The location. The staff, especially the lady on morning shift was extremely nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean.

The windows are paper thin and you can hear everything on the streets. One of the two air conditioners in the suite didnt work(room 416) and the staff knew this and had turned it off and were still booking customers into the room. When we complained that it had been 79/80 degrees since we arrived at 2pm they continued to come up and make changes to the one running air conditioner. Finally, after 8 hours of this, I requested management so we could find out if we could cancel without penalty. Management came up and told us they didnt have a like room available but they could turn on the air conditioner in the livingroom area but that water would be leaking in the bathroom. We agreed as this seemed like the only option and canceling wasn't offered. Once the ac was turned on the temp dropped to 75 at the lowest and we used a travel fan to help with sleep 😴 as its hard to sleep in humid hot temps. We also had an issue with the shower not draining at all during our 1st shower. Maintenance did come and correct this immediately but it was a severely clogged drained.

La cercanía a la playa. La posibilidad de utilizar los implementos del "resort". Sillas y sombrilla en la playa. aunque no estoy seguro si la tarifa del "resort" (35 dólares por persona) lo justifique.

No había canales de televisión. Sólo aplicaciones, todas de pago. Único hotel sin televisión que he visitado. Nos quedamos sin ver el fútbol en pleno campeonato mundial 2026. El desayuno demasiado costoso.

La ubicación, muy cerca de la playa. Destacar la atención de Lily, quien fue amable en todo sentido, la mejor.

Que habían trabajos a las afueras en la madrugada pero eso escapa del hotel porque eran trabajos externos.

Location was great

The staff did not clean our room after the first night. We visited Miami and on our way back started pouring. We got to the hotel all wet and we realized that they didn't make our bed or gave us towels. I had to go to the lobby to get new towels. They said they would "investigate" what happened and why they didn't make our room but no solution was given. After that, we went out to have dinner and we could not get back into our room, it was locked. We had to go back again to the lobby and they reprogrammed our key. That did not work either and one of the staff members had to spend around 3-4 minutes playing with the door handle so we could get in. Staff members said that it looked like someone locked it from inside. All our stuff was inside the room as well. Finally, we were able to get in. After this I asked for compensation for the different troubles we had on a single day they said that they that "the manager is not here". I asked the next day to follow up, but nothing happened at the end, we checked out and they were not willing to be accountable for the troubles.

Quarto entregou o prometido, o hotel tem uma ótima localização, bem pertinho da praia e também com muitas opções de cafés e restaurantes, pra mim a localização sobe a barra da acomodação.

O banheiro só tem um vidro para separar o box e toda vez que tomava banho molhava tudo, na minha primeira noite acordei com o quarto completamente molhado, tinha goteira do ar condicionado, avisei a recepção e prontamente eles arrumaram e limparam o quarto. O hotel deve ter passado recentemente por uma reforma e o cheiro de tinta nos corredores ainda é bem forte. Me cobraram 70 dólares de taxa de resort, quando na descrição do booking eles dizem não cobrar a taxa.

The location was good although there was a lot of debris from the construction in the immediate area. ROOM tv did not work but they switched me to a pleasant room with a working tv. Staff was courteous and helpful . I enjoyed my stay.

It was 400 feet from the beach and close to a lot of restaurants.

There were brown stained towels in the room. There is very little lighting (2 small lamps on the wall and a chandelier in the corner. All with ORANGE lights. If you want natural light, you’ll need to go into the closet or bathroom. There’s a loud club downstairs until 5am that shakes the walls. We were there for a holiday weekend and the listing does not disclose that there is NO parking. There were 3 options given to us. 2 were closed and 1 was full. We had to park a half a mile away and pay parking elsewhere. When I told the front desk that they should disclose this, his response was (very matter of fact) “ what do you mean? You booked a room with us. We are responsible for the room. Not your car”. I said “well how do you think your guests get here?” When I informed them that the three options they provided were unavailable I was told “sorry. You’ll have to find a meter”. The hotel is basically on a dead end because it leads to a beach walkway. There is also large construction going on outside. Overall a horrible experience and I wouldn’t stay here again.

El hotel tiene problemas serios de temperatura en los cuartos todos los cuartos los tienen regulados a una temperatura de 75 grados Farenhight haciendo que con el calor de miami uno no sienta frío y fresco los cuartos ocasionando incomodidad para uno poder dormir,tambien el hotel anuncia las camas FULL como camas Queen la cual es un engaño cuando uno cree que esta reservando 2 camas QUEEN para la mejor comodidad de uno este hotel no te incluyen ni el café de cortesía tansiquiera estuve quejándome en múltiples ocasiones con el personal del hotel por el calor en los cuartos no puedo negar que ellos hicieron todo lo que estuvo a su alcance para mi mejor comodidad pero no puedo decir lo contrario no la pase nada bien.

A localização é o ponto forte do Hotel, várias lojas e restaurantes em volta e realmente muito perto da praia. Os funcionários da recepção são prestativos e educados.

