La habitación estaba correcta. Todo limpio el personal amables però me cobraron 3 noches sin estar es una estafa. Ya que no he podido localizar al manager le escrito mails todo y no ha respondido. Me fui el 1 agosto. No estoy contenta con ha gestión.

Al llegar habíamos elegido una habitación con vistas al jardín y estaba en obras. Pedimos por favor un cambio de habitación ya que nos quedábamos 5 noches y nos dieron vistas a la playa al mismo precio. El cambio fue maravilloso. El desayuno está muy rico y con muchísima variedad. Buena

No avisan que no tiene generador y la isla tiene cortes de luz 2 veces al día (8-10am y de 3-5pm). Fuimos en agosto y hay una obra justo al lado, deberían avisar. La habitación con vistas al jardín no merece la pena, la de vistas a la playa es una maravilla

ottima colazione, inclusa nella camera. c'è una buona scelta di cibi e si può gustare dalla terrazza vista mare. ottima anche la posizione, che si affaccia sul mare ed è molto vicina al porto. il dive center collegato al resort ha ottimi prezzi e offre una buona esperienza di immersioni, con la manager, Santi, che è sempre molto disponibile.

Nice little hotel, right on the beach and close to all of the dive centres. A decent breakfast and great value for money. All the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Está muy bien situado, si vas a bucear es una buena opción. El centro de buceo es excelente, está muy bien organizado, tienen un material muy nuevo y cuidado. El personal maravilloso siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudarte. Santi es una persona encantadora, apasionada de su trabajo nos ayudó muchísimo a coordinar nuestros buceos y Felix es un gran Dive Master, nos hacía sentir seguros en un agua plagada de tiburones. Si vuelvo a la isla, seguro volveré al Little Mermaid.

There was no wifi in the room during my stay. The front door is made of glass (sliding type) with a weird lock that was easily accessible without a key. The water in the shower was salty and it's maximum temperature was limited at 40 degrees (that was advised by the staff, otherwise there was a risk of electrical shock at higher temperatures)

The room is nice with a great sea view.

Services are a little waning considering the price. Not a good value deal. The bed was hard as cement There were very few amenities in the room. No lotion, no toothbrush, no in room coffee. Basically just water and a spray bottle of ethyl alcohol for your hands. Oh and an envelope for tips sitting on a tray. The only maid service provided was emptying the trash and making the bed. They didn’t even take my empty bottles or trash from the table.

Accueil et attitude très désagréable de la réceptionniste Coupures d’électricité chaque nuit et matin = pas de clim, pas de service de café/ petit-déjeuner, pas de chauffe-eau, pas de courant pour brancher son téléphone… si ça arrive une fois ou deux, ok. Tous les jours, ce n’est pas normal, il faut faire quelque chose.

The room was spacious and lovely, the included breakfast was also delicious! The location was great (restaurants along the beach were a little expensive but just go 1 street back and they’re cheaper). Warm showers (but we think they were brackish/saltwater - not fresh). Room was cleaned daily and they left topped up bottles of water for us everyday which was great.

The drains were a bit smelly in our room at times, but wasn’t a huge deal. There were also daily hours-long power outages (not the fault of the accomodation of course, but they weren’t exactly nice when we asked them about it). Our main complaint was with the attitudes of the restaurant staff. We absolutely loved the lady at reception so this doesn’t apply to all staff!! But some of the girls at the restaurant were quite rude to both of us and mocking at times, as well as being very dismissive - we honestly felt like we were inconveniencing them by ordering our breakfast.

Loved everything would stay here again. Breakfast was so good

Communication before my stay (information how to get there) - no answers to my messages. But I figured it out somehow and once you are there it is a great place.

J’ai dû payer plus de 200 € pour pas avoir une chambre avec des moustiques, le personnel rend absolument aucun service même pas foutu de vous trouver un porteur passe le temps avant regarder. Vous demande un pourboire pour rien nourriture, pas terrible, mauvaise literie électricité coupé 23 jours par jour, voire plus une catastrophe

Staff was rude. I got my period in the middle of the night and bled onto the sheets. There’s no way to prevent that as a woman and they charged me for it calling it a “mess” when it was a spot of blood. Food and drinks are ridiculously overpriced and quality is minimal.

De kamer, met balcon tuinzicht is prima, tuinzicht is twijfelachtig. De kamer is ruim. Buiten kun je je duikspullen, natte spullen drogen. Badkamer ruim, warm water prima. Duikbasis ernaast is erg fijn en zeer goed. Alles prima geregeld. Ontbijt op terras met zicht op zee is een zeer goed begin van de dag.

