary key to access the storage with clean towels

Très bon accueil. Le personnel est attentif, toujours le sourire. L hôtel est à 35 mn à pied du centre historique. Je recommande vivement.

El hotel es muy bonito, tiene esencia de Riad, decorado con muy buen gusto y habitaciones muy bien ambientadas. El desayuno no es amplio, es amplísimo, ningún día nos lo terminamos, pero estaba delicioso. La atención, especialmente del servicio de restaurante, espectacular. Hubo un camarero y una camarera que fueron muy atentos con nosotros y nuestra hija, nos llevamos un bonito recuerdo de ellos asi como del hotel.

Nada no nos gustó. La ubicación está a escasos metros de Av. Mohamed V, zona llena de tiendas y restaurantes, y a 10 min. de la Medina en taxi (si eres buen negociante por 50 dirham te llevan). Asi que la ubicación no fue un impedimento.

Le stationnement est un vrai problème. Et le personnel reste totalement indifférent face à ce problème.