Está tendo uma obra no prédio ao lado e a recepção do Hotel está com máquinas e escavadeiras estacionadas exatamente na porta, o que dificulta o embarque e desembarque de malas. Quarto não estava muito limpo e necessita de reparos na manutenção. Ficamos apenas uma noite e nos atendeu bem, mas não ficaria muito mais tempo do que isso.

Very good location to the beach and restaurants, also provided 2 bottles of water and espresso in the room. It was a little hike to the beach chairs, but thankful for them.

Where do I even start… This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. First off, I couldn’t even get dropped off in front of the hotel because the entire area was under heavy construction and renovations. Streets blocked, construction equipment everywhere, noise nonstop. I had to drag my luggage all the way to the hotel myself and to make it worse there’s no ramp, only steps, and no concierge or anyone offering to help. The staff? Extremely rude and dismissive. Every time I asked a question I was basically told “sit down, we’ll get with you.” One person handling a packed lobby made absolutely no sense. The lack of organization was obvious apparent!! Then they put me on the side of the hotel where they’re literally building another hotel or doing major construction. The noise was unbearable. I asked to switch rooms and was told management would get back to me… an hour later nothing. I ended up having to go downstairs with my luggage around 11:30 PM just to finally get moved. Why would you knowingly place guests on the loudest side without warning them beforehand? Hotels should disclose active construction BEFORE people book so guests can decide if they still want to stay there. No breakfast, TV constantly malfunctioning, couldn’t get anyone to bring towels or washcloths, and after waiting forever I finally had to go downstairs and get them myself the next morning. The ONLY decent thing about this place was the bed. That’s it. I was so uncomfortable and frustrated that I checked out and booked another hotel the very next day. And to top everything off, my Michael Kors watch disappeared from my room while I was at the ⛱️ first thing in the morning Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else. It's a reason why the reviews suck and there are decent hotels in Miami Beach other than this one

Perfect location in relation to the shops beach restaurants. The general aesthetic of the hotel is very nice, just the overall vibe and decor I really liked. Rooms nice and specious, hotel cleaning staff is extremely nice and tidy. Tip: visit the Cuban restaurant, it’s super cute. And Joe the Juice is just the best for breakfast, it’s right around the corner.

The staff is not always there or able to help you (language, not knowing what to do), but they’re overall friendly. Outside of the hotel it’s very noisy, lots of traffic, busy and major construction going on next to and around the hotel, there are also big noisy ventilators on the roof beloof etc. You have to take the noise into account, meaning you just have to deal with that for getting such a great location . For me it was worth it and it didn’t bother me too much with ear plugs and some melatonine. ;)

The ONLY good thing about this hotel is the location.

This hotel has steep stairs up to the lobby elderly folks are offered NO HELP with their luggage. This is a big issue! Rooms are beyond dated and small. The picture lie about what you are getting! Overall the Hotel is beyond’s dated!

The location is good. Landscaping outside was nice. Location to the beach was nice. Front desk men were kind and helpful.

We stayed one night. In that time we have three separate leaks coming from the ceiling. A maintenance man in our room at 11:00pm unannounced and taking down the vent in the bathroom. Asked to have some kind of compensation for the leaking trouble and they wanted to give me $40. Asked to speak to a manager and one “wasn’t available”. Asked to speak to someone above the manager and they couldn’t do that. Then they agreed to give me $100 back. I paid $404 for the night.

Overall I enjoyed staying here. Location is great and of course next to the beach which is fantastic.

The hotel is well located. It's walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and bars, and right across from a CVS with eveything you could need. It's also close to the beach. The rooms are cute. The staff is friendly. Considering the prices of nearby hotels, the price is pretty good.

Although cute, rooms could use some refurbishing. The bathroom door wouldn't close, which was ok for me since I was alone, but if I would've been with another person, then it's obviously not ideal.

Location was AWESOME....it's why I keep coming back.

Honestly, it was great for the value. I loved their free continental breakfast but now they have a service. It's okay but expensive.

Cheguei antes do horário do check-in e o atendente da portaria confirmou meu quarto com 2 camas de casal (apesar de estar sozinha, só havia esse tipo de quarto quando fiz a reserva, que provavelmente deve ser mais caro). Deixei as malas, fui passear e, quando retornei para assumir o quarto, ele tinha apenas uma cama. Isso não seria problema. Mas vi que havia tapa-ouvidos no criado mudo. Desci à portaria para saber o por que dos tapa-ouvidos e soube de uma obra ao lado do quarto, que começava a fazer barulho às 7h da manhã. Solicitei, então, que me trocassem de quarto, já que o original reservado para mim era outro. O atendente insistia que não havia outro disponível. Tive que insistir muito, dizendo que, com certeza, havia hóspedes que ainda não haviam feito o check-in e poderia me alojar noutro lugar. Depois de segui-lo para uma sala atrás da portaria, para onde ele se dirigiu várias vezes, consegui falar com o gerente e resolver meu problema. Eles tb não tem interfone para a portaria, o que é um ponto negativo.
