Nie mamy żadnych większych uwag. Wszystko było w porządku i chętnie zatrzymalibyśmy się tutaj ponownie.

Ogólnie wszystko pozytywnie, niemniej jedna drobna uwaga - zgłoszony problem z prysznicem naprawiony na drugi dzień, ale pod naszą nieobecność i bez poinformowania, że ktoś z obsługi będzie w apartamencie.

L’appartement manque un peu de vaisselle pour 4 personnes. Il pourrait être agrémenté d’un petit coin salon vu l’espace.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026The location was perfect for accessing many amenities whether by foot or via car. One thing to note the location is in a conservation area so cars can't go pick/drop you right outside the apartments. It's easier to select the pick up/drop off by Lidl which is a 2 min walk. The apartment itself is very spacious, lots of natural light coming in and a very comfy sofa to lounge on after a long day of actives! It comes equip with everything you may need if you decide to self-cater (I didn't use it) but the fridge and microwave comes in handy when you have leftover takeaway to eat the next day!
The mattress on the bed was far too springy and offered no support, so be prepared to have a sore back/shoulder the next day! The company only provides 1 free clean during your stay so be mindful of that if you're expecting daily fresh towels and bedding! There is no lift! If you're unlucky like us and stayed on the 3rd floor with 3 pieces of luggage be prepared to carry all your luggages ALONE! They also have a 4th floor to so be mindful. There is no members of staff onsite to assist you with this or anything else but you can contact a helpful assistant named 'Valerio' via WhatsApp. Even though there was no staff, I still generally felt very safe in the apartments and within the local area nearby!

We booked an apartment with a terrace which was brilliant for chilling before going out for dinner. The kitchen had basic items but enough for our use. We contacted Open Sicily by WhatsApp for some information, the person was responsive and extremely helpful.

Mattress too hard, choice of pillow rock hard or a handful of feathers. Appreciate this is subjective but that’s our view on the downside. Flat had all amenities you’d need, strong shower, plenty of hot water, fridge, table, cutlery etc etc. Great location for a medium-longer stay, with a nicer bed!

- ubytovanie bolo rezervované pre 4 osoby, no spanie bolo pripravené len pre 2. Prišli sme po 22h, teraz riešiť cez whatsapp posteľnú bielizeň a ako budeme spať. Vyriešili sme si sami. - umývadlový sifón tiekol. Jeden si umyl ruky a druhý za ním mal mokré ponožky. - veľmi mi vadilo, že bolo všetko počuť z chodby, každé buchnutie dverami, budilo to. Zo susedného apartmánu bolo počuť každý rozhovor a dokonca aj močenie a spláchnutie. Toto naozaj nechcem počuť.

It is located in the city center, so you can explore the city on foot. Communication was very easy. Since we left early, the self check-in and check-out were an excellent solution. We truly have no complaints. If you travel a lot, you appreciate accommodations like this even more.

Initially the road leading to the apartment was pretty shabby but once I opened the door to the apartment,it was a wonderful surprise into the entry area. The apartment was renovated so well. There are steps to be climbed. So if you have heavy bags, it might be an issue.
The road leading to the apartment might be a little concerning. But we felt safe after getting to know the place better.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026The apartment was great overall, with an excellent central location that made it easy to explore Palermo. The layout worked really well, and the balcony caught the morning sun, which was a lovely bonus. It had all the features we needed for a comfortable stay.
There were not quite enough plug sockets in the kitchen, so we had to plug the kettle in on the floor as the cable did not reach properly. We could also hear some noise from other apartments, including doors slamming and people talking, which was a little disruptive at times.

Taras zrobi na nas największe wrażenie, polecam wybrać właśnie ten apartament. Możliwość jedzenia śniadania na nim, czy łapania promienie słońca podczas odpoczynku między zwiedzaniem cudowna sprawa. W apartamencie znajduje się wszystko co potrzebne, blender, toster, ekspres do kawy, czajnik, mikrofala, czy indukcja. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Apartament sam w sobie bardzo przestronny. Rzeczywiście co do poprzednich opinii, samo w sobie położenie apartamentu, nie jest komfortowe po względem, że sama bym w nocy raczej nie wyszła, ale cała reszta to wynagradza. Dodatkowo właściciel bardzo pomocny, najlepiej kontaktować się przez whatsapp :)

Na minus brak możliwości zamknięcia drzwi od wewnątrz. Okolica za dnia w porządku jednak lepiej nie włóczyć się po okolicy późnym wieczorem.
