There was a kettle & coffee machine but no coffee or tea.

Superbe immeuble et tres belles chambres. Personnel en ligne tres réactif, et garde de baggage en prime. La rue est calme et le quartier charmant.

Les murs sont fins, on entends beaucoup les voisins de chambre. Fumer est autorisé devant les chambre, dans un patio peu aéré. Le check in etc est uniquement en ligne par tchat (tres réactif et serviable néanmoins).

Ottima struttura, pulita, accogliente, spaziosa, in un quartiere affascinante e ideale per visitare Atene.

In pochi passi sei nel cuore di Atene. Self check-in comodo e veloce. Per qualsiasi richiesta l'host mi ha mandato tutte le info in poco tempo. Davvero perfetto!

Siamo tornati in questa struttura a distanza di una settimana dall'ultima volta, dopo aver visitato un'isola delle Cicladi. Questa volta c'è stata assegnata una stanza al piano superiore, più bella e più luminosa di quella precedente! La camera era leggermente più piccola, ma il bagno era molto più grande e moderno. Inoltre, la pulizia mi è sembrata migliore rispetto alla prima volta. In ogni caso, consiglio assolutamente questa struttura se si vuole visitare Atene, perché la posizione è comodissima e anche lo staff molto gentile e sempre disponibile :) Inoltre, per la posizione e le dimensioni della stanza il prezzo è molto buono!

Stanza un po buia

Abbiamo soggiornato qui due giorni, la stanza che ci è stata assegnata era spaziosa e anche il bagno aveva tutti i servizi necessari. Inoltre, è presente l'aria condizionata (essenziale in estate ad Atene). Lo staff è sempre stato molto disponibile e il self-check in è stato molto semplice da effettuare. La struttura ha un cortile interno dove è anche presente una macchinetta contenente acqua e snak (molto comoda). La posizione è eccellente! Vicina a tutte le principali attrazioni di Atene, noi in tre giorni non abbiamo mai usato i mezzi se non per arrivare in aereoporto. Tra l'altro la fermata della metro è a 5 minuti a piedi ed è la linea che porta sia all'aereoporto che al porto Pireo, comodissima!

Essendo al piano di sotto e in un angolo del cortile interno con poca luce, la nostra stanza era poco illuminata ed un pò umida. Anche la pulizia potrebbe essere migliorabile!

Très confortable et en plein centre.

The location is impeccable, super close to Acropolis but quite. The room was spacious and comfortable. Good decoration and also you can enjoy a common terrace and a small table outside the room. Clean, easy check in and check out. It was a pleasant stay and I highly recommend it

The only thing to consider is the lack of the elevator

Location was great, 14-minute walk to Monastiraki Square, and about 7 minutes to the metro Blue line. Also, there was a bakery about 2 blocks away with delicious pastries and sandwiches. The A/C worked great, it was quiet and felt safe. We were also able to arrange to drop our luggage in a locked closet as we had to depart our cruise ship by 8am and check in wasn't until 3pm.

The mattresses were SO hard! It was also difficult to get our luggage up and down the stairs. There was a lift, but the entrance was blocked by what looked like laundry. I inquired about it and they informed me it was a luggage lift, but they did not respond to my request on how to use it.

Posizione centrale, stanza nuova comoda e pulitissima, fornita di moltissimi servizi ( frigo, stoviglie, cassaforte) in un contesto residenziale tranquillo e a pochi minuti dalle attrazioni principali.

Les chambres au rez de chaussée sont très sombres. La clim dans la chambre ne fonctionnait.

La ubicación es ideal y el alojamiento tiene una terraza en la parte alta muy agradable para la noche, está decorado con gusto y cuidado.

EL check out decía que el personal llegaría un poco después de las 11.00; sin embargo, nos despertaron mucho antes y al estar al lado del armario de lencería ya no pudimos dormir.

Un très bel hébergement, et très agréable, calme, est bien positionné, des visites en proximité à pied, même avec des enfants en bas âge. Merci beaucoup!. On partagera volontiers l'adresse.

Second time we stayed here, this time we had hot shower! Location is great and is the key. There was also a luggage storage free of charge which was extremely convenient. The staff was responsive. Terrace was nice.

Ground floor again which was quite dark. Air circulation was poor. It is better if you can get the rooms at upstairs.

The location was excellent, very close to key attractions. The room is big enough for us, the upstairs is nicer we stayed ground floor.

There was no hot shower, something was wrong with the shower and other guests didnt get hot shower either. Ground floor rooms don't have much light. Air circulation was also poorer.

Camera molto fresca e silenziosa in zona ideale per visitare i quartieri più centrali di Atene. Ottima pulizia e buona comunicazione per check-in e check-out. Bella terrazza all'ultimo piano dello stabile per fare colazione/aperitivo/spuntini vari; in camera a disposizione stoviglie essenziali.

