Het dakterras en hoe schoon het is, de parkeerplek van de garage zodat je auto koel staat. De eigenaar is erg aardig. De ophaal en breng service naar het airport. De koffie die klaarstaat bij aankomst. Schone wasmachine. Alles is aanwezig in dit huis. Zeep, fohn, wasmiddel. Bedankt

Ik had het fijn gevonden als er gecommuniceerd was over de verbouwingen onder en rondom de woning. Elke ochtend zijn we wakker geworden van boor geluiden die de hele dag aanhielden. Dit had ik graag vooraf willen weten. Ook bij het zwembad geen rust helaas.

L’appartement était très bien équipé. La terrasse était vraiment agréable avec un balcon en plus. Et l’emplacement est idéal, proche des boutiques et restaurants. La piscine est un indispensable pour se relaxer après les températures de la journée

Les espaces , balcons, terrasses très spacieuses et fleuries , les multiples expositions, la propreté , le confort de la literie, la qualité des équipements , la décoration de très bon goût , les jardins de la résidence , la qualité du wifi l’environnement du quartier très calme et la sécurité , la proximité des sites à visiter et le grand choix de restaurants Une mention très spéciale : Mohamed est un hôte d’une grande gentillesse et courtoisie avec lequel il est très agréable d’échanger et qui de surcroît est venu nous accueillir à Ménara à une heure particulièrement tardive (0h30) et nous y conduira ce soir pour notre retour. Accueil exceptionnel !

The apartment was very large and spacious with the bonus of a large terrace garden. It was fully equipped and very clean and comfortable. It was walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Location was perfect for us ! The apartment was really nice, spacious, and well equipped! It also has a huge private terrace .The owner of the flat was extremely kind, ,very helpful and generous! I highly recommend this place

Appartement spacieux, exceptionnellement bien équipé, il ne manquait vraiment rien, très propre, calme, belle terrasse, grande piscine, bien situé, beau quartier, magasins et restaurants tout proches. Propriétaire et chauffeur accueillants et serviables.

Whilst there was a communal pool on site we didn’t use it as don’t necessarily look clean, and I say this on recommendation of a family member with us whose job is to clean pools. A better idea would have been to have a dip pool as part of terrace. Other than this there wasn’t anything else we didn’t like about the property.

El apartamento es precioso y tiene de todo, mucho mejor que en las fotos, el dueño es amable y servicial. La terraza es increíble y no le faltaba detalle al piso. Tiene 3 baños. La piscina merece la pena. Recomendable.

This stunning apartment offered comfortable spacious accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is an abundance of restaurants on the doorstep on M avenue. I would highly recommend this apartment to any family who want quality down time as part of their trip. The pool is a massive advantage - my kids loved taking a dip after a days sightseeing ahead of our evening meal. The host could not do enough to help us during our trip. An absolute gem of a property.

The condo was amazing and the host was a 10/10 star. He helped us get to the souks by driving us and picking us up and set wife up with an in-house Henna experience. They were wonderful people and went above and beyond our expectations!

Very clean and well equipped two bedroom apartment. The big terrace is perfect for drinking some tea or playing chess in the evening in the middle of Hivernage. Very friendly owner, who also organized transfer from and also to the airport. Would definitely book again if I came to Marrakech!

Mohamed (the owner) arranged to meet us at a convenient time, and was very friendly. I had been a little confused about the exact location from the address, but he sent a whatsapp with the exact map location. It is basically right next to the entrance to M Avenue, in the Hivernage Gardens building - so you can just tell a cab to take you to you M Avenue / Pestana CR7. M Avenue itself is a pedestrian avenue, with various high-end boutiques, eateries and lots more - you will find plenty. You are also only about 15 mins walk from Menara Mall, which has a Carrefour supermarket. As others have mentioned, the area feels very safe (not that I have ever actually felt 'unsafe' even in the more deprived areas of Marrakesh) - private security on duty and police seem to have a permanent presence. The apartment itself has everything you could need, and a wonderful large private terrace that is better than the photos. The pool looked great, although we didn't use it. After some time camping in the desert, and then in a Riad in the Medina, this felt like a welcome step-up in luxury and comfort (the apartment itself and the local area). We basically ate out, or had takeaway, but the Kitchen had every mod-con anyone could want.

If one were being really nit picky, the 'fit and finish' of the building seems to fall short of western standards - even though I suspect this passes for 'very high end' in Marrakesh. It really doesn't hinder things, but small things crop up like latches and sliding doors that don't always work 100% or grouting, masonry and tile work that wouldn't pass muster in even a mid-range dwelling in the UK or Europe. Generally speaking however, I felt like we were staying in a very nice place and we were very comfortable.
