Lack of electricity on arrival - 3 hours off - no air con during that time. Pool was cleaned during our stay on our last day - staff just walked around to the pool with no announcement - we did notice bits on the pool bed that needed cleaning. Unaware housekeeper would be continually on site We thought we had use of all resort facilities but told by concierge that we were unable to use hotel pools when visiting the beach.
