I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. The biggest issue was that the rooms shown in the app were completely different from the room I was given. I booked a Deluxe Room based on the photos displayed in the app. However, when I arrived, I was told that the rooms shown in the pictures were actually Premium Rooms, and I would have to pay extra to get one of those. This is very misleading. If the Deluxe Room is different, then the app should display the actual photos of the Deluxe Room. Showing Premium Room photos for a Deluxe Room feels like a scam and misleads customers into booking something they won't receive. The room I was given was very small, barely enough for a person to stay comfortably, and it was not cleaned properly. The overall condition of the room was nowhere close to what was advertised. I request that this issue be looked into seriously. Hotels should upload accurate photos of each room category so that customers know exactly what they are booking. Misleading images create false expectations and result in a very poor customer experience.

Dirty rooms and washroom Ac was not working

I always like the stay at fan hotel.

Actually I booked for 4 days but I stayed only 2 days due to sudden change in admission process of my daughter. Please let me know the refund.

Hygiene . There where Cockroach and bugs in my room. They should have maintained it well ! The name Corporate crown doesn't suit it

Faded paint, broken door latches, not ventilated... altogether dingy room.

The property do not have restaurant. Hygiene and safety is very poor. Maintenance of the facility is also extremely substandard.

Rooms could have been better. The pillow covers had not been changed and I requested staff to provide fresh ones though I had brought and used my own the next day.

The place is a dump. I check in paid for two nights and checked in about 5 minutes. The photos are deceiving, I am surprised it has good ratings. The rooms were smelling, the white towels looked muddish colour. This place is a health hazard. I did not even stop to request my refund. So the ratings are overrated. Please if you value your health and hygiene, please find some other place.

cold breakfast(dosa) with very very limited options...so we skipped that breakfast and opted to have it outside. Everything was good except for the breakfast. since many eateries nearby, it wasn't a major issue

The receptionist/admin at the FabHotel Corporate Crown was the only empathetic, decent soul who I interacted with.

I am not one to leave poor reviews of hotels on sites like Booking.com but I do value the reviews of others before booking rooms and hotels. My biggest mistake was to rely on the review left by others on FabHotel at Koramangala. Extremely unresponsive, incompetent customer care staff which took so many minutes to get through to them (after being transferred from one to another like I was on some carousal). I booked two rooms for two nights at their Koramangala branch, but after arriving at the location I was informed that my accommodation was moved to Madiwala branch (this i despite paying a 30% of the total amount). They called this a "upgrade". What a scam! The rooms they offered were half rhe price range than the ones I booked at Koramangala. And mind you, at no one they even called me to inform me that my booking was cancelled (I am guessing they didn't have any intention of refunding rhe amount paid). Secondly they didn't inform me till 3.38 p.m (check in was at 1 p.m) that they had moved my booking to Madiwala branch. Overall extremely unpleasant experience for a mother with young kids in tow, who just did an 8 hour road journey to get to Bangalore.

Excellent hotel with great service. Check-in was smooth and the room was neat and comfortable. Housekeeping was prompt and staff behavior was very professional. Value for money stay. Will definitely visit again.

Location, it's at the heart of Koramangala,, party places pubs bars restaurants are at walking distance, plus its away from all these crowded places so you're away from noise while if you need to go for dining facilities or enjoy your evening you can easily walk , there are 100s of eateries around. Staff was nice, and available to help at 24x7,

At price being charged they could have provided more toiletries or like coffee /sugar / tea sachets. Also, bathroom space could be a little more cleaner with a little more small amenities like shampoo, cleanser soaps , or for shaving , these things weren't available

Nothing, total mistake booking this property looking at pictures in Booking.com. it's not as per pictures

1. Once booked in booking.com this property people started reaching out by email, whatsapp and phone saying I need to make min amount payment to confirm booking. This is a trap. Once you pay anything, theh stop answering phone or messages. 2. The property is not well maintained, it gives a lodge feel. Cleanliness, bed sheets, bathroom all not clean. 3. Too noisy from outside, and too many mosquitos inside room 4. Didn't get a safe feeling there Checked out in few minutes after checking in and looked for other accommodation as I didn't feel it's ok to stay. Lost full amount of booking but it's ok.

Genuinely speaking I liked only the location.

The hotel's location was its standout feature for me, incredibly easy to reach, in a great locality, and with plenty of restaurants and eateries within walking distance. Additionally, the staff were nice.

The TV wasn't working despite multiple reminders to fix the TATA Sky connection. The AC was excessively noisy, forcing me to turn it off. Furthermore, the windows wouldn't close properly, causing significant disturbance due to the room's roadside location.
