Reviewed Sep 9, 2025The space and number of rooms-4, works out for us(extended family). Ms Yong was very responsive and gave clear instructions for check in and out.
Abit out of the way so grab food delivery take some time but there are up and coming shops(houses) with cafes and various options a short drive away. Be careful the toilet floors get slippery when wet.

Nothing… Unfortunately our activities took place in the centre of jb. And we need to go back and forth from austin to jb. Took us 45-1hour every journey because of traffic. 🤭

Reviewed Nov 20, 2024It is the cleanest and most well-prepared property I have been to. Everything we needed was there, including extra mattresses, hanging racks, laundry detergent, kitchen cloths, disposable bath towels etc. It is such good value for money, and registration at the guardhouse was relatively easy. We felt secure with good and efficient security guards. Shops are abundant just outside of the housing area. Numerous restaurants and convenient stores. The house is also relatively wheelchair friendly as there is a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. Beyond all of these excellent features, is the host herself. Ms. Yong is an extremely kind and attentive host. The best host we've had and most importantly, she is so easily contactable and reachable (something we found difficult with other hosts in the past). Thank you Ms. Yong, you are a shining star.
Nothing but be aware that the porch permits space for only 1 car to park. But arrangements will be made by the host if you have more cars, not to worry. For wheelchair users, the bathroom downstairs is not connected to the bedroom. It is accessible via the kitchen.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2024The venue was nice and it was perfect for a short stay. Security was good. The room was very clean and there was even utensils separate for Muslim and Non Muslim. There are even plastic cups for kids which was very nice. The host was reachable for support and resolve our issues immediately. Overall, it was a good venue for a good getaway for 2 families with kids.

Parking space abit small, cant fit 2 cars in it. Disposable towel was short of 1 and i still prefer normal towel so better to bring own towel.