Camera al piano terra molto buia, in quanto le finestre affacciavano su una zona coperta della corte interna.

L'emplacement idéal pour visiter, la literie , le toit terrasse. C'est propre et l'hôtel à beaucoup de charme

Great location, close to many restaurants and the Acropolis. No problems finding a parking spot close to the accommodation. Internet was also fast. Very helpful staff, allowed us to check-in early and check out late. No issues.

Excellent location and very easy self-checking process.

The location of the property was great in a very central, cozy, lively neighbourhood. The room and hotel are okay for the price you pay, and clean.

The hotel offers no drinking water, and while they have a vending machine you pay different prices than the ones announced. A small water bottle was marked as 50 cents, but we paid 1,5 euros. There is no personnel you can talk to in the hotel, and everything is a bit low effort. Still fair price and meeting cleanliness expectations.

Room size was good for 3 adults. We had the quadruple room. Very clean room and building. Easy check in process with instructions sent the day before we checked in and password for the key lockers sent on the morning of our arrival. Location was close to many sights.

Es un alojamiento que está bastante nuevo y bien cuidado, céntrico y que te puedes mover andando por Atenas. Tuve un par de dudas y através de booking, el propietario me respondió muy rápido. La verdad es que me quedé encantado y encima pude dejar las maletas en el alojamiento el último día mientras visitaba Atenas (mi vuelo salió tarde) ¡Volveré!

Alguien consiguió mis datos de reserva e intentó que la pagara por adelantdo y fuera de booking. Pero contacté con el alojamiento y me dijeron que era un fraude.

Nice atmosphere, clean, good looking. Exactly as on the photo's, no surprises.

Check-in could be better: photo's were sent as instruction. But it was unclear the photo's needed to be opened (tab on the photos) in order to be able to see the text description. Just from the 'thumbnail' photo there is no text visible, like the door code etc. We therefore had to wait unnecessary in burning heat in front of the main door. It would help to not only send the photo's but also a written text message with instructions. In that way the key codes could be more easily and clearly retrieved.

Die Lage etwas Abseits trägt zu viel Auf- und Ablaufen bei, besonders abends alleine nicht immer einfach. Dafür ist es aber sehr ruhig gelegen.

The room was in a very unique property, less than 10 minutes walking from Thisseio metro station. It was spotless clean and with well functioning air-condition. The mattresses were comfortably firm, which was perfect for us. No noise in the evening, despite the very central location. We will definitely go back.

Comme il n'y a pas de personnel sur place, certaines personnes font du bruit, jusqu'à 1h du matin. Peut être serait il bien de préciser qu'il faut respecter le sommeil des voisins de chambres bien qu'il y a des espaces collectifs car c'est mal isolé

Lovely location, the building is beautiful. The bed could use a full double/queen mattress instead of the twins - not the most comfortable. The AC could be bigger, not strong enough for the summer. Very clean, and the check in process was well explained. Overall, a very good choice.

Very nice modern place with old style renovation. Short walk to the top of the hill gives amazing Acropolis views.

The beds were a bit hard and the street was a little rundown.

Excellent, central location, spacious room, seamless check-in process. Hot water was available during the stay and the unit was equipped with A/C.

Complimentary water or coffee could be provided (mini-fridge was empty at arrival). There was only a vending machine on site that could only take cash. Value for money could be improved.

Gebucht ohne Frühstück. Zentral gelegen. Freundlich, sauber,sicher. Kühlschrank im Zimmer hat sehr geholfen bei der Wärme. Ausruhoase als Terrasse und Ruhepol vor dem Zimmer mit Tisch und Stühlen. Sehr charmant. Gepäck kann bis zur Abreise untergestellt werden. Einfach organisiert. Hier macht das Reisen Spass. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Nagyon jó helyen volt, közel az Akropolishoz és mindenhez körülött. Kellemes az egész hely megjelenése, a személyzet rugalmas hozzáállása is pozitív élmény volt.

Talán annyi, hogy a kétszemélyes ágy elég keskeny két felnőttnek, főleg, ha nem vékony testalkatúak…

A beautiful and quiet corner to stay while hanging around in Athens. The room was clean, the bed was comfy. We loved everything about it. Would definitely visit again!

Close to city centre, room was nice and cool (air con). East check in and check out. Luggage storage inside facilities at no extra cost which is super handy and helpful.

The location is good, it was clean and pretty.

Great location and super easy self check in. Also the host was reallv responsive online even though we never met. The room was simple but comfortable and spacios. I was out all day and all i needed was a comfy bed and dark cool room for sleeping. Overall excellent value for money.

Good location with all the main areas of the city in walking distance. Nice courtyard to relax after a day sight seeing but regrettably no view. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We didn't meet any staff, check in is completely automated.

