Buena ubicación, mas alejada de la playa pero se va tranquilamente caminando, ambiente local y lindo. Todo funcionaba super bien.

No había generador como decía la publicación, de todas maneras a esa hora aprovechabas a ir a la playa así que tampoco es tan terrible

Nothing much I like it...

Our stay was quite disappointing. The owner lacks the professionalism required to manage a hospitality property. We visited Malapascua specifically to dive, which requires waking up at 4:30 a.m. However, the owner held private karaoke parties without any consideration for his guests' comfort. To make matters worse, there are about six dogs kept in the garden that bark all night long, making it impossible to rest. When we raised these issues, the owner immediately told us to leave and that he would process a refund through Booking.com. It is completely unacceptable for a hotel owner to suggest that paying guests leave simply for asking for a reasonable environment.

Personal atento, habitacion limpia y espaciosa. Muy recomendable

No había posibilidad de desayuno

-Very nice and quick response owner, always ready to help -Clean lady is also very helpful -Bed and pillow are very comfortable -AC works very well -Big room, a lot of space -Clean room

-We saw a cockroach in the bathroom -The shower head and faucet are dirty and need to be changed -The 2nd last day of our stay, there were a lot of dirty water and black things coming out of the shower head and faucet which we ended up not having shower the last two days. -The sewer system has bad smell which makes the bathroom smells bad. But as long as we close the bathroom door, the smell doesn’t come into the bedroom.

El staff fue súper amable (nos prestaron varias cosas que necesitamos porque me puse enferma, gracias por eso otra vez ❤️). Habitaciones grandes y limpias, cama cómoda, el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien y el agua caliente también!

El acceso es medio complicado, lo demás todo genial.

Le personnel était très gentil et nous a aidé avec tout ce dont on avait besoin. Le café, l’eau et la cuisine à disposition. Et à 2 minutes à pieds d’un fitness où ils servent le meilleur café de l’île ainsi que des smoothies bowls incroyables (Agila Strong). Bien placé et proche de restaurants. Pour le prix très bas c’est juste bien 😊

Le lit est un peu dur et c’est un peu difficile à trouver. Les chambres sont un peu mal isolées (mais comme partout aux Philippines où on entend les coqs et les karaoke).

Very clean, quiet, good AC and a big bed. Due weather conditions I coudnt check in on the first night (no boats from Maya Pier) and they refund me the amount of that night. Great detail!

Nothing at all, 10mins walking to the beach but it’s not a problem.

Per raggiungere la struttura è necessario attraversare diversi cortili di case locali. Le strette vie di accesso quando piove hanno pozzanghere. La posizione è abbastanza centrale,a pochi minuti dal porto.

Quiet side of island. Room was basic but spacious and fully functioning. Room cleaned on request.

Shower has very little pressure and tap dribbles out but given the poverty on the island and low price of room, it was good for a weeks stay

L'hôtel est un peu reculé de la ville et de la rue, donc très peu de bruit. A 10-15 min à pieds de la plage, mais ce qui vous permet d'être au calme.. Super rapport qualité-prix. Les draps sont changés tous les 3 jours avec le ménage. L'hôte parle très bien anglais et toute la famille est très agréable et serviable, vous pouvez également leur donner votre linge pour 100 pesos/kg. Eau Chaude + clim non bruyante (ça fait la différence !) Café+eau potable à disposition gratuitement. Merci, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Nice room, comfy bed, hot shower, free instant coffee and drinking water, power generator when electricity goes down. Provide laundry service.

Accommodation is equipped with water heat for shower which I like the most! They even let us stay beyond the check-out time to take shower after swimming. Very considerate!!! Also they clean the rooms every other day. 👏🏻 🫡

The location was good, about a 10 - minute walk to the main port and beach. The staff was very helpful and responsive with any questions or issues you might have. Free coffee and water were provided.

The place was in a quiet area just 15 mins of walk from south beach. Room was excellent, very clean, spacious, front terrace to the garden area. Aircon also available. Hot water and drinkable water as much as you like for early coffees😊

Great large air-conditioned comfortable room. We stayed for 4 nights while we dived on Malapascua, and this new hotel was great. It was really clean, hot shower, comforable bed and the staff were very friendly. They did some laundry for us, and there was drinking water tea and coffee available. Good value for money for the quality of the room on the island.

It's a bit of an out of the way location, tucked away near the beach, but it was quite hard to find when you first arrive. Google maps location doesn't quite get you there, so maybe some more instructions on how to find the place would be good.

Newly build and clean.

It is nice and tidy. It looks like the photos. We stayed for 4 nights and the staff came once during our stay to change bed sheets and towels and tidy the room which was nice. Only 10/15 minutes away from the sea side and all restaurant and diving centers.

We pretty much didn't sleep for our entire stay as we had 2 or 3 roosters just next to our bedroom (but it felt like they were inside 😅) and they were crowing from really early in the morning (at least 3am if not earlier and never stopping before 7 or 8). We asked if we could change room (room number 1, if you have to stay at least ask not to be in that one) and if the neighbour (roosters' owner) could move them away but we stayed in the same room and the neighbour didn't move them so we had only little sleep during all of our stay 🙃🥴😴 As we were staying over the weekend, we also had the local disco on Friday n Saturday nights. It was a little loud but would have been ok if we didn't have the roosters waking us up just shortly after the end of the disco... If we had to do it again, we will pay the extra money to be on the sea side, more touristic area but more quiet 😅

Spacious room with little terrace, kettle, coffee, tea and water every day. The accommodation is a bit out of the centre (10 min walk) and 15 min from the pier in a quiet area. Just next to the beach. Staff is very friendly too. We would come again.

Everything was nice.

Very friendly, helpful and inviting son of the owner. Gave tips where we could go. Very clean and places to sit outside!

The way to the place is through a small forest with a sandy road and a dog that looks scary