Die Lage am Strand war schön, jedoch das hinkommen erschwert, nur Sandwege. Zimmer sind schön groß jedoch für ein 3 Sterne Hotel spärlich eingerichtet. Frühstück schöne Auswahl und lecker, sowie auch das Restaurant. Tauchschule im Hotel

Kein Kühlschrank, kein Föhn, auch nicht zum leihen. Leider hat es auch stark nach Abfluss gerochen. Keine Handdusche auf Toilette. Leider auch keine Wasserstation. Wasser zum waschen ist mit Salzgehalt.

Location is right next to the beach

On the first day of stay, the toilet broke and was not fixed until the next day, but okey, stuff happens. On the next day as a breakfast, I was served mouldy bread (was rather hard to miss), on top breakfast containing 2 slices of bread with miniscule jam portion and processed juice. Wi-Fi, despite being advertised, was not working at all, I could not even check GMaps and had to use mobile internet. Water from the tap was very salty, and after shower, you feel unclean (yes, it is an island, but how even diving centers solve this problem and resort cant?) Speaking of diving, I have not dived with them, but when originally checking prices they are significantly worse than the diving centers located within 5 minutes by foot. No matter how you look at it, this resort is a poor overpriced joke.

A superb location, a 2 minute walk from Thresher Shark Dive shop. Clean rooms. Lovely staff, happy hour and an excellent breakfast service. Good WiFi. Good for local bars and restaurants.

The property and rooms are a little tired and need updating.

After a 6-night stay at Little Mermaid, I think I’ve stayed long enough to give an in-depth review of this hotel. I’m very satisfied with its location—it’s extremely close to the dive shops and the beach, making it very convenient. I was also impressed by how friendly the staff were, and I was happy to tip them.

There are a few disappointments, though: 1. The family room is more expensive but has a worse location than the standard rooms, especially the oceanfront standard rooms on the outermost side, which have a much better position. 2. The room cleaning was not thorough, and the towels were not changed every two days. 3. There are no hair dryers in the rooms or at the front desk, which is inconvenient for guests who go diving and swimming.

Mir fehlten im Zimmer Möglichkeiten, Wäsche zum Trocknen aufzuhängen, da man ja nicht alles vor der Zimmertür nach draußen hängen möchte

Super Lage, auch die Gartenblickzimmer sind toll. Extrem gutes Restaurant, tolles Frühstück. Kostenloses Wasser. Sehr hilfreiches&immer freundliches Personal. Preis-Leistung bei uns mehr als passend.

- sehr laut in der Umgebung (aber das ist es auf der Insel im südlichen Teil überall) - geringer Wasserdruck (auch normal) - Bad müsste renoviert werden - keine richtige Decke - Visagebühren sind recht hoch beim Bezahlen

In general it was quite good and the staff were excellent

It delivered what was expected. A bit of a struggle getting up to the room on the top floor, but what can one expect.

The hotel manager was very rude and unhelpful. We told him that we would pay for the food and drinks last and that we would check out early in the morning, but he said someone would be there that morning. The night guard asked about everything we ate and drank before we paid the bill, and we explained everything. However, the guard who helped us in the morning did not understand us and gave us the wrong price. Later, they noticed that 285 pesos was missing and sent us a message about it, threatening to report us to the police. We did not say we couldn't pay. Additionally, they were getting their water from a public source, which made my husbond and me sick; the shower water was also salty. Frankly, we didn't like it at all.

eigentlich war alles super, nur kleinigkeiten: - das bett war für unseren Geschmack zu hart - frisches wasser zum flaschen wiederbefüllen könnte aus nachhaltigkeitsgründen zur Verfügung gestellt werden - wäre bei dem Zimmerpreis gerechtfertigt. Das service-wasser in glasflaschen mit gummiverschluss am zimmer roch bei unserer ankunft gammelig und wurde während unseres 6-tägigen aufenthalts nicht erneuert - just FYI: Frühstück ist zum Auswählen aus fertigen Menüs, kein Buffet - man wird aber gut satt

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Direkt am Sandstrand. Das Restaurant ist sehr lecker und das Personal ohne Ausnahme sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber sehr einfach.

Die Sanitäranlagen sind sauber, aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Boden der Toilette war feucht nach dem Spülen. Es fehlen an wichtigen Fenstern Fliegengitter (Bad)! Was völlig fehlt ist eine Möglichkeit die nassen Schwimmsachen/Neopren irgendwo zu trocknen. Wir haben sie draußen auf die Stühle gelegt, würde ich mit teurem Tauchequipment aber nicht tun wollen.