We stayed on the ground floor with no access to the outdoors. No windows to the outside. It smelled a bit wet/moldy. We didn’t encounter anyone of the staff.

La posizione della struttura è ottima, quartiere sicuro e residenziale. Le camere alte sono sicuramente piu luminose e affacciano su un patio tranquillo e riservato, molto sfruttabile. In alto c'è una terrazza utilizzabile da tutti gli ospiti. Camera pulita. Consigliato!

Purtroppo la colazione non è compresa ma c'è un'ottima bakery nelle vicinanze. Quasi nessun kit doccia. La stanza non è mai stata rifatta durante il nostro soggiorno.

Το δωμάτιο δεν αεριζόταν και μύριζε μούχλα και υγρασία. Κατά την διάρκεια των τεσσάρων ημερών, το προσωπικό της καθαριότητας δεν ήρθε για να καθαρίσει το δωμάτιο, δεν άλλαξε τις πετσέτες. Το αιρκοντίσιον δεν δούλευε την τελευταία ημέρα. Απαράδεκτο !!! Οι ιδιοκτήτες δεν έχουν γνώση από εξυπηρέτηση και απλά τους ενδιαφέρει μόνο να πληρώνονται και δεν υπήρχε προσωπικό για εξυπηρέτηση....

Convenient location, very spacious room, nice roof terrace, and easy check-in / check-out.

This was probably our fault for not checking, but we were disappointed to only have one window out to the internal circulation space, so no external window (we were on the ground floor). The bathroom also had a bad smell, I think this was the shower/floor drain.

The host replied quickly and guided us thoroughly. The location was amazing and 5 min away from Monastiraki square. There’s also a baggage room behind the staircase that’s really helpful too store your luggage if you arrive or leave beyond the usual check-in and check-out timing.

The room was located within a shorty walking distance to Thisseo which was super nice, close to supermarkets, caffees, restaurants etc. The hosts were responsive and welcoming. The room looked nice.

I think it was designed more to look nice than to be practical/functional - especially the bathroom (there’s no space to store toiletries). The shower wasn’t very clean either (I sent a message to the host and they replied straight away to apologise, so it’s all fine). There was no coffee, tea or water, which would have been nice to have. It’s worth mentioning that, although there is a TV, it’s quite old and you can only watch the usual Greek channels (no international channels or streaming platforms). It’s not a deal-breaker, but it would have been good to know in advance. The bed was too small and, in our opinion, the mattress wasn’t comfortable.

Nice place, beautiful room, cute terrace. Got all the info we needed to get in ahead of time. Very good value for money.

Several cleanliness issues that made the stay grossly uncomfortable, including urine soaked mattress, hairs in the beds and mouldy bathroom, which caused a damp room.

The entire property is beautiful. Location is convenient too. Close to almost all major attractions.

Nous n'avons pas rencontré de personnel, mais eu des échanges par message. L'endroit est bien placé, et la terrasse sur le toit est chouette. Il y a possibilité de laisser les bagages dans le bâtiment si on veut après l'heure du check-out, ce qui est très pratique.

La maison est mal isolée et sombre. Nous avions une chambre au rez-de-chaussée, et nos fenêtres donnaient sur la rue, donc soit nous étions visibles par les passants de la rue, soit nous devions fermer les volets... La porte d'entrée du bâtiment est très bruyante, et chaque fois que quelqu’un entrait ou sortait, cela faisait beaucoup de bruit. Les entrées et sorties arrivaient pratiquement toute la nuit.. Athènes vit la nuit, et les voyageurs prennent des vols très tôt le matin...

The location was perfect and quiet. It was super close to everything and easy to walk into Thiseio to get the metro or food. From there, you could easily walk to the acropolis or other local sights. The check in was super easy, got everything in message, they also had luggage store which we used and were super grateful for! We bumped into the cleaning lady on arrival and she checked we were okay with getting the key and gave the room a quick spot check too. The room was right next to the front door but we didn’t get disturbed during the night by others, heard some people leaving in the morning but again they weren’t overly noisy. Towels were provided and clean, soap for the shower too. We were hand luggage only so had to sacrifice some things, so was very grateful! Over all the host was super happy to answer questions and was really helpful. As a first time traveller, I found this hugely reassuring.

Not so much a dislike but a small bit of feedback for any potential stayers to manage their expectations. In our twin room, the fridge was a lovely touch(and cutlery!) but due to the tile and space being echoy, it could be a little loud at night, when it kicked in. If you were in a light sleep it may wake you. Bathroom was clean and tidy but due to the floor not quite being tilted enough, water pools and the shower door has a slight gap too. So might be a little dangerous if you’re not mindful and wipe it up. This was very minor for us but just something to bear in mind.
