That hotel is located in a very good place.

The room could have been better

The venue was easily accessible, with good food options nearby and a pleasant park area, making it a comfortable location.

Facilities could be improved. The bathroom heater was not sufficiently effective, there was no chair in the room, mosquitoes were present, the door operation was difficult, and the room lighting could be better.

I am very disappointed with the service provided by Fab Hotel. Without any prior information, my booking was transferred to a different location. Additionally, the bathroom was not clean, basic amenities like soap were not provided, and the staff was not supportive. This experience was highly inconvenient and not up to expected standards. Kindly look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action.

I did not like anything about this place. Regretted booking it as soon as I reached the place.

There was no room cleaning, the quality of the room was subpar, and the place was a shitty godown and they took me to two other places to compensate, but it was an unpleasant experience overall. I'm just relieved there were no bedbugs.

The rooms weee dirty and old and dusty and very bad attitude by staff, no co operation no help . Denied hair driver help while handling the luggage wasn’t provided changed 3 different rooms in 3 days. Air con not working, flush not working scam in the name of deluxe room!! Remote has no cells tv not working, worst nightmare to stay! Terrace room has 0 facilities bed sheets dirty, bed bugs . Dust on furniture, landline oh not working. Lift takes ages to come up bad towels water only on demand . No cutlery no tea machine no SOAP!!!

The hotel staffs were friendly and hospitable. Location is nice. No issue with any amenity. Breakfast is okay, although brought from outside and delivered to the rooms.

I could not contact the hotel through their phone prior to arriving here, made to wait on the line for >20 mins. I had multiple questions. I emailed them the questions but they were ignored. Their email replies are generic, often exact copies of previous replies. They did not respond to my messages sent to them through booking.com. The hotel room was sad. Very little sunlight enters through the windows. Walls right outside the windows. The pics on booking.com did not give me the right impression about the true nature of the room. Street dogs barking at night disrupted my sleep every night — I’ve noticed others mentioning this too.

waste hotel there was a guy inside who tried to scam us and when we didnt let ourselves be scammed he cancelled our booking

Short walk to places for eating

Don't even know where to start. It all started feeling wrong and tedious almost immediately after booking with non stop emails needing money, confirmation etc etc etc even though booked and confirmed on booking .com.The room was an ok size however very much needing a good deep clean. ( What you'd expect for extremely cheap which it wasn't) TV and Aircon didn't work, breakfast which was included never materialised , check in paperwork and overly keen dogmatic nonsense took for ever. ( It felt like information harvesting ) Level of English pretty low.Windows looked straight onto concrete wall a few feet away.. The other straight onto an outside space of another noisy neighbour. Like literally feet away. When these things were pointed out as being a problem and not so good to reception staff (who in fairness were not bad folks) The manager's view was what's the problem it's a budget hotel.

De locatie was erg goed gelegen. In een reidentiële wijk en vlak bij allerlei eetgelegenheden.

Er scheelt toch iets aan de toebedeling van dit hotel. De kamer was echt niet heel proper, ook de lakens waren niet zo proper. Als je maar een beetje keek kon je gemakkellijk stof en vuil ontdekken.

The property is quite rundown, the rooms aren’t well kept, there was a slight smell in the rooms. The taps in the bathroom had water marks - it was nothing like the pictures and didn’t match the reviews at all! I booked a room for two nights but left the very next day!

Wifi is bad and there is no signal at all. Also, the room did smell weird. The sheets were dirty. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

But they are not checking out and saying ut will happen only by 11 AM That is, the room will be in my name untill 11 till they checkout while I have checked out by 8 Very very unprofessional. This is located in a quiet, beautiful residential neighbourhood in Koramangala, just a stone's throw away from cafes, restaurants, pubs. The property is clean with elevator and comfortable, spacious rooms. The rates along with breakfast are nominal which is a big reason why I chose this property. I stayed here for 6 nights and each morning I got a different breakfast. They give a free 1ltr water bottle for every day of your stay. Overall, it is great value for money and highly recommended.

The service wasn't the fastest, could be improved. Street dogs created a lot of noise in an otherwise silent neighbourhood on a couple of nights but I understand it's not the hotel's fault.