Det fanns en ”skrot” på baksidan av hotellet som började väsnas kl.07 på morgonen. Ingen vattenkokare på rummet.

The staff were very nice and friendly. Loved our stay here. The Dive Resort had really good quality hire gear which was included in the cost of dives. The staff made our stay very special. Fantastic area. Good food.

Great resort with big nice rooms and the best spot on the beach with a restaurant. Nice staff.

There are no blinds for the windows in the shower so when the sun is up you’re forced to wake up. Can also be a bit noisy from the outside.

Nagyon tetszett a Little Marmaid Dive Resort, abszolút nem csalódtunk, biztosan nem utoljára jártunk itt. A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész, mindenben igyekeztek a segítségünkre lenni. Elsősorban a búvárkodás miatt választottuk a helyet, és tökéletes döntés volt. Finom, bőséges reggelit kaptunk, ami remekül indította a napot a merülések előtt. A dive center pedig minden várakozásunkat felülmúlta: nagyon jól felszerelt hajóikkal, kiváló bérelhető felszereléssel, különösen tetszett, hogy winget is lehetett használni. A guide-ok és a menedzser hozzáértése, szakértelme és profi hozzáállása is kiemelkedő. Teljes mértékben csalódásmentes élmény volt, szívből ajánljuk!

É realizado a limpeza todos os dias sem precisar ficar solicitando, o chuveiro tbm tem água quente.

Não há TV no quarto, Malapascua é pequena e após as 21h quase não há o que fazer na ilha, uma TV cairia bem e infelizmente não tem. A porta do meu quarto não fechava direito, estava deteriorado, claramente antigo, a água que é cortesia no quarto não é engarrafada, eles reabastecem duas garrafas de vidro e colocam um silicone como tampa, não achei higiênico.

Geniales Hotel mit excellenter Lage. Grosszügige Zimmer. Es war die beste Tauchbasis, die ich je hatte. Qualität über Quantität. Sehr gutes Material/Equipment und sie helfen überall. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist auch eines der besten auf der Insel.

Manchmal kam ein strenger Geruch aus dem Abfluss.

Tutto perfetto, gentilissimi e molto disponibili ad organizzare qualsiasi cosa (transfer, affitto di motorini, giro in barca etc.) Ristorante, bar sulla spiaggia e lettini di fronte, tutto ottimo.

Struttura comoda per posizione. Assolutamente da scegliere le camere fronte mare per vari motivi, tra cui la vista , per il sole che permette di asciugare costumi etc, e per non essere esposti al patio interno che è abbastanza disordinato oltre ad essere buio. Pulizia buona, struttura basica ma ha tutto il necessario, la colazione è ottima ma manca caffè, latte e succhi di frutta (tutto fatto con composti solubili), e questo rovina un po’ l’esperienza. Il bar offre cocktail ma esperienza non positiva, non lo raccomanderei.

Nonostante il personale della reception sia stato efficiente e abbia organizzato i vari transfer in modo ottimale e senza intoppi, manca totalmente di empatia verso i propri Clienti e risulta rude e asettico.

The staff is incredible, the room was very big, clean and comfortable. The hotel has a nice beach with sun beds. There are a bar and a restaurant with a very wide choice of drinks and food.

Es increíble, el mejor hotel en el que he estado

Stort, fint och fräscht rum i otroligt bra läge. Mycket bra lösning med badrummet som hade separat toalett och dusch. Ett väldigt trevligt hotell nära stranden och många restauranger.

Frukosten var inte bra, det mesta var bara mikrad mat samt snabbkaffe. Vi gick en lång omväg för att komma till hotellet för att sedan upptäcka att det fanns en smal genväg man kunde ta vilket hade underlättat då vi hade mycket packning. En skylt uppifrån huvudvägen vore perfekt.

Alojamiento con muy buena ubicación, entorno a los mejores restaurantes con vista a la playa. Destacó el desayuno que incluyen muy bueno.

Un poco desordenado el patio interior, donde tuvimos las habitaciones con vista al Jardín.

Besonders hervorheben ist das Taucher Team. Während des Sturms haben sie uns als einzige verlbliebene Hotelgäste so herzlich aufgenommen und mit uns Karaoke gesungen. Auch ein grosses Dankeschön an Sante und Kevin und insbesondere an meinem Tauch Master Felix, der absolut Beste Tauchmaster!
